Myriad Formation's Valley

Unaware of the rather rare event that had just happened, Xu Yue continued comprehending different Sword Techniques.

As such, time began passing at a rapid speed, with years passing in a flash as Xu Yue comprehended more and more techniques.

One year, three years, twenty-seven years, three hundred and twenty-one years, only after over five hundred and fifty years did Xu Yue realize that she had wasted too much time.

"It's also good to let yourself go sometimes," mumbled Xu Yue as she sat down cross-legged, and began thinking about a certain decision she had to take.

Even though the answer to the question was extremely obvious, Xu Yue still pondered it for a few minutes, before becoming completely sure of her path.

'Which dao should I fuse with my existence?', this was the question that had made Xu Yue slightly hesitate earlier, but right now, Xu Yue did not hesitate any longer.

'I haven't focused much on painting compared with my swordsmanship, the Heaven and Earth Painting Dao would be too weak,' thought Xu Yue as she decisively destroyed any denied using this Dao to ascend.

After quickly eliminating one option, Xu Yue had to choose between two different options, the Boundless Sword Dao and the Dao of Fate.

But of course, there was only one true option for Xu Yue to choose from.

'If I don't use my own Dao to ascend, who will?' thought Xu Yue as an insignificant and unnoticeable change took place inside of her.

Deciding to use her own Dao to ascend, Xu Yue then quickly entered meditation, focusing on both perfecting and widening her own Dao.

After this, Xu Yue fell into complete seclusion, and right now, it was unknown when she would emerge from it.

...

Fifteen years later,

Looking at the large mountain range in front of her, an extremely large smile could not help but form on Meng Lin's face.

Suddenly, Meng Lin picked up a rock before gently throwing it to a mountaintop just a few hundred meters away from her.

A silence ensued for several moments, as nothing seemed to happen, but then, without any warning, the mountaintop on which Meng Lin threw the rock suddenly collapsed, causing a chain reaction, completely changing the landscape around it.

Several moments later,

"This one's no good," mumbled Meng Lin, appearing next to a tree at the bottom of the mountain before suddenly destroying it, and placing a boulder in it's place.

This scene continued for several more minutes, as Meng Lin subtly changed the landscape around the area.

"This should be the last one," mumbled Meng Lin, as she suddenly destroyed a certain boulder, and without warning, a huge transformation began taking place.

Spiritual energy from the surrounding ten thousand or so Li suddenly began pouring into the little valley Meng Lin had created by destroying those mountains.

Quickly, the concentration of spiritual energy in the region rose, from slightly higher than normal, to being so thick that a mist of spiritual energy formed around the valley, but even so, the increase in concentration did not actually stop, continuously increasing.

Feeling the concentration of spiritual energy rise at such a high speed, Meng Lin nodded.

"This is even faster than the Eighth-Grade Energy Gathering," mumbled Meng Lin as she stared at her new and improved Seventh-Grade Energy Gathering formation.

...

"Is there a strange treasure being born?" thought Qi Ru as he suddenly felt an exaggerated amount of spiritual energy gathers in a small area.

Using his Major Trancendance cultivation base, Qi Ru quickly arrived outside of a valley, wanting to see what was happening, but just as he was about to enter the valley, he stopped, as he suddenly frowned.

A puppet suddenly appeared in front of Qi Ru, with incredible speed, the puppet suddenly flew towards the valley.

But just as the puppet was about to enter the valley, it was suddenly smashed to pieces, as a dozen or so seventh-grade formations suddenly flashed, causing Qi Ru's face to suddenly become horrified.

As a Major Trancendace Cultivator, and a Formation master, Qi Ru was confident to escape even from an eight-grade formation, but as he looked at those utterly monstrously modified formations, Qi Ru felt sweat fill his forehead.

Without any warning, Qi Ru suddenly flew away, not wanting to have anything to do with the Formation Master that created those.

...

Seeing that the cultivator did not choose to enter, Meng Lin couldn't help but frown.

As Meng Lin thought about how that cultivator maybe could have had some rare formation she didn't know about, she couldn't help but feel cold sweat falling down her forehead.

"I should have built the valley first, then the formations, then I wouldn't have scared him away," mumbled Meng Lin as she walked up to the entrance of the valley.

Suddenly, an entrance appeared in the hundreds of hidden formations Meng Lin had created, as a large rock suddenly began rising into the air, with some words written on it.

'Myriad Formations Valley'

"Much better," mumbled Meng Lin as she looked at her newly created sign.

"It really is," said Yuan Jianjun, who had just appeared behind Meng Lin.

Hearing that, Meng Lin couldn't help but turn around and look at her Dao Companion with a smile on her face.

"This is going to be the place we stay at for the foreseeable future, it should at least be somewhat nice," said Meng Lin as she looked at her Dao Companion, and at the same time, she couldn't help but think about something else.

"Did you obtain them?" asked Meng Lin as she looked at Yuan Jianjun, causing the latter to smile.

"Of course I did," said Yuan Jianjun, flashing the ring on his fingers, causing several buildings to appear behind him, floating in the air.

Moments later, the buildings flew across the valley, landing in their rightful places.

"I'm going to have to fix those shoddy formations," said Meng Li as she looked at the buildings, causing Yuan Jianjun to let out a laugh.

...

Later that year, the Myriad Formation's Valley began recruiting disciples.
