CHAPTER 047: Curse You, Derop!

Princess Liezel was actually a soft-hearted girl, however, as she witnessed the difference in how their mother treated her and her big sister, the third princess had her survival mode turned on. She became everything that her big sister was not. She was always irritable, and doubtful but she needed to mask her emotions.

Her actions could not be justified for hurting those who could not fight against her. But that was just what she turned out to become.

Everyone was just trying to live their lives in this world. And it was just some was enough not to survive, like the Original.

Yanarym never wanted to become hypocritical.

She was not the most understanding person there was either. She could not just help but see all the sides of the story, after all, she was just utilizing someone else's identity.

None of this belongs to her, she could become everyone and anything in the character of the world she was transmigrating. It became a habit for her to find a reason why someone would become whom they became.

She could not say that Eriela was the worst character, and she could say Eriela was not that bad. She could not even get angry at Liezel's selfishness and reckless behavior but the slap in the morning got Yanarym bemused.

It was a hard slap… that frail-looking girl had a really heavy hand.

Yanarym finished her meal and intake her last batch of adeuzo for the month. She had to go back to buy another kilo later after she exchanged her set of jewelry at the pawnshop.

Her source of money would be bankrupt by next week, it would be a good thing because the timing of the royal guard from Vortrion's arrival would be ideal for her next move. She would have the next face-off with Queen Eriela for the crusade of her inheritance that was left by the former Queen Eulasha and former King Rashio, Original's parents.

"That would be one gold, Rym." Yanarym paid Rina.

"Thanks, Rina. Got to go."

"Have fun. Before you go, what would be your meal for dinner?"

"Hm, whatever there is. Serve me a lot, I think I'm gonna be so hungry," Yanarym said and returned her pouch that contained her coins. She had to go to the black market now, Derop was probably waiting for her.

"You're always hungry, Rym. You are the customer who would always ransack our storage."

Guide-sama: "That's what I said."

"What? I don't. I just ate enough," Yanarym argued.

"Whatever you say, sweetheart." Rina laughed and waved her hand.

Yanarym pressed her lips in a thin line and just waved her hand as well to say goodbye. She combed her wig hair and put back her hoodie.

"Take care! Don't get in trouble. Good luck with your business!" Rina shouted, Yanarym just waved her hand again.

"Derop, I've been your customer for almost a month now. We are basically buddies! How could you still not tell me where the hell is the information guild in this capital?"

Yanarym headed to the black market where she would spend almost ninety percent of her money.

She had successfully gained this old man's trust but because he was doing this business all his life was the reason why he was so good at dealing with people whom he thought would be nice people.

She made a very wrong approach.

She did not know how this geezer depicted her as a 'nice' girl when she would win every negotiation. But this old man was treating her as if she were a weak girl who was forced into dealing with this dark business.

He was the reason why she analyzed the other characters before proceeding with dealing with them. Because Derop made her realize she could not be acting the way that she wanted without having their data and information on her list. She could be whatever she wanted in the recent worlds.

It was because she knew whom she was dealing with in and out.

She knew their past, present, and future.

In this world, there were so many variables that she had to consider very highly. One wrong move might not get her to die immediately but will eventually ruin her and would just force her to die to have a reset.

She cannot do a reset!

She would not get through this twice.

"Kid, I don't know what kind of shady thing you do but selling you a kilo of adeuzo and there is still no mass massacre scattering in the newspaper. You seriously give me creeps; do you know that?" Derop walked past her after giving her the paper bag of the one-half kilogram of adeuzo. He looked at her with complexity.

Yanarym narrowed her eyes at him and frowned.

"What? You are operating a business in the black market, and you're terrified of a cute girl like me?"

"A cute girl?" Derop raised an eyebrow at her. He looked at her from head to toe and Yanarym pressed her hand on her waist.

"You gotta see yourself in the mirror, kid."

"What is that supposed to mean, old man?"

"You got your product, leave." Derop returned to his seat on the back of the counter and took the newspaper he had been reading.

"Derop! How could you be so insensitive? Just give me a clue where the hell is that information guild."

"I am not gonna tell you a thing."

Yanarym sighed heavily.

It was hard to know things that Guide-sama did not know. She got so dependent on Guide-sama for such a long time.

"I'll pay you! Sell me the location."

Yanarym shut her eyes firmly to think of a solution. She had to get the information regarding the royal guard by next week. Regarding inheritance too. She had to make background checks for the people who were not included in the story.

"No."

"Please, you don't want to read in the newspaper the next time I die because of you, right?"

"That's not gonna work, kid."

Yanarym frowned.

"I will not leave unless you give me that location."

"Then, sleep on the floor. I believe that the snake had skinned again," he grinned as she turned green.

"Curse you, Derop!"
