3 Chapter 2
**Disclaimer for someone new. This novel is inspired by Fuse's work, commonly known as TenSura or That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime. Until now I was your average reader, that have read some Fantasy Novels and Japanese Comics. I just wanted to write my novel, hopefully I don't make it too similar to Fuse's work, or to any other work, I don't know. I made this novel's plot, the way I like it. I hope you understand.**
The day, or so it seemed, had passed. The path the caravan was on seemed endless, no matter when you looked at it, there was no end in sight.
Well, you don't have to be a smart to know that this path was long, after all, the Demonic Forest took up, as much as 25% of the largest continent.
Harlow, at this point, had nothing left to do, she knew everyone's names, asked around things about this world and everything. There was nothing to do. So she decided to go to sleep. But she didn't trust, the new people she met, so she decided to ask albedo.
'Albedo, calculate if they will attack me if I fall asleep.' She said to Albedo thoughtfully.
"'Calculating........... Notice: From the calculations, these people should not even think about it." Albedo replied to this.
'Great, in case something happens wake me up somehow' She said to albedo.
"....." Albedo did not reply. She didn't know how.
After this short 'conversation', Lucia - The girl who was driving the caravan spoke up, and said to Harlow.
"P-pardon me, S-.....Ma'am, but we must stop here for the night....." She said, in a low voice. Apparently she was still afraid of Harlow.
Who wouldn't be? The person who the day before had smashed 23 archers and 3 top warriors with ease was right in front of her.
Harlow simply nodded, then got up and left the caravan.
It was dark, a normal person wouldn't have seen anything if not for the bonfire they lit. But, harlow was a vampire, so she could see at night as well as in the day.
'Albedo, survey your surroundings, see if there is no one beyond us.'
"' Calculating.... There are 5 wolves at level 30 and ..... two ... ogres at level 35." She said, slowly to Harlow.
'two ogres.....'
It was not an easy task, ogres are known to be strong and large creatures. So that's what Harlow was expecting.
After a moment of thought, Harlow decided to go alone, she didn't want to set people in danger, if they died, how would she go into the city?
"Good..." She said to herself. After that she approached the people she was raiding with, And said. "Listen, there are creatures dangerous to you there in the forest, I will take care of them.... and you stay here." She said to them, with a kind and calm voice.
They believed and decided to stay, not even moving from their seats. Well, if creature that could just smash their head to mush said that, they wouldn't even stand chance against this monster she calls "dangerous"
Harlow went into the forest, there a bunch of them were waiting for her. This bunch had no intention of just chatting, so with a shove they decided to attack.
***Swing***
One ogre suddenly swung his axe with all his might.
***Dodge SFX***
He was fast, if it wasn't for an agility stat of 200, Harlow would probably be standing headless right now.
As quickly as Harlow dodged the axe, which wasn't as big as she expected, she decided to run after the ogre, she didn't have shams against him if she wanted to fight 1v1 on the cage. It was not possible.
But, there waiting for her were wolves, level 30. They were weak on their own, but when they were in a group, just like a character from a typical Clinché novel, they had the so-called 'Power of Friendship'.
'Fuck! I forgot about them!
The first wolf came running at a speed that even Harlow couldn't control. The sound of the wolf running was louder than a Yamaha r6 motorbike.
***WHOOSH***
'What the fuck is that!'
In a flash, the wolf was already halfway to Harlow.
'It's now or never, if my strength is weaker than his, then I'm fucked.
Then, she decided to use all her strength, in this one strike. She didn't have to wait long.

It was then, all the wolves around, that they decided to be more careful, after all, their companion had died from one blow, they had to play tactically.... If they knew how.
They were wolves, not very intelligent, mainly relying on brute force and speed, they never cared about tactics on the enemy.
'Well this is going to be funny now! The four of them on me one. Couldn't be worse' Harlow thought then.

The four wolves, ran at Harlow speed, even faster than the previous wolf, if not for the fact that they ran in a straight line, it would have been impossible to spot them.
***SFX for Slime***
Then it begun, Gluttony.
A large hole begun to open near Harlow's hand. It was black, yet around it, there were purple particles. It didn't take long for it to became a tornado. [Imagine Tensura Gluttony]
Two wolves, were quickly sucked in by Gluttony, unfortunately, Harlow didn't have time to use Gluttony on them again.
***Splat***
"....."
Harlow was bitten on her right shoulder, it was no ordinary bite, her hand was frozen.
'Fuck! I'm supposed to win with this?
The tactic they made was not clever, but effective, on the Russian.
Without one arm, fighting them was like suicide, climbing trees the same, they were ogres next to animals.
'Albedo! Quick as you can regenerate your arm!
"Notice: As a vampire race, you must drink the blood of any creature."
'Fuck, what kind, there's no dead one here I can use, and theirs is unlikely to kill or do anything.
The only oasis was the ogres. Seemingly big and strong but slow, as if he could siphon their blood he might survive

Harlow quickly went to one of the trees, about 30 meters or so was between her and the ogre.
***Crash***
The branch Harlow was on was slowly collapsing, the only thing she could do now was jump on the ogre.
She landed perfectly, barely hanging on to the Ogre's neck.
Harlow followed, quickly biting into the orc's neck, it was difficult, Ogres had very tough necks.
The Ogre's blood tasted like grandma's broth, it was one of the best meal you could eat.
Harlow didn't even notice, and there was nothing left of the Ogre, just a skeleton.
'Thanks for the meal, it was good' Harlow thought.
Now, Harlow had a chance, against them, there was one ogre and two wolves left.
She could save the ogre for later, now she had to deal with the wolves.
Just as quickly as Harlow dropped down, the wolves started running towards her, at the speed of light

Now Harlow, she began to use Gluttony, as quickly as it happened, again the tornado appeared before her, absorbing the wolves without mercy.
***SFX for slime effect***
The wolves didn't stand a chance, Harlow's magical power was beyond the limits of human ability, beyond 1000.
All that was left was the Ogre, now how would she defeat him? Harlow could collect level 25 by killing him normally or by sucking his blood, or all his stats using Gluttony.
She chose the first one, if she had level 25 she could choose a class that would help her later, who knows, maybe she would get something good?
She did as she decided, she ran quickly to the first better tree that was bigger than the Ogre, and jumped on the Ogre's neck.

This notification jumped out in front of her, just like in the game.

There were 2 classes that literally told you to pick them, Vampire Lord and Dark Lord, those two had Lord in their names, so they have to be powerful right?. However, there was also one that he couldn't even read.

"Notice: The Vampire Lord class, Grants you full control over vampire's skills and, if you're a Vampire Noble, then you will evolve into a True Vampire [From now on I will use True Vampire term instead of Vampire [True Ancestor] and gain Demon Lord Seed. If you think about the long-run term, Dark lord and its subclass will be better for you in the future, especially when you include full control over ☜︎❄︎☜︎☼︎☠︎✌︎☹︎ ✞︎⚐︎✋︎👎︎...." She responded.
'Alright, then I will go with the second one I guess.

Even though the trip to the city was going to take another 3 days, Harlow was happy, she got a class she could be proud of, not only that, her stats flew up.
