Magnet of misfortune (2)

<p>Being stared at by the bright amber eyes of the wolves did nothing to scare Ashley but rather, it annoyed her, thinking about soiling the place where she wanted to camp with wolf blood. 'Now where should I go look for another place to stay?' The wolves' growls brought her back from her reverie and Ashley sighed thinking about her situation. She brought her Twin Blades - which were two pieces of identically crafted daggers made just for her - out of her spatial dimension and brandished them towards the wolves. The black hilts of the daggers were adorned with red gems at the centre, which glittered under the faint moonlight, giving it a sophisticated feel. Ashley's eyes glowed a cold light and her laid back aura instantly changed as she got ready to butcher the wolves. She leisurely walked towards the wolves who got more aggressive with saliva pooling out of their mouths. The wolf at the front, presumably the leader leaped towards her and she swiftly moved her dagger to slice its head off. As the head of the leader fell, the rest of the pack lost momentum and started recklessly attacking Ashley, who just silently stood there devoid of any emotions. Her hands proceeded in rapid movement to take down all the wolves coming towards her without moving her body. After a couple of seconds she had killed off all the wolves without any blood on her body or dress. The blood on the Twin Blades sizzled off as if being evaporated, an attribute of the daggers, and they vanished into her dimension. The man who was hidden in the covers of the dense leaves raised an eyebrow in surprise at the fact that she owned a dimension AND could kill a pack of 20 wolves all on her own. Now this got him very interested, after all there weren't many who could fearlessly wipe out a whole pack of wolves and own spatial dimensions. He could do it with a flick of his fingers but there weren't plenty as strong as him in this world and he was surprised to find someone worthy of his approval. Who in the world was this girl who looked no more than 18? He needed to dig up information on her. The man was snapped out of his thoughts as he heard her yelling again.<br/>'To hell with this stupid place. Why am I even here? First day and I need to go around killing wolves. Could I get some peace please?!' Her blood thirsty aura all gone, she looked like a child throwing a tantrum who didn't get her favorite candy. The man chuckled at this thought. 'Who's there?', Ashley's head whipped around to look for any intruder. She frowned when she realised that she didn't notice this man's presence. When had he sneaked up on her? What did he want? Was it an enemy of the original body? The man silently cursed under his breath at letting his guard down but moments later he proceeded to move out of his hiding spot. Ashley's frown eased slightly when she registered the fact that it was no one the original body knew, but that didn't mean that she lowered her vigilance because this man was strong; far stronger than her current strength.</p>
