2 Meeting an Snarky Wolf

I soon groaned as I woke up this was a bad insight when I took this job. I should have taken this more seriously. Well this flaw could not blamed entirely I only came across the werewolf species when I was in New Orleans at the Bayou. Honestly they are hard bunch to come across.

Weirdly my body felt heavier than usual. Wait something was laying on top of me I lifted my head to see what it was. It was a naked brunette who looked to be around my age. She was snoring heavily on top of me. For a short while my brain short circuited at the situation that was happening to me. Despite all of this my body was relaxed as the product of all of my training. Then I started to think How did this situation even came to be... The wolf that collapsed on top of me after I choked it out. This was the werewolves true form well this is awkward. I looked at my shoulder which the werewolf bit luckily if seemed to be healing as new skin was beginning to form. But it was still fragile but at this rate it will within 4 hours. This healing factor was a product of the my magic and rinki working together.

"Um...Miss can you wake up please" I shake the naked girl on top of me with my arm trying to wake her up but soon she started to groan as she was about to wake up. As she woke up she saw that there was a boy underneath her naked body. She turned into an healthy shade red but she started to growl and eyes turned into a vivid shade of amber then the next thing I saw was her fist

Bamm! Punch was powerful from what I can guess is the she mange to use some of her residual werewolf when she punched. And boy was it powerful punch my nose was bleeding all over.

"Who the hell are you!?" she asked with a fierce tone. Damn I knew werewolves were quick to anger but this was ridiculous. I looked at her as she stood above me she manage to take my jacket when she manage to punch me and disoriented me for a short time. Luckily for her it was a trench coat which meat that she manage to cover up her private parts. I took a closer look at her she I did not get a better look at her since she was so close to me and previously she was a wolf. She was a strikingly gorgeous teen girl with light olive skin, hazel green eyes, and dark brown hair. Her hair is shoulder length and which was worn loose.

"My name is Alexander Leonidas" I said to her. Leonidas was the name that I chose to replace my former name since it was inconsequential for me. And Leonidas sounded badass plus it had the Leo it suited me since was a lion.

"What about you what's your name?" I asked the wolf. As she scrunched up her face as if she was thinking something but she relented with a sigh. She looked at me with her Hazel green and proceeded to talk.

"My name is Hayley Marshall and what were you doing underneath me?" The now named Hayley revealed as she asked how we got in this situation.

"Well you see Hayley I am somewhat of a vampire hunter. The town next to here have been experiencing animal attacks something that they have not had since a long time" I told her. She looked perplexed about the situation. "Well the attack was odd since there are no wild animals known to live in this vicinity so the mayor one of the few that knew about vampires in that town hired to investigate and slay them in case there are vampires in the surrounding" I said looking at her her look of confusion turned to understanding.

"So imagine my surprise that the cause of the attacks was truly because of a wild animal" I said to her with a smirk. She looked offended at this and proceeded to glare at me. "Hey first thing first don't call me a wild animal and second I just got here 3 days ago. So I am not the cause of this so look for your killer somewhere else" She snarled at me which slowly turned into a smirk when I heard her reasoning. "Do you have proof?" I asked her. She might be lying saying she is not the killer because she fears that I might kill her. However I know the situations of a werewolf they don't kill because they want to it's because they have lost control. They most I will do to her is kicking her out town.

"Yeah I checked into the towns hotel. You can ask them" She nodded as she answered my query. The amount of confidence colouring her voice she might be telling the truth. That means there truly is a dangerous element in this town. "Do you have any clothes stashed away?" I asked her since heard that the werewolves have a spare change of clothes to wear after return back to human form.

"I did but I accidently destroyed it when I transformed into a wolf" She looked a bit sheepish at that fact. "Well to be honest this is only my second transformation I haven't worked all of the kinks yet" Her sheepish expression magnifying as she scratched the back of her head with a smile. I blink at that so she just awakened her gene recently huh.

"Ok you are coming with me I have to verify if what you said was true and I will get you some clothes as well" I said to her. She looked as if she was contemplating the offer I gave her after a few moments she nodded. After I knew she was onboard with the situation I walked towards my car with her following right behind me.

I took her to my car as we both got in she sat uncomfortably in the coat. I think the jacket was really uncomfortable to were when she was naked. "Ok first things, first lets go get some clothes" I said to her as she smiled at me showing her pearly whites to me.

