World Invasion: Cultivation

I've read transmigration novels, but they've never had too many people transferred at once. I want to change that by bringing an entire world and plop it over another. How would two technological time periods clash? How will they adapt to a magic/cultivation based world where technology is less than an after thought? *** =Rewriting In progress= -=Progress 21%+Old World Lore and Prologue=- (Each percent = Corresponding chapter number) *** Ip Cheng, an oriental man whose been away from his birth country since 8 finally returns at 19. He hasn't fully been separated from the culture though as he's read cultivation novels while away. He's come to reminisce a little about his past as well as take a break to enjoy his stay. Not long after though a quaking erupts from the earth as he loses consciousness. When he wakes up nothing seems different, until new land is suddenly discovered. It's almost like one of the transmigration novels he's read, but who is the protagonist? Normally it's just one person who's transferred, but what about now? Also Yanderes, multiple Yanderes, many Yanderes, just enough Yanderes. Please tell me if you spot any errors or plot holes in my writing. That would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Schedule: I'm enjoying writing YSM more right now, possible resumption in the future. P.S This is my first time writing a novel and I'm doing this for fun.

Lost

(Kenny POV)

***

Picking myself up I saw a three pairs of legs come towards me.

"See? He's perfectly fine, look he can even get up on his own." Looking up I saw as buck was gesturing towards me with Johnson and Williams in tow. They were all already equipped with what we had been given in the little room. A tactical ballistic vest with a few mags in the pouches, a high-cut ballistic helmet, the rifles we were using earlier on a sling hanging off their bodies, and a backpack without any accessories hanging off of it.

"How long was I out for?"

"You? For quite a while don't you see that setting sun over there? Here we went back into the wreck to reacquire our equipment, so quickly put on your shit and come meet us over there by them." Sgt. Johnson and Pvt. Williams dropped off a small pile of gear near my feet. They had pointed over to a couple of trees where most of the other survivors were already gathered.

"Quickly put it on, we're having a little meeting about what we should do now that we have wrecked on some shore" Buck said before joining the other two back over to the location they pointed to.

Night would come soon the sun was already setting over the horizon.

Looking down at the pile I had in front of me it was basically the exact same gear they were currently using. Steadily putting on the vest, strapping on my helmet, wearing the backpack, and putting the sling on I made sure to check it all before heading over.

The vest had a few slots for mags which were already fill up by some. The helmet straps were tight and the backpack fit on nicely. My rifle just kinda stayed hanging off the front of my body as I headed in the direction of the others.

"You guys better protect us! This is your job!" "Yea! Why are you the only ones who get guns huh? Don't we need protection?!" "Where is your manag- Ah! I mean where is your commander? I want to speak with him!" it was those people

'What.. why.. h-how do these people even exist!? How were they raised that they can become such hypocritical bastards? They were the ones who even got us into this mess!!'

"Sir, Ma'am, Please calm down we're in a dangerous situation here." One of the seamen tried to calm them down

As I got closer The looks of sympathy could be seen on others as they looked at the poor man confronting the group. By the time I made it over the sun could barely be seen anymore as started the darkness started to cover us. Everyone had a flashlight attached to their body except for those people who just stood between everyone.

"Hey, we found some temporary shelter so everyone should be able to come over and have a nice rest. Oh is everyone here? 1,2,3,4..... 16, 16 of the 28 original crew remains." The voice came from behind the group and a smaller group could be seen a short while away gesturing for us to come over.

They seemed to have found a natural rock formation in the forest which acted as roofing. The space underneath was fairly open and could probably fit all of us inside.

When we made it over many people just laid downed to relax and relieve some of their fatigue. It was well deserved for them as they had just survived some sea monster's attack. A creature people have only heard of in folktale and myths.

That creature might of been able to kill all of us if we weren't in that armed ship. Maybe we might have been able to kill it if we had the chance to use the ship's weapons it's too late to think about that.

"Why aren't you guy's working? Instead all of you are just laying down here doing nothing? If you don't do something how are we going to get out of here? You are supposed to serve us citizens aren't you?" It was that guy in their group, he seems to be their leader or something. He is always the first one talking before any of his group does.

'Why hasn't anyone kicked their asses yet? they seemed to of been complaining the entire time we've been here.'

*Rustle**Rustle*

The loud movements from the nearby bushes immediately shuts up the man as he and his group turn to face those sounds. The men who were on the ground start getting up as well.

*Rustle**Rustle**Rustle**Rustle*

The movement sounds increased and of the men who stood up 1/3 took out small handguns. They must have been some of the higher ranked men maybe one of the remaining survivors could be a chief petty officer.

Those people are terrified of what is out there, coming over and hiding conveniently just beside my team.

*Rustle*

A large grey paw extrudes from one of the bushes as the rest of the body slowly emerges along with it. The beast is covered in grey fur as it snarls and stares deeply towards us with hunger and joy in it's eyes. It's teeth could be seen as it growled and called more of it's friends. As it finally fully emerged a large grey tail with a single red line from the start of the tail to the end was seen. The animal seemed to have smiled but I might have only been me.

It seems someone couldn't take the tension any longer and began shooting it. This caused chain reaction as the once the shot was made everyone else started as well. The first wolf was pelted from the pistols the petty officers had with them and the rifles our squad had brought with us, the animal collapsed soon after.

*Rooar*

*Rooar**Rooar*

When those sounds were heard our atmosphere seemed to have drop a little as everyone realized how many there might be, before everyone suddenly gained some confidence as they remembered we had just took one out.

As one of the petty officers had tried to change their magazine out for a full one one of those beasts jumped out of a nearby bush onto his. He couldn't even struggle too much as the beast took a single bite and both of his arms became stumps squirting blood out. The creature looked up at us before slowly taking small bites out of the man making sure not to kill him instantly.

Everyone was stunned for a moment before we aimed our weapons at it. Before we could fire another 3 of those creatures came out pouncing onto more people. One had their head eaten as another was chomping on the man's shoulder. The wails of the people still alive were loud and froze some people as they seemed too fearful of the situation. A few more of those monsters cleared up their minds though and people started running away.

Those people seemed to have already ran in the mist of the chaos as when I looked over to where they were only the empty space remained. Buck tapped my shoulder and our team tried rallying some on the remaining members together to escape.

We had managed to kill to the first one so the people with weapons kept shooting as we tried evacuating the area deeper into the woods. Some of the creatures were killed along the way when we tried to escape into the nearby woods. It was the only place nearby that might conceal us from these creatures.

At some point we had made it far enough through that those beasts would stop chasing us, but in exchange we had used most of our ammunition for our weapons. The night was subsiding as light started appearing once more.

"Where the fuck are we?"

"We're fucking lost man! That chase wasn't a straight line."

Our original 16 men turned to a mere 7 from last nights incident.
