This is Hiroto Kame, he's my best friend in 6th grade. He transferred to my class in the 5th day of school.

Teacher: This is Hiroto Kame, he will be transferring to our school. He came from Japan.

*He sits to the left of Emis*

Emis: Must be the growth spurt (he said so confidently). Well, what happened to you? You haven't grown an inch.

*Emia looked at him, full of pity, how sad*

Hiroto: Hey... what's with that pitiful look?

*Emis smiles creepily*

Hiroto: That doesn't make it any better! Oh, Emy-kun, you have been practicing your Japanese, have you?

Emis: Of course I have! My parents forced me to!

Hiroto: Well starting from now, we'll speak Japanese, okay? So you could master it.

Emis: Sure.

Emis: Good morning, I am Emis Seale, nice to meet you all.

*Emis and Hiroto are seated beside each other in the middle to the leftmost part of the classroom*

Hiroto: I'm really glad that you went to study here when I was about to go back to Japan.

Emis: I am glad too.

*Door opens*

Teacher: No, you are late, and you are?

??? : Ayaka Aiko, I am deeply sorry for being late sir.

Teacher: Just don't get late again. What's with your hair?

*Emis is mocked and irritated*

What?! ME, a pervert? Never! I take it back, she doesn't look cute at all! This girl's getting on my nerves.

Emis: Who you callin' a PERVERT?

Ayaka: You are, you staring idiot!

Emis: Why, YOU!? Hmph!

*Emis looks away*

What's her problem? I just admired her and she calls me a pervert! I have a feeling I wouldn't get along fine with her.

*School bell rings*

*It is lunch break*

*Emis and Hiroto are at the hallway walking*

Hiroto: What's up with you, Emy-kun and Ayaka-san?

Emis: It's nothing really.

That girl really gets on my nerves and it's only the first day of school! How much worse could this be?

*A mysterious boy about as tall as Emis walks by*

Huh? Who was that? He had a different uniform from us, was he perhaps an upperclassman? No, I remember clearly that all students wear the same uniform.

Emis: Hiroto, did you see that boy with the different uniform?

Hiroto: Yes, he seems rather suspicious, better keep your distance from him, Emy-kun.

*The mysterious boy threw a ball only slightly surpassing Emis; the ball is barely visible to the naked eye*

??? : Nature Manipulation: Expansion!

*The ball grew slightly enough to make someone trip*

*Emis accidentally steps on it and trips*

Emis: Ouch! Where did this ball come from?

*Hiroto looks at the mysterious boy with suspicion*

*The mysterious boy laughs quietly as he walks the hallway*

??? : Weak...

*Emis and Hiroto are back in the classroom*

How can the first day of class get even worse? I hope thinking that doesn't trigger anything.

Ayaka: Hey!

*Ayaka quietly whispers to Emis as he deeply reflects*

*Emis looks at Ayaka*

Of course it did...

Emis: *sighs* What is it blueberry?

Ayaka: Blu-Blueberry? You make terrible nicknames, honestly.

Emis: So, what is it?

Ayaka: I think I owe you an apology; I was a bit too harsh to you.

Emis: A bit?

Ayaka: Okay, okay. I'm s-s-s... I'm s-s-so-sor...(she continues to try)

It's the first time I've ever seen a girl try so hard just to say an apology and get so flustered on the way. She must be incredibly shy.

Emis: You don't have to force yourself, if you don't want to.

Ayaka: Ok... *she looks away*

She seems like a completely different person. She looks extra cute now.

*School bell rings*

*Hiroto and Emis are both outside*

Hiroto: Class is finished already, right Emy-kun?

Emis: Hmmhm.

I guess she isn't as bad as I thought after all. She can be quite harsh, but she's actually just quite shy on the inside.

*Ayaka passes by*

*Ayaka looks at Emis*

Ayaka: Bye, cheesestick. *leaves*

Cheesestick? What's up with that nickname? It's EVEN worse than "Emy"! I wonder if I could even get along with her.

*Emis looks at the sky*

Okay! This is just the first day of school. I'm gonna enjoy this very normal school life! Come at me!

Hiroto: I'm happy that you made another friend, Emy-kun!

Emis: FRIEND? *surprised* I'm not friends with anyone but you! Never ever do I need one!

*Hiroto smiles*