I drove to the nearest clothing shop and entered the store. As we entered the store I could instantly feel the judgement of the women in the store. Maybe coming here with a naked girl wearing my jacket a mistake. Well there is nothing I can do about it I was already here so there was no point worrying about it. I looked at Hayley who was did not seem to care about the stares that she was getting.

"Ok go get some clothes and change here" I said to her. She nodded and went on to go get some clothes for her. After a while she came back wearing some short jean and a buttoned up shirt with a jean jacket. She was beautiful in the wild sexy kind of way.

"Okay tell me where this hotel is to check if you are telling me the truth" I asked her. She gave me a address and soon we drove of to the destination. As we entered the hotel I enquired about Hayley and found that she was telling the truth.

As I was about to leave I felt a massive amount of negative energy. Huh the vampire was in the hotel. Well that did make things infinitely easier I quickly followed the energy signature. Then I felt something behind I looked to see Hayley following me.

"What the hell are you doing?" I asked her with exasperated tone. She just shrugged her shoulder and said "the way you are acting shows that the vampire is here , I just wanted to make sure everything was safer for me to be here" She said looking at me with a look in her eye that told me that she was not going to give up without a fight. I just sighed and mumbled 'troublesome' I quickly went in front of the room I thought about what should I do and I decided that sneaking in would have been a waste of time he would have heard me the moment I entered the room. So brute force it is so I decided to push the door of it hinges as the door flew off I rushed in to find the vampire that has been terrorising this town. Luckily it seems that I have caught it off guard as I saw it looked out from its leather couch in surprise as it was feeding of Room Service.

The vampire was short man with brown hair in a buzz hair cut. He seemed to have a goatee with blood staining it he also had two iconic vampire fangs jutting out from his mouth.

I quickly struck his face while he was in shock the impact sent him flying across the room. But he quickly started to recover with his regenerative abillities. In lunged at me and covered the distance with ease. He lashed out his fist which I manage to dodge with ease.

Judging by the fighting style of the vamp it was easy for me to see that he was newborn they had this reckless battle style that was akin to an frenzied animal besides when I fought vampires hundred years and older they had an refined style that did not waste movements. While for new-borns they believe as long they get a single hit in they will win. Arrogance something that will always be the fatal flaw of a vampire.

As I was thinking I manage to dodge every strike with ease. Honestly the only why Hayley managed injure was because like this vampire I gotten cocky other than that I would have been able to dodge her attacks. Anyway back to the Vampire he seemed to have gotten tired and dashed at me in quick speed I just sighed and coated my arm in Rinki and used one of my many self made moves from my experience. 'Lion style: Evil heart Slaughter Claws' I whispered quickly and my rinki took the form of a claw in my open palm .I quickly palmed the vampires chest shattering his ribcage then in a instant I dug my clawed finger into his chest and pushed my arm through and manage to grasp his heart.

I looked at his face while his heart was in my firm grasp. The face that shown a snarling visage now had a expression disbelief and fear. The rinki in me started to surge with great strength since my martial arts be lived in taking the fear and sadness of the weak as fuel for more power . However destroying the belief of strong and shattering their beliefs along with their pride well that was more effective and powerful than anything.

'SQUELLCH'

The sound of his heart getting crushed was disgustingly pleasant to my heart. His body now a dull ashen grey. I quickly pulled out my hand from the cavities that I formed in his chest. He dropped dead. I looked at the now demolished to look for a towel as my eyes wandering I saw Hayley just looking at me in disbelief. I just shrugged and went to the bathroom cleaned myself up and proceeded the vampires head from his corpse. I needed to show it as evidence to the mayor and get my payment for this job.

"What the hell was that?" Hayley shouted at me in disbelief I just looked at her.

"That was a vampire" I said to her with no real care for her question. She just glared at me with her olive green eyes.

"I know that was a vampire I meant what the hell did you do?" She asked me with a slightly angered voice.

"Trade secret by the way after I get my payment I am leaving the town. Wanna come with? from what you told me you only know the basics and nothing more" Normally I would not care but she told about herself on the drive over here. She was abandoned then adopted and then abandoned again after she awakened her werewolf gene. She reminded me of me for some reason .Plus I felt something special from her something that I just can not explain.

She just looked at me and nodded I just smiled. I put the vampire heard in a bag I found and left the hotel to go to the mayors office with Hayley following right behind me.
