Within Veiled Boundaries: Shroud Over Their Eyes.

In order to be normal like everyone else. I have to ignore the things that others can not see. I have to pretend to be my age. Once I am done what I have to, I have other better things to be doing with my existence away from here. I don't need to stand being bullied by the one thing I cherished more then my own soul. I don't have to accept the downward glares even those I love give me. They don't know what I had to do to be where I am.

51 Taking care of business

Those for alliance have shook thier hands and the worst parts of this event was over. In affect was now the after party, drinks to help these folks adapt to the kingdom they promise to back. The shuffle to talk shop. Everyone that wanted to just social ladder their way with royalty are free to do so. The judges mostly leave their seats, they had all the will to get away from her. She stayed here, listening everywhere and at holding that pose of elegance. Ever since she stopped talking, she been trying to not sleep or make any unnecessary waste of energy. The small snips of emotional charged conversations is barely enough to stop her stomach making any strange sounds. The waves of colour clouds are hypnotic and distracting, she trying her best to not be looking crazier then she is. These strange things are the spill of energy causes by clashing realm energy's meeting in the same time space. They are the same existence as the fate and krama creatures. She loves watching those things at work living their best life off people. The cute ones have to be the more bad or evil ones. But this isn't a time to be letting her eyes do all the talking. She doesn't want to make some suggestion she didn't mean. For someone that wasn't taught any gesture of court, she making a fantastic job to not offended anyone yet. Well the removing of the archangel was seen as her fault. The blame is her in their eyes.

"Lady Baroness!" A mail runner under her, she wastes no energy as they marched to her and place the paper in her hand. She looked dull to the message carrier and they moved away in waiting for her to have some quick reply to this guys return. She didn't even look at it, opens in one hand and touched about. She hand plenty of what it was and burns it. The instant flames at her hands were purple and clouds of blue. She used the spell itself to break the contract, hits the clash of energy and resulting flame. The runner lowered at the floor to the ashes, shocked of what he seen.

"I have no interest to meddle in the order of how things are. The middle gods will just have to accept that I am no different to other concept keepers. The laws I care to entertain have yet to begin... so you can suffer like everyone else. Leave little soul, take the ashes with you. Tell them that I sent away stupid notes." They are gone as they arrived. She back to being some statue.

"If I gave you a letter of invite, would you send me away the same?" Curiosity asked.

"No. You alone are treated differently. If someone from your kingdom that wasn't you came to me, they would be holding ashes back to your queen." The strike of nerve that she even knew the monarch was a queen this time. That she did priorities smaller and more dangerous matters over her majesty's greeting. He tilts unsure of why him. At this moment, they have nothing to do with each other. He doesn't even spy her anymore. He did when she was younger. She seemed harmless. Well until this party event. She was a no one until this time.

"Lady Trixie." A proper crow from deaths domain. A feather drops at her open hand, it lands as spraying ink over her. She watched the crow leave. The exchange looked as if it had no meaning at all. She doesn't make it announced to these folks below of the gravity by such thing. Curiosity shivered in shock she wasn't unmoved by such granting of some very serious laws. Right as he was to voice that everyone should heed her. A doorway by a god opened behind. Curiosity moved quickly at respect to which God this is. She made a tone laugh and smirks as the man takes a seat at her side.

"Lowering yourself to have my favour. You have lost your mind, pen pal." She stayed staring down upon these crowds.

"Conaulting with the 19 other versions of my title. We all came to agree that you have the most practical experiences." He takes the time to sit as she does. Had a little nerve at not sure how to put his hands down. She watched the true lord of death being so flattery for her.

"Don't need to fuss. Do recall that the point of my concept is something that has no celebration or call to notice such changes. It is through the change of souls that energy has passed to create concpet like you and me in such unflattering manner. We must carry some humility to respect all of what we are. All these carves and and imperfections have reason, as posed by the soul laws we endure." She offers her left hand to the death god, "You don't want my experiences. Only the skills I took from such events. You don't need to be tainted by such horrid sickness as my soul has been under." She softens as death shook her at this openly, "Your blade partner is a key part of this change. You must allow some risk for better yields. Soul exposed to the soul of the tool is very must a part of this." She lets him free, "You see... I am my own blade. Where you soul isn't designed to be. So you need the soul that is your blade to communicate to you exactly how you must pose you angles. Through your energy, the metal will shape itself to the best method to clasp the soul subject." She smiles gentle that the Lord takes every bit of value in her words, "The scythe of your choose can hurt you too. You must work perfectly. Trust your soul and the soul of the blade. Follow its instructions to a point. Don't be consumed by the greed of the blade. As most blades of death gods turn into soul eaters. Nasty pests. The blade can consume you soul if it so willed to be in contorl of you. But maybe you can find a blade you be willing to swap places of bodies for. That's your responsibility." He bows softly in being glad for this lesson. They both look back to the lively party below. The prolong listening to some the souls around here. They both make pass hand gestures about the things they heard. They had even made the same shoulder roll. Yet then it was death to lean, holding his chin again. She looks his way for a sort of listening to him to speak. He clasp his bone finger at his front and she properly snickered at this.

