Chapter 19: Training with Master

Before beginning, Alex asked his master, "May I know your name?" She replied, "You can call me Eleanor."

Then, Eleanor instructed Alex, "Let's start with your body training. I will push you with my aura. Start by defending yourself by covering your body with your world energy." She released her aura, and Alex was instantly pushed back 10 meters. Even though she only released her aura for a moment, it made Alex feel like an impenetrable wall was coming at him, causing him to suffocate. Seeing his reaction, Eleanor released her aura again, slightly increasing the duration this time. Alex tried to defend himself by using his world energy, which acted as a shield, spreading all over his body. They continued this for an hour, and after Alex was lying on the ground, panting. Eleanor was impressed that Alex was able to withstand her aura for so long, and she was also impressed by how much world energy he could have and control.

After Alex stood up, Eleanor said, "Let's start with elemental control training." She reached into her pouch and took out a violet crystal ball, saying, "First, I will test your capabilities in wielding the elements." She paused and continued, "If you can wield two elements, it will release a red light. If you can wield three elements, it will release a green light. If you can wield four elements, it releases a white light. If you can wield five elements, it releases a gold light. And if you can wield more than five elements, it will glow violet." She then instructed Alex, "Put your hands on the globe."

Following her instructions, Alex placed his hands on the globe, and it began to release a gold light. Eleanor was surprised because those who have control over the five elements are famous figures in history. However, what happened next shocked her even more. The light released by the orb changed from gold to violet, and the light slowly started to dim, and the orb transformed into black color.

Even Eleanor was taken aback by it and said, "It's black. The legends say it's released when a person can use all types of elements, even space and time." She immediately caught Alex and warned him, "Do not let anyone know you can use all seven types of elements. It will bring destruction upon you, and not even the royal family can save you from it."

Eleanor noticed Alex and asked him, "You said you have the awakening ceremony next week, right?" She paused and removed a bracelet, handing it to him. "Always wear this bracelet. I functioned it so that during the awakening ceremony, it shows only four of your elements and conceals others. You can hide from the stronger powers and gain some time. At this time, you should increase your power as soon as possible. Otherwise, your life, your family, and all the people around you will be killed," Eleanor warned Alex.

Alex asked her, "Who are these people that are going to attack? Are they stronger than you?" Eleanor replied, "They are much stronger than me. Even I can't protect you from them. As for who they are, I can't say it now."

Alex was still reeling from the shock of learning about the danger he was in, but he knew he had to focus on his training. He nodded and followed Eleanor's lead as they began to work on elemental control.

Eleanor started with the basics, teaching Alex how to control each of the five elements individually. They started with water, and she showed him how to make a small stream flow from his fingertips. Next was earth, and she instructed him on how to manipulate the soil beneath his feet. Fire came next, and she taught him how to make small flames dance on his palm. Then, they moved on to the wind, and she showed him how to create a gust of wind that could knock over a small object.

Finally, Eleanor moved on to the Thunder element: thunder. She explained to Alex that thunder was the most difficult to control and required a deep connection to one's inner self. She said she can't use thunder but she used light elements and attribute elements after five basic elements that are light and darkness elements the users of these elements are very rare. light elements can oppose dark elements. She demonstrated how to create a small ball of light that glowed in the palm of her hand. Alex watched in amazement as the light flickered and danced, changing colors and intensity with each movement of Eleanor's hand.

After demonstrating each element, Eleanor instructed Alex to try them himself. He found water the easiest to control, followed by earth and fire. Wind and light were much more difficult, and he struggled to get them to obey his will.

Eleanor watched Alex closely, giving him pointers and encouragement. She was impressed by his progress, noting that he was a quick learner and had a strong connection to the elements. After he finished his training, Alex left for home and came back every morning for training. This routine continued for a week until Eleanor informed Alex that she was leaving for somewhere else. She said, "Alex, I have to go somewhere else. I will meet you when you come to the capital to join the imperial magic academy. Till then, train and improve your powers." After saying this, Eleanor left him, and Alex continued to train in the beast forest, fighting second-order beasts and increasing his power, with the awakening ceremony just two days away.
