Everyone watched the monitor towards the boy who had entered the Einjard Chamber.

The atmosphere in the hallway felt somewhat pessimistic and gloomy. Nobody wanted the synchronization process to had this many failures and the paladins to suffer, but after many multiple failed attempts and injuries, it was hard to believe in a successful synchronization anymore. Perhaps, Sheila will not have anyone who she compatible with.

The Paladin who just enter the chamber was shivering in fear and dread as the synchronization rate increased steadly.

The uncertainty and fear of pain was overwhelming for the paladin as the synchronization rate hit 20% and then 30%. Everyone knew that if he started feeling pain at those numbers, it would likely mean failure in the synchronization process. The higher the synchronization rate reached, the worse the pain and suffering would become, making the situation more brutal and unforgiving.

Everyone's attention was captured by this paladin, as something was different this time. Unlike the previous paladins who all felt pain and agony at the 20% and 30% marks, this paladin was still not exhibiting any signs of pain. And yet, despite this surprising development, the fear in his face still could be seen pretty obviously as the synchronization rate rose steadily.

"48%, and yet he still fine" Yuki said to herself.

The paladin's face started to show signs of pain when it reached 52% synchronization, but he still managed to hold it in and push forward despite the growing agony. This was a sign of good progress as previous paladins could no longer endure the pain past the 30% mark.

The synch process continued to slowly increase in rate, and despite the pain, the paladin was still able to endure it, much to the amazement of the Valkryies and everyone who was watching this.

At the 54% synchronization mark, the teachers and principals became excited as they thought this may be doable. Unlike the previous attempts, this paladin was proving to be able to bear the pain and continue with the synchronization despite it increasing in intensity.

The anticipation and hope from teachers was beginning to grow stronger, as it seemed like they might soon have a successful synchronization.

The pain became much more intense when it hit 64%, causing the paladin to scream from the inside as he was barely able to resist it anymore. The pain and agony was becoming unbearable as the synchronization process was approaching the higher percentages, but he was still managing to hold it together and pushing through despite how intense it was becoming.

"AAAAAHH!!!" When it hit 70% remarks. He can't no longer hold his mouth from shouting because the pain.

When the synchronization reached 78% the the paladin began to suffer greatly, as a loud cracking sound of bones breaking could be heard.

His hands were also starting to twist in abnormal ways, as if he was being pulled by something huge.

At the 80%, both his arms are already broken, making him cry in pain and wish to be eject from the machine immediately.

The pain was becoming so intense that it felt like his entire body was covered in fire, and his eyes began to shoot a bloody stream of blood. His legs Also began to snap and break as if they were being pulled by a strong force from the outside.

And much more brutal is, he also felt the urge to gauge his insides out.

"STOOOPP ITT!! " Sheila shout trying to stop this menace event.

"PLEASED STOPPP!!!! "

No one moves from their places when they heard Sheila plea, they know it was useless to stop the machines, if he was being ejected forcefully from the outside he will likely to die.

The only ways to save him from dying was to hope the machine to ejected him automatically, that's the only ways.

The pain had become so intense that made him began biting his own tongue in the hopes of simply dying and releasing himself from the suffering. He was in so much pain that he was willingly to take his own life just to escape this unimaginable pain.

With a loud *CLACK* sound, the machines automatically ejected the paladin from the chamber after reaching the synchronization 82% Rate.

"MEDIC!!!!" Shouted the principal to command those Medical Response Team to quickly handle the poor student.

After witnessing the horrifying and painful synchronization event, everyone was left in shock and could not continue the event, including the teachers, Thanatos pilots, and Sheila's friends. After a short speech from the principal, the event was immediately stopped at the moment, and it would not be continued until further response from the higher-ups.

The news was spreading like a wildfire within the country, and thus a news about newborn Alpha Candidate will be likely to reveal in a short amount of times.

"Why this is happening?" Sheila said to herself crying within her own room, further traumatized after that event.