"I am my own blade. I decided that if I was for to keep my soul and the souls I was saving from the event. That I was willing to take shapes of monsters that did a better job then a human spirit with a corpse body attachment." She reclined back, "Being back in this universe had brought back some old scars. I began to remember what used to be my ignorance. The cost of it was easy to see. The scars were not just my own body. I can feel the tome pages where I had to replace the pager qualities. Feel the new stitched leathers. The stench of the new ink carries different to the original." She looked at the folks, "Those I brought here to help me fix things. Obvious of their origins. You know. I know you know it." He sighed and had to nod at this, "They deserve to stay here. I gave up being human. You could at least keep them safe as possible. The fools done know how fleeting they are." Death puts his hands to his lap and he recline like she does. She cares not for a reply, "Would you like to see how it actually is? To have the veil on your eyes removed." She asked and death back up straight, "Zeus was right. There was a concept god playing meddling with the perspective laws. I had to. I was afraid that my hard work of patching the tome together as it was scared of the broke souls it held. I watched my work be broken apart as it was seen as some monster." She took out a jar, "OK, fine. You cant see this. The content of this jar." She passed it to him and he definitely struggled. He even made reading glasses appear. That was amazing.

"Everyone had them. Some more then others. Even I need some. I need some foundation of sanity." He gives back the jar, "We can look together. Just this little crowd. If you want them back, it be up to you." She offered forward her right hand and a worried tilt. The Lord of all things that need shepherd's across the boundaries takes no hesitation. He had even leaned forward to help her reach. The veil from over deaths sockets came undone. The first thing he notes was the once assuming empty jar is full of a folded material, as it this material of no mass breaks into cloud vapor around him. He looked upon the crowds of humans and undertakers alike, looking at the creatures upon thier shoulders. A god of experience, he knew instinctively and nods in a notion of finally sees a depth of scynonized vastness to his internal awareness.

"You didn't do a good job hiding this secert all that well." He tilts in looking at all these undertakers as they appear as the day they were passed over to this side. The nickname they take is a reference of thier demise.

"I didn't want to influence foundation laws. As per always, you can't cheat death. Some things so vague have value even among the unseen. That even the afterlife has layers of existence as the living world hides too." She can talk openly about such things with the true title. They are the foundation of the concept they impersonate. Death looked cautiously about her, the hole in her lower region and broadly in moving up to her outfit. Her tools. Her clothy skin as a clothus and the human corpse underneath. She had no cheated him, instead it was that she admires the god whom take his duty at all fashion without burden and doubts. The death god whom enjoys being what he is, and his way able to reach and protect souls in his own way. Without a life, death and reborn system - this universe would already been long empty of no souls at all. Although, for as much as she admires death, she can't be his follower. The creatures attached to her are of her abilities that death can not keep. The chains tied her down. The flex of broken sharded time maintaining the human life in her.

"I shall keep the jar at hand, but this veiw isn't hard to believe." He very much leans back in recline with thinking over many things.

"A honest soul." She removed her face entirely from her. She may not have eyes but she is inspecting the mask condition. Death takes in the amount of deception she has all along. That small moment of her face removed, he understands she was made different to everyone else. The only being who would be close to her was Omens. But his a god from outside existence boundaries. Even then, that's not a perfect match up either.

"You are the embodiment of soul concept. You have presence but you can't be touched. A voice heard that has no body. Desire that even hell would envy." Death rants a little, "Every tool you carry stems at such ability across time and space. The ability to ignore boundaries and transcendence." He peers about the jar, "Nonsense."

"I knew you would find me out. You deal with so many a soul. Of course you would know me." She was able to recover some the cloth bind from his sight and softly pulls it into his little jar. The way she can touch things that have no mass, "I wish never to cheat you at your own rules. So do advice me in what I should do. I was broke and scattered across many boundaries and tangled in many businesses. I adpted changed and gather back together. I am imperfect, unable to fit in among the rules. Beloved shepherd of souls, where should I be?" Meeting into her gaze, even as she was without wearing her face. He certainly does feel his authority over this matter and the depth of her issue across many bodies. She was being honest to him and faithful to follow his leadership.

"A soul knows its own path, I can only help guide you for which way that goes." He pocketed the jar and he pointed, "Chronos it's done with you in the living boundaries. It is his influence that stops me from taking you." He poked her chest at this but folds away in ease. Watching the party, "But I think that maybe the guide whom suit you better is that of Omens. I understand now, see his changes. He playing war with fate." Death stands, "I don't intervene in such things."

