CHAPTER 024: The Original Part I

The day Yanarym came to this world, three weeks ago from the present.

HULYO 19, 2019. [40th Generation of the Seerian's Monarchy; King Mertl and Queen Eriela of Menotalis; King Mangus and Queen Coisan of Toliream; King Arran and Queen Sylviana of Dytalic; King Heron and Queen Ellana of Vortrion]

One of the worst transmigrations she had. She woke up as the sick first Princess who was just waiting for her death.

She was feverish, enfeeble, unable to breathe finely, and barely made herself stand from the bed.

Yanarym by the time she finished processing the plotline and the memories were certain. The cause of the sudden intense desire to be alive was Caius.

It was not because of love nor anger the Original felt at that moment but a heavy emotion of dissatisfaction and despondent regrets.

Up to this world, Yanarym was still wondering how she was transmigrating and why she was selected for this kind of adventure. She asked Guide-sama if any people like her were transmigrating and such, but Guide-sama answered her with its most common phrase.

Guide-sama: "I don't know."

She concluded that there was something or someone that was giving Guide-sama the rules of this life she was having. There might be someone in charge of this charade of leaping from world to worlds.

However, Guide-sama was uncertain who, or what it was that was giving them chunks of direction and regulations.

With that in mind, there must be an apparent reason why, when, and how she was transmigrated to these worlds of the Originals.

The timeline where she was input on the world was the most crucial part.

Like when she entered the dressing room of Alvan; when Maki was about to send her to the death door; the part where she was tortured; the day when everyone was becoming her enemy; and the moment before the male lead fell totally for the female lead.

Each world she came to be an opportunity to pivot the plotline to her advantage.

Today was the day when the first Princess felt like she wanted to die the most.

Although Yanarym could not access the Originals' thoughts and emotions only the memories. The extreme feeling of wanting to die; Yanarym felt that from the Original.

It changed; her fervent desire to rid her life— Became an intense surge of wanting to survive to make this kingdom revolutionized.

None of the kings throughout the forty generations of Seerian considered uniting the four kingdoms and abolishing the four different systematic domains.

Except for the Original.

She fantasized about that dream when she was a child, unifying four kingdoms under her sovereign.

She thought that the person who influenced her to dream impossible dreams was her mother, Queen Eulasha.

Queen Eulasha was a courageous woman, she yielded swords and knives to protect her people. She knew the laws of every kingdom to use on the fair judgment of her land and she was an inventor of remarkable items that helped the economy of her territory increase. She was the most intellectual, talented, and the most beautiful woman in the continent of Seerian.

Rumors said that she caused catastrophe during the selection of brides in the kingdom of Vortrion. Because every prince wanted her to become their queen— It created chaos and division of sects.

When the princes daydreamed about having Eulasha as their wife, Eulasha had a different vision. She aspired to be the monarch of her country.

Nonetheless, she was unable to do so due to her gender.

Eventually, she was expected to marry a prince and become a queen, whose role was to serve and support the prince who would later become king.

Despite her best efforts to rule her country, all of the credit would always be bestowed on her husband, King Rashio. Nevertheless, she kept on fulfilling her duties.

As she accepted her fate of becoming a Queen of Menotalis, she bore a child, that was the Original. Her dreams, visions, knowledge, strength, beauty, fairness, and ambition were all passed to her only daughter.

The Original thought she wanted to follow in the steps of her mother. Yet, before she could even know what Queen Eulasha's dream was. She wanted something much better, she dreamt to conquer bigger goals.

She wanted to become a King of the Kings.

King Rashio forbade the first Princess to hold a weapon or read a book. Her father insisted that she should not follow in the steps of her mother.

Being a queen, status below the king, Queen Eulasha could not do anything to counter her husband's decree. Queen was a title, not a power, it could not be used in court or to order the people she rules. The queen had one role which was to serve the king from the shadows, she was a display next to his throne; a voiceless beauty that cannot be heard.

The Original became perceptive in all of that, she began to secretly learn how to read and write without her father's knowledge. She sought to understand how to use a sword by watching sword fights. She wanted to be far more powerful than her father, and she wanted to please her mother. She would rule the country and strive for equal rights for women. If she could not do that, she wanted to at least have territory to give to her mother to govern.

Determined to her life's goal, she tried her best to be the best.

Then, the tragedy came, King Rashio overdosed Queen Eulasha with lethal drugs in her sleep and drugged himself to death as well. The officials did not spread the truth about how the Queen and King died or the reason why it happened. The authorities simply told the public that it was an inadvertent demise.

The Original's lost her purpose of living after learning both of her parents died.

Her esteem and belief to become a king were crushed by the devastating occurrence.

She used to think that nothing was impossible, but she could not even save her parents' lives.

Yet, she dared to dream about governing a vast continent. If she were not atrocious, what could she be?
