Sword

Hearing Yue's question, Xu Yue fell into deep thought, after a few moments she once again looked at Yue who had a smile on her face.

"You really are sneaky," said Xu Yue as she once again admired herself.

Hearing this, Yue let out a laugh.

"This is the first time you said anything bad about yourself," said Yue as continued looking at Yue.

"This will not get us anywhere, we should continue some other time," said Xu Yue as she looked at her heart demon.

After hearing this, Yue did not respond with any words, and simply disappeared.

In the real world

As she woke up from meditation, Xu Yue swiftly walked to her training ground.

As she entered the training ground, Xu Yue looked at a wall, a few moments later, she let out an all-out strike, after her sword hit the wall, Xu Yue smiled bitterly as she watched it bounce off it, leaving only a small white mark that was repaired in a second.

After that, Xu Yue silently closed her eyes and took a deep breath, and let out another strike, but this time, a Boundless aura could be felt from her, as her sword got close to the wall, Xu Yue swiftly retreated it, but even though her sword did not touch it, a major crack appeared on the wall.

"I should be more careful, I'm not so weak anymore, if my attack landed I would not have a cave abode anymore," mumbled Xu Yue under her breath as she looked at the crack.

She breathed a sigh of relief as she saw the wall begin to slowly regenerate, perhaps in a few years it would be fully fixed.

After a few moments, Xu Yue sat cross-legged and took out a sword from it's sheath and put it on her waist as she began meditating.

An hour later,

Feeling this sword ignore her once again, Xu Yue wondered why it had even chosen her, she put the sword back in it's sheath and took out a painting brush and canvas.

After the tournament, Xu Yue stopped painting daily, merely stopping to paint when a good idea appeared in her mind, but even so, the improvement of her painting skills did not slow, but rather accelerated.

Three hours later,

Looking at the painting in front of her, Xu Yue sighed, she knew that her Boundless Sword Dao and Heaven and Earth Painting Dao were connected but she did not make any proggres in comprehending it.

After sitting around for a few moments, Xu Yue once again sat cross-legged and took out her sword, this time, she did not try to communicate with it, rather, she sent a Wisp of Sword Qi filled with the aura of her Dao into it.

An extremely happy expression appeared on Xu Yue's face as she saw the Sword Qi being thrown out of the sword, the reason was that the Aura of her Dao was completely gone, being seemingly absorbed by the sword.

After this, Xu Yue continued sending her Dao into the sword, and she found out that as she did that, a slight connection began forming between the sword and herself.

One month

In the past month, Xu Yue had completely ignored everything else, only focusing on strengthening her connection with her sword.

As she sent her Dao into the sword, Xu Yue felt her sword being drawn out of her body and into the sword.

After not resisting, Xu Yue found saw the chaos, and a moment later she appeared on what looked like to be a battlefield.

"This is true power," mumbled Xu Yue as looked around.

Every single being on this battlefield seemed infinitely stronger than herself, she felt as if every single one of them could destroy her in both body and soul with a mere glance.

No one she had seen, no matter how powerful had given Xu Yue such a feeling, something clicked in Xu Yue as she remembered a certain memory of hers.

"All of these beings have a similar aura with that of the Immortal Talisman." thought Xu Yue, and as that thought appeared in her mind, it could not be removed.

"Three thousand beings as powerful as an immortal," as Xu Yue thought of that, she shuddered, not daring to think what sort of enemy they were facing.

Just as she wanted to look around more, Xu Yue found herself being transported once again.

Looking at the scene in front of her, Xu Yue short-circuited

Right now she was above the battlefield, she watched as the fifteen remaining beings created an enormous shield around themselves.

All others of the three thousand being dead, just as her shock dissipated, a tiny figure leisurely walked towards them.

Seeing him, it was if a bolt of lightning hit, Xu Yue, she knew who that was, she had seen his statue in the sect.

That was the founder of the Origin Sword Sect Xu Jinming.

The moment she looked at Xu Jinming, Xu Yue could see the sword in his hand, causing Xu Yue's mouth to gape, the sword her ancestor was holding was the very sword she had tried to make submit.

She then watched as Xu Jinming let out a simple sword strike toward the Immortal Beings, as a tiny amount of Sword Qi traveled towards the beings, it began transforming, as a Yin-Yang aura appeared on the Sword Qi, it suddenly began multiplying.

As she watched the attack carefully, Xu Yue could see that the Yin-Yang Dao was not her Ancestors main Dao.

Suddenly, something clicked inside of her.

"Infinite Sword Dao, Boundless Sword Dao is this why it chose me?" thought Xu Yue as she realized the Dao of her Ancestor.

She watched as the Sword attack swallowed the Immortal Beings, completely annihilating them from existence.

Suddenly, Xu Yue realized someone was beside her.

As she turned her head sideways, Xu Yue saw her Ancestor looking at her.

Xu Jinming looked at the phantom of his descendant and smiled, even though she was not truly here, he knew she was watching him.

"Don't be naughty," said Xu Jinming as he flicked his finger at the air.

Xu Yue felt an extreme pain on her forehead, causing her to lose her bearings for a few moments, as she looked around and saw her ever so familiar cave abode, an disappointed look appeared on her face.