"You have guided me plenty, Lord of decay." She bows respected to the exiting god. She eased in putting her face back on and back to mockery. Looking over the humans this broach meant. She brushed it in feeling honor of this position.

"Lady Trixie, you attention is required." A message carrier coos. She stands up and looked at the way the seats here had changed under both her and deaths influence. His decay and her atomizing. She keeps such things at mind for it could be a use later or a tell of things. It made his words of heed about Omens at war with Fate. Amusing her that some things never change.

"A fight has broken between a human and a undertaker." She lifted her staff from the abyss and gentle crossing to whatever fight this is. She looked at every fashion of angle this little game is, from creatures made in fates whims to chains of burden. Those who judge around watching. The ones stood holding back. The crests of kingdoms at play of this game. She finds herself in reminder of clothus culture, a system of chess and poke cards. Here it's animals survival of the fitness, as least by the crests concern.

"It's amusing that two equally kingdoms are such odds." She smirked in looking upon the spider crest and the snake crest. The parallel of real living world creatures. Even their fighting styles matched. Fast strikes by a snake and hugging to constrict movements. Spiders nibble and laying traps. Fangs of both side at bare to see, daggers at each hand.

"Do not intervene unless you have say over this." Blocking her path was unwise. She smacked the fool out of her way, left them at the floor behind dazed.

"Call it a draw. If you ignore me, you will suffer." She slams loud with a impact of air to separation of these two fighting, "Ignore me and you will never forget what laws you have broken." At least the human backed down. They seen the broach at her chest. Putting away his weapons and being freed by his fellow humans. He wasn't going to be rash to someone with authority. She glares upon the undertaker, who withdraw enough.

"You and what authority do you sway such things?" A king among the crowd lost his entertainment.

"My lady." A court wolf approach with a wagged tail, "May I have pets?" She smiles at this soft request. The timing was obvious play on the court wolf wish to show her power over the system.

"I mustn't insult you, leader. You are a fine brave soul. So instead, you may pet me." She lowered and it paw does indeed pet her. It tail slapping the floor hard as it loved this even more then receiving them. It snapped at someone who dares Interrupt this moment for it and aggressively protected the humans from the undertakers in the bark command. She lifted up and gave a playful adult smile across those looking shocked.

"You wish to play games with these lives, very amusing from all you folks. Tool puppets in chains. Undertaker by what definition do you rule over the outcome of humanity? Don't you know? Your foundational existence relies on humans and the soul crafted from thier passing. You are shaped from those that can't be raised to heaven or fallen to hell. You bend things when time pauses, but you can't stop any events change. Life is constant change, you are the stagnation of death." She blocked a knife with her staff, "You are the things keeping the wallpaper together."

"Terrible as her use of both living and our language is. It is clear that she stands about us, even without need of that broach." A queen obversing steps in and behind her was Curiosity. Curiosity has Omens over his right shoulder. She puts away the staff and turns her attention to the humans. She particularly glares upon a guest among them that was human from another time space. That she singled them out instantly had them lower to her and make several court greetings. This one is a Sigil path walker, he knows his place. She respect the greeting in passing one in return, they lowered to kneeling now. She turns away as the humans around picked the kid up off the floor. They don't know the greeting practices well enough. They don't know what she just used.

"Miss Trixie Trickster, I have an off set question. Once that makes no sense." The queen gazed about the outfit over the lass, "But the compendium of universal concept is lacking. Why is that?" Testing her or a genuine one.

"Before I can answer, by what measure do you consider the lowest ranker of this room to be? We must follow the sigil laws and respect to not cause detrimental damages. Especially when consultation of the tome. As you may guess, we most have to speak lies in order to protect. This is a foundational way we higher cogs use to explain to non cognitive aspect matters." The meet deep into the queen's eyes, "There is a simple answer I am allowed to give you. This universe has a supplement addendum. Thus the full title of the compendium is incomplete. Meaning the tome itself is incomplete, even of you had finished the tasks of soul order."

"You have knowledge above even the gods. Lay such a thing like it is a simple turth." The queen now posed pointing to the rival King, "Does this satisfy you? That as the keeper of god realms, you had no idea? Snake that tempted Adam and Eve to eat knowledge apples from the garden." She then swept to the spider crest human, "Do you even know what she meant? You have anything ounce of smart sigil meanings?" A rest thread snapped here, or at least one that was tied between spider and snake. The cord bleeds energy and the decay of the fray ends began. This weakened fates pull for some larger cascade watching it stop progress of knots in other sections of crowd.

"The Lord of decay has chosen his side beside Omens. Maybe I should to." Tilted at her own ranting.

"Oi! Don't blame this on me!" Squeaking at Curiosity's shoulder.

