2 Portal Contract
Suou took a look at the contract left behind by the God of skills and this was its contents.
Skill Contract: "This contract (For Portal Access) was made effective as of May 10th year 2023, by and between the requester and requestee.
Description of Services. Beginning immediately, will provide the customer the use of a Portal to a Subspace. The customer will only use the portal to create a fantasy world. The customer is set to these limitations:
1. The customer has to think of everything for the world from the plot, settings, characters, and world building.
2. The customer will receive a system that will unlock new skills and help the customer with creating the world as accurately as possible for said customer. The system will only activate inside the subspace and use of a status window will be granted.
3. The customer may bring people from Earth into the world created, but the client cannot return so be sure they have no attachments to the world.
4. Nothing from the created world can be brought into the modern world, not even skills obtained in the created world.
5. The customer has a three day time limit on Earth before being forcefully brought back to the created world.
6. The customer can make their own contracts for the clients they bring to the created world.
7. While the customer can be reborn upon death in the created world, the clients brought into the real world will not have that chance. Once they die, it's over!
8. Other than these terms the customer has full rights of the portal, it cannot be used by others or breached. Unless the customer brings in the person themself, no one can enter or exit the created world. The portal can be summoned anywhere on Earth!
Summon the Portal by calling Access Portal. A portal will appear before the customer in question.
If this contract is breached the customer will suffer a punishment worse than death itself!

The contents of the contract seemed unreal. If he wants to access the portal he only needed to call out, "Access Portal," right?
The moment he thought the words, something amazing happened. Unlike the door from before, it took on a different shape. It was now a proper looking portal, like from the popular manga, Solo Leveling.
He's now able to see inside the portal which had the same white subspace from when he entered that door from earlier. Suou stepped inside, honestly he wasn't expecting much. Again, he was given the benefit of the doubt when a loud sound echoed inside his head.
"(Ding!), System booting. Linking, 'Portal' to the host, please standby." A husky computer-like voice spoke clearly inside his mind.
A rectangular, blue see through screen floated before his eyes. The words, 'System Booting' were in white bold letters.
After a few minutes of waiting, a new set of words were generated.
"(Ding!), System boot complete. Link to Portal established. Name the world?"
Since Suou could not think what to name the Subspace, he decided to leave it for later, "no, open the status." He says.
"Granted. Opening status."
A stat panel was generated, this one appeared longer in height and was a green, see-through screen.

Intelligence: 5 - has direct impact on the host's state of thought. World building will become easier the higher the stat. Control over a large group will also become easier.
Luck: 8 - affects the host's ability to acquire certain skills and items. Drop rate frequency are mid to high range.
Charm: 3 - Affects first impressions of generated NPC's and has effect on clients brought into the world.

After reviewing his stat panel, Suou got the gist of his ability. In retrospect, he has to create a world using the system he was provided. Most likely, he can't just half-ass it and call it a world. Serious thought process will be needed to make the world of his dreams.
As a forty year old man with little to no experience on the topic of fantasy. There was only one way to make sure the world comes out the way he wants and that was to study.
"System, once I step out of the portal, I only have three days on Earth. Am I correct?" Suou asked.
"System: Answer. That is correct. If the World God is ready to leave the subspace, just say, "Portal Access." to leave."
"Portal Access!" He instantly calls out.
"System: Access granted. The World God is now exiting the Subspace. System is shutting down. Access to System no longer available outside the subspace."
Back in his kitchen, Suou had a lot to think about. In order to create a successful world he'll need to study more about how fantasy world's are made. A place to start would be the library.

Minato Library 10:30 am. One of the top libraries of Tokyo, Minato Library had thousands of books populated from all over the world. It's located next to Shiba Park, not far from the Tokyo Tower. The area is known to for its high concentration of foreign residents so Minato Library keeps plenty of books focused on many different languages.
Suou walked the isles of book shelves of the fantasy department. After getting a few book ideas from the receptionist, he already had a handful of books on the genre. He even studied on the politics, factions, and game type elements that most fantasy worlds harbored.
Suou borrowed a pen and paper from one of the tables sitting close to a few shelves. He carefully noted things he learned from the books he obtained. Things like governments being mostly made of historical monarchy.
Notes: "Monarch Ranks from top to bottom. King/Queen, Prince/Princess, Duke/Duchess, Marquess/Marchioness, Earl/Countess, Viscount/Viscountess, Baron/Baroness, Lord/Mistress, Knight/Dame, Non-nobles."
After more studying he noted that all fantasy worlds have several common tropes. Magic, monsters of all kinds, demi-humans, and demons. There are also dungeons, wars, and heroes. Suou tapped his pen and wrote a few extra ideas for his world.
Since he understood he could bring people from Earth he thought it would be better to turn them into players with the ability to level-up. Unlike the players, NPC's do not have systems but they can level-up. Monsters and demons can only evolve.
Things like quests for each class, the many types of classes, titles, and ranks in the world. He also noted that he will add the different types of dungeons. Realm type dungeons, and naturally formed type dungeons.
If he want his world to be more real, he can't pass up things like war and famine in some places. Most tropes always have a plot where humans are always at war with non-human races. Since his imagination was not that great, it's probably for the best if he kept that trope.
There will be people who have accepted the non-human races and he'll add things like adventurers, guilds, and kingdom building. Players upon entering have a choice on which one they want to do.
The Adventurer Mode: Players become adventurers with a matching system. There are many classes to choose from, and class based quests to complete. Can make a team of five or travel solo. Registering at an Adventure Guild is essential to become an adventurer.
The Guild Mode: Players can either join a guild or create a guild. Need to have at least five members to register a guild. Need to register the guild with the adventure guild. The Guild leader Will receive a Guildmaster System and guild members will receive a Guild System.
Last, The Kingdom building Mode: No matter if it's a village, kingdom, or even a base. it's considered kingdom building. There are two modes for this, the citizen mode and the Lord Mode.
Lord Mode explained: If the lord mode is chosen options are given on the type of lord one wants to become. From a King to a Demon King, there is no problem. One can even choose to be a bandit leader. A system is given depending on the choice.
Citizen Mode explained: If this mode is chosen, the citizen is given a system based on their stats. If they were skilled in farming then a Farmer quest is given. Or maybe they were in the military, then a system to become a knight is given.
Suou was satisfied with the notes he had so far. If it's this much than he can start with the first step in creating his world. That's the ground and the sky and even coming up with currency, types of trade, and topographies.
Its more than he can imagine. To think he would have this much fun studying!
