1 Prologue

In the year 3024, where human technology had advanced, they had gained some supernatural powers such as pyrokinesis, earth, water, air, telekinesis, lighting, and so on. About 200 years ago, a war broke out against the human race and the first human experimentation, Ren. The one who initiated the war. After getting this power, he gained the ability to use the surrounding energy and he was also able to transfer the power to anyone else.

The human heart can be so easily blinded by greed, power, or fame. In Ren's case, he was blinded by power. Because of that, he decided to kill all the scientists who assisted in creating the formula for humans to gain the power, which they had thought was only a dream. Soon a full-scale war broke out against the human race with Ren as the leader of the opposing faction. The war came unexpectedly, everyone had been doing what they had always done on any other ordinary day. As for me, I was getting ready to go to school when the war started. By the time I got home, I found my parents dead. It had turned to the survival of the fittest; every man for themselves.

And this would be the day everyone would remember and call the ''great war'' against the human race. There was no stopping Ren. Not even the military could oppose him, there was destruction everywhere you looked, you would see buildings that had been turned into nothing, and there were also bodies that were lying all around you. Weeks later, Ren made an announcement saying that he would give us the chance to join him. Most people took it as a chance to gain power, some saw it as a chance to protect their families, but most people despised him. He was the one who started the war in the first place. Joining him came at a price; they would have to show their loyalty by killing someone they cared about in order to receive the power. Some choose to do it and others didn't. In which case, in the end, they both ended up dead.

After a few years had passed, scientists had started recreating the formula to gain power. They needed it in order to defect from Ren's congregation. After months of research, they were able to successfully recreate the drug, but there were some side effects that came with taking the drug. One administered, they would feel an immense amount of pain but it was a price that many were willing to take if it meant they would be able to stop that monster who calls himself the "King of the Humans".
