A Woman Standing in Balcony

When Emma finally ended her conversation with Lucia she was left all alone. She aimlessly wandered around the corridors, she was feeling tired after all it was her first time.

She wanted to go back in the party but her feet dragged her somewhere, she caught a glimpse of someone standing alone in the balcony without any further thoughts she opened the door.

What she saw was a silhouette of someone standing near the railing of the balcony but it was familiar.

"Mr Leonard?"

She blurted out and at the same time he turned around and his face came into the moonlight. She was momentarily stunned at his handsome face.

However she was happy to meet him, naturally, she smiled at him and walked faster. Maybe it was her imagination but his face was a little flushed.

'Is he flustered?' 

She smirked from inside and denied it, the person who was teasing her that day couldn't become flustered.

"Hello miss Emma, how have you been?"

"I'm fine what about you?"

"I'm also fine"

They both were quiet but it wasn't awkward. They both enjoyed the beautiful night and savoured the scented breeze.

"Can we be friends?"

Emma suddenly blurted out, even she was shocked when these words came out of the mouth.

He slowly turned his head towards her and silently looked at her face. Emma wasn't embarrassed by his gaze and looked back at him.

"....."

"Fine, let's be friends"

He slowly narrowed down the distance between them and hovered above her. She was stunned and confused as his face came near her, she quickly shut her eyes unable to do anything.

Her hands which were holding her phone was loosened and was taken away.

Her face flushed when he went back to his original place, he took her index finger and unlocked her phone.

After typing his number he gave her phone back. His lips curved up at her embarrassed face.

"I have saved my number in your phone"

"Take my number also" she reached out her hand to give her phone number 

"I have given a missed call from your phone so I have it"

She remained quiet for a bit she was racking her brain so that she could spend more time with him

"Can we meet tomorrow?"

"Let's eat lunch together" he nonchalantly said while gazing at the beautiful and well-maintained garden in front of him

"Okay"

"Also call me Leo"

With this Leo went out leaving Emma all alone, she stood rooted there for a moment before falling e floor while covering her red face which went down till her neck.

Her heart was beating wildly. 

In this beautiful night, two people fell in love together. 

"I think I like him" 

Emma for the first time in her life fell in love.

At the same time, a woman was standing in the balcony which was situated to the right side.

She smiled sweetly looking at Emma's reaction.
