Punching And Kicking

"Let's begin," Zhiu Ni said as he looked at the small boy standing before him. The man looked at the little boy as he thought about how to start the training of the little human boy. He didn' want to teach him cultivation right of the bat even if it was the best way to start. He didn't do that as he didn't want their king to send the child away on missions. The king's ideology was, "If you are a man and you can cultivate that means you can fight." The children were sent on missions all the time.

Li Rin with his clear eyes looked at his new father and waited for his instructions. He wanted to become strong. He wanted to become strong enough so that he could get revenge against the people that hurt him and killed his parents. He wanted to make them pay for their actions.

The man after a breath of time spoke, "Do you know how to punch?" The youth nodded his head. he pulled back his fist and punched. The man shook his head and thought, "He must have imitated his father or just learned it himself." The man sighed, "That's bad. Look at me and imitate me."

The man stood took a deep breath and with his body punched out. The boy blinked his eyes, "I couldn't see it." The man nodded, "Sorry about that." The man once again repeated the punch in a slow motion. The boy nodded his head and took the same stance as the old man. Imitating the man he punched out.

The man shook his head, "That's not quite right." Take your punching posture. The boy did as he was told. The old man bent down towards the boy and with his hands corrected the boy's posture. Zhiu Ni smiled, "This is the correct posture. Try again."

Li Rin nodded his head and repeated the same movement but with the corrections of the old man. Zhiu Ni opened his eyes wide when he saw that the boy managed to correctly punch in moments. He nodded his head and spoke in a shocked voice, "Show me how you kick."

Li RIn extended his leg kicked and fell to the ground. The man burst out in laughter. This laughter made Li Rin glare at the man. He stopped himself, "Sorry, sorry it was that funny." The man smiled, "Observe." Zhiu Ni readied his leg. Using his left leg he propelled from the ground. When he was few feet from the ground using the other leg he spinned midair and kicked. The entire time tail moved in accordance with the right leg. The man landed on the ground.

Li Rin stared in shock, "Do I have to jump?" The man nodded his head, "Try it out." The boy nodded and tried imitating. He pushed back from the ground with his left leg. Then he tried moving his right leg. Before he could turn his body he already laid on the ground. The boy immediately jumped back on the ground and tried multiple times. Each time the results were the same. Each time the boy laid on the ground. He was not able to twist his body in mid-air and kicked out.

Zhiu Ni scratched his head, "It seems that was too hard. Let's do normal kicks. Observe." Li Rin once again observed the man. The old general slowed his kick. His right leg lashed out. When he lashed out his leg a *swoosh* sound was heard. The man smiled, "Can you do it like this?"

The boy nodded his head. When the boy tried he succeeded but the kick didn't make a sound. The man smiled and spoke, "a thousand punches and a thousand kicks start."

The boy stared wide-eyed at him, "What?" The man spoke, "Thousand punched and a thousand kicks, begin!"

The boy stared at the man not believing his order. Zhiu Ni sighed, "If you want revenge then you have to do at least this much."

Li RIn nodded his head, "I will do it!" The boy's eyes showed determination. He started punching. One time, ten times, a hundred times. By the time he finished punching three hours passed. When he finished kicking five hours passed. The man watched the boy the entire time. He didn't expect the boy to finish the training regimen of adults of their race. The man was pleased by the boy.

Li Rin collapsed on the ground as he breathed rapidly. The boy slowly stood up and asked slowly with a ragged voice, "What now?"

"You want to train more?" Li Rin nodded his head with determination. Zhiu Ni smiled, "That's good answer. You really are a man give me fifty laps around this room." The boy looked at the small room and he thought, "It will be easy." The boy didn't know that this length was the same as the adults were forced to run. Li Rin ran until he collapsed he was only one lap short. The boy collapsed to the ground.

Through his teeth, he spoke, "I can't move a muscle!" The man shook his head and said, "You did well for your first day. Let's go home." Li Rin said, "I can't move."

Zhiu Ni grabbed the boy and carried him out. The men that saw the boy carried out all laughed at him. "What training with general too hard?"

Zhiu Ni glared at that soldier, "Fifty laps, thousand kicks and thousand punches." The man paled and he started doing the orders. Other soldiers looked at the man that got punished and laughed at him, "That's what you get!"

Li Rin fell asleep in the old general's arms. When he brought him back both his daughter and wife were eating breakfast. The woman looked at the man and her new son, "You are back?" Zhiu Ni smiled, "I will take him to bed and join you." Ria Xi nodded her head, "Alright."

Zhiu Li looked at the boy, "Why is he sleeping, it's morning?"

Zhiu Ni replied with a smile, "He was training as he is a warrior!" The girl blinked her eyes, "What training did he do?" Zhiu Ni replied, "He did an adult man's training."

Ria Xi opened her eyes, "How much did he finish?" The man smiled and, "A thousand punches, thousand kicks and fifty laps."

The man smiled as he remembered, "Yes you have finished all fifty laps as your fingers had grazed the finish line!"