"Blame? No... bemused to watch and find myself used." She left hand flutters at Omens. For a moment, Omens in taking her words lowered himself. He seems at watching other things, she's not his concern. Watching them three eye sockets working a lot at analysing the overall picture, she can already figure plenty for herself. Such as the movement of energy's from different hidden members of the crowds. She already was able to pin point where the energy was being aimed and that she was in the way of it all. A shame for them, because it going to be really tasty snack. Understanding energy flows, from soul to spell craft - she has grown immune to it. She adapted her soul to withstand and use these energies as she pleases.

"Burn away my enemy!" Short casting but it was meant to be a inferno. But even as the energy sapped in being spent, its not visible or making any hold over the fabrics of the humans she surrounded.

"You should make your peace, soul. Her ladyship is no push over." The leader of the court wolves voices its warning, "Those whom have crawled from darkness and flee from the abyss. We respect her ladyships grace. You can only count your blessings so much, little souls."

The shuffle of many casters knowing they completed thier spell casting correctly. The leached lacking from it. The dismay of the attack not going to plan.

"Omens, you changed fate. You have rewritten the names whom should have been written. You have deaths allowance for such things to be over looked. So do tell me what you plan to do with all those gemstones? They are alive because you meddled." She speaks up once more and with lifted of her staff again, "That's unless wiping out the final bloodlines of all these humans was your intent. I seen that before. I know that story." She smacked down a physical attacker and plays it like bug under boot. She very clearly is speaking his language and his reacted to understanding her words, fluffed ball of mock feathers, "You already made sure death was compensated. You pulled fate to take some other humans in trade. So what are you going to do with these ones? Did they glimmer a sparkle you couldn't resist? Did you wish them under your cult, feathers of your fancy? I don't mind. I had plenty of time."

Omens huffed that he has just played into a scray place.

"They are to accept the kingdoms they pledged and die at some suitable time among the living. Not here. Not now." He replies to her, "What deal have you striked with death?" He tilted to square her back in something. Not it mattered for her.

"You got it the wrong way around. Death strikes deals with me, not me of him. I respect a true title who loves his job." She knocked another cold, "He is the shepherd of souls and the decay of things left behind. He is when time is all spent, last minute so to speak. You mustn't disregard a good honest soul. They come far and few in a universe like this." She twirls to look over the humans. She particularly was casting some cleaning spells and mending their clothing. She was inspecting thier conditions, acting as a host should. She barely brushed her mother, grandpa and brother. They didn't need her to fuss them. They flinch at her every move, not seeing the little girl underneath.

"You are all crazy!" The wolves scatter, as did a lot of creatures. The more serious she is of her role, the more were dropped as flies to the zapper. It is her shadow that dances between and slaying the attacking.

"It is time to go home everyone." She lifted a solid wood door and it's frame from the ground. It's adorned of all the same symbols as her entire outfit. It was not a power made from lady summons. This gateway was of entirely by Trixie strengths of her soul resolve. Plenty of the humans didn't think twice of this, they watched enough undertakers dropping at the floor. They rely on the host to keep them safe, and the broach was proof to not question her. It is her brother whom was fighting to stay behind, but she pushed him through out of her way. Since she was leaving too.

"You have made a dangerous decision to rely on the lady of soul. The soul that was shattered and thrown into the abyss and came back her own universe." One of the followers of death spoke in watching the doorway spray as salt and Ash. He lifted the tome in writing the souls collected by the event. He looked over to curiosity with putting the quill away, "There isn't many beings in our known neck of the woods to handle souls like her. She taught the true titles, that part is true." The tome is put away and a bow to Omens, "Whatever you have going on to break destiny. It will be entertaining to watch."

"For a death god, you seem not to your image." Omens sneers.

"I guess so... but death has many faces. I am one of many." Death posed hand open and Omens paid his due, a thread of coins laying in reels on deaths bone hand. The death god brought a different book and wrote his exact amounts. Not a penny cheated. Death nods grateful that Omens isn't stupid to cheat death.

"Don't bother asking us to soul remove the girl. She can do it herself." Death adviced Omens, "She dies at her own term, she's her own laws. The court wolves from the lands at the edge of dreams. Those are her lands. We are her guests, not the other way. She has trapped this universe within the boundary of her. We are turly at her mercy. All but one. I don't care about what the gods believe. You can't fool us. Your follower was without fail the one. He doesn't know his sway. You don't know how fragile we are. We are the addendum." Linking back to previous conversation, speaking about the compendium of universal concept. The follower of death takes leaves. The after party was plenty to clean away. The humans on arrival back home sat at the church pews. Glaring at the shirnking lady into a litte child. She removes the clips that held the court law and the living law in match. She chains the spare human, the extra gained humans from taking this crossing instead of the method back as they should had. She gives a stretch, pretending to not look at the broke fate threads over them.
