128 The Nines

Austin continued his talk about the Nine Noble Demons.

"As I said, the nine noble demons are very strong with each of them specializing in something."

"There are total of nine Lords and they are as follow:  Blood Lord - Corpse Lord - Phantom Lord - Wise Lord - Night Lord - Flame Lord - Ice Lord - War Lord - Dark Lord. Those are the lords that are ruling over the nine tribes."

"They are powerful and strong. So I need you to be careful."

Austin said as he looked at his wives with seriousness on his face making them feel the weight of the situation.

"From your words, I think they will pose a huge challenge for us, but that's how it is, the subordinates of the final boss must be strong or it won't have any meaning being the final boss's strongest forces." Asagi said with a sigh.

Each lord of them was specialized in certain field like the Ice Lord who was clearly specialized in Ice and the Flame Lord who was proficient with Fire.

And like that from the name you could know what was their field of expert.

Now to the important question.

How Austin knew about all of this? He didn't know anything about them from the anime as he didn't see them at all when he was watching.

Maybe they appeared in the game but he didn't play it.

Then..how?

Well, remember the Seductress from the Crimson Tower?

Yeah, her, Aishwarya Lai, she had the largest information network that nothing could escape her, so Austin made a deal with her in exchange for providing him with the necessary information he wanted, he would give her more books about magic and spells.

It was a win-win deal for both of them.

She gave him all necessary information about the nine noble demons and their strengths as well, so he could form a plan to deal with them.

Beside Asagi group, his other wives will also participate in the plan to increase the chance of winning. Beside, they wanted to show the results of their training to him, to tell him that he could also count on them and could stand beside him.

And Austin noticed their determination and allowed them to participate in the coming battle against Edwen Black—the Vampire King.

His wives will be divided into ten groups to face the nine demon lords and Bismarck while Austin will face the Vampire King by himself.

The only information he got about him was about his racial abilities which was expected considering his race.

But Austin didn't know that there was something that no one knew about Edwen, beside his racial abilities and the other OP abilities of him, no one knew about it and it was his Trump Card.

And this trump card will be an important factor in the battle between him and Austin, so it's not surprising for him to hide it as no one will be stupid enough to reveal his trump card to the world where he has so many enemies waiting for a chance to kill him.

However, Edwen was a cunning person and very calculating so he wouldn't make such a stupid mistake, right?

Now with everything was discussed, Austin decided to go back to Taimanin world alone while giving his wives who would stay in his inner dimension—Avalon, some instructions to be prepared for the final battle.

Appearing in the living room of the house, Austin sighed and went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee for himself to ease his mind a little and make him think more clearly.

'It seems he didn't give up and still sending his subordinates to watch us or me to be specific.' He thought as he sat on the couch with the cup of coffee in his hand.

The steam coming from the cup penetrating his nostrils gave him a sense of relaxation and clearness.

The smell of the coffee was so intoxicating and comfortable, especially in rainy whether where you could listen to the melody of the rain while drinking a warm cup of coffee.

"Ahhh so good~" he muttered while sipping the coffee slowly feeling the bitter taste of it filling his mouth and spreading further.

While drinking, he felt some gazes directed at him but he didn't think about it and ignored it as if he didn't notice anything was wrong.

And that behavior made the demons who were watching him think that he was a weak human not realizing that death was near to him, so close to the point that one wrong movement and he would die.

'How weak a human can be. I don't know why my master told me to watch him and report periodically, he is clearly a very weak human that has no special power.' The leader of the demons who was watching Austin thought as he observed him.

He watched Austin for some days and didn't notice anything off or weird about him. It was like he was just a human being living an ordinary life like other humans, which was confusing to him.

From the very beginning, he came to watch Austin according to his master's orders after he had found that the groups of demons he sent to watch him before disappeared without any traces, not knowing what had happened.

So his master sent him along with his group to watch over Austin and report everything about him.

The leader and his group was one of the best groups proficient in surveillance activities and scouting so they were the right persons for the right job.

But now, nothing could be reported about Austin to Edwen as the former was sitting there on the couch enjoying a cup of coffee with a smile on his face.

'Did my master think wrong about the target and thought that he was responsible for the disappearance of the previous group?'

'Well, anyway, let's continue watch for some time before going back to report.'

Austin who was sitting smiled inwardly while sipping his coffee. Everything was normal about him except his thought.

'How foolish. Demons will always be demons.'
