2 Chapter - 2: New Life In DXD

[ Quote of the day: You know you are lazy when you get excited about cancelling your plans ]

Whoever was the madman or madwoman who made Transmigration hurt so fucking much can take a stick up their ass amd down their throat.

Klaus Solomon was having an extremely bad morning.

Everything...Hurts. It felt like he just got out of a car accident. His vision was a blur and his whole body twitched as white-hot sharp pain racked his head, feeling as if millions upon millions of fire ants are partying inside his head.

Klaus then felt his very being squished until his bones broke and grinded against each other. He heard his bones break and refix themselves over amd over again. It was beautiful and terrifying equally.

He didn't care for shame or anything, he screamed till his voice was gone and blood tears rained down his face and out his nose and ears.

Even when his voice stopped working, he kept on voiceless screaming and spasming in every which way without stopping.

When did Transmigration hurt? Wasn't he supposed to wake up fine and dandy with another set of memories?

Why is his Transmigration so different?

Did the Void forget to pay its Transmigration bills or something?

He really needs to know. Because if he this pain is for that, he will find a way to wring the neck of that damn Void.

Oh great Azathoth, please help him. He can already feel his mind and very soul break.

As he prayed with all his heart, the pain suddenly stopped. It vanished without a trace like it was never there.

[ Ding! Guten Morgen Meister! ]

A clear smoothing German young female voice spoke inside his head. Her voice calming down his raging mind and emotions all at once. Her voice repairing his broken mind. It was beautiful and otherworldly. He never knew the German language could sound like that.

[ Welcome my beloved Meister to The Diablo Gacha System~! ]

Diablo? Did he hear right?

Like a, Devil? Or Diablo from the RPG game Diablo?

And a Gacha? What did he do to deserve this?!

Klaus knows his Luck can't be this bad, right? Because Diablo is a badshit crazy Game! He really hopes a Prime Evil doesn't suddenly pop out of the Gacha!

Pulling him out of the Abyss which is his own mind, was the floating box changing.

[ By using me the - The Diablo Gacha System, The Meister can get powerful by doing Missions and getting Gacha Tickets. The more hard the Missions are, the more higher chance the Meister can pull something good! ]

The light in Klaus's golden eyes dimed. He has been tricked, been deceived and been, quite possibly, bamboozled by the Void!

Call him ungrateful and such, but he doesn't care. What kind of bloody sadistic do you have to be to combine Diablo and Gacha?!

Klaus groaned loudly as the floating box disappeared from his vision, but still a thought away.

Even though he feels like falling asleep, he had to ask.

' Before I do anything... Could you tell what the hell that pain was for?'

[ Ding! Answer: Crossing Dimensions ]

His lips twitched.

' Crossing Dimensions made me feel like dying?'

[ Affirmative! Most Transmigrators and Reincarnators have R.O.B's or some other Gods to help them CROSS, but as Meister may know, you did not. So the Void had to do it themselves. So yes, it did hurt and the Void sends their deepest apologies for that and asks you not to be mad ]

' Huh... That makes a lot of sense actually.'

What? He doesn't major in Transmigration and Reincarnation. What else would he say?

And it bloody does make sense. Crossing dimensions should kill you and yet these Transmigrators and Reincarnators do it effortlessly? He calls Plot Armor and Bullshit!

That pain was like no other. He fucking hated every second of it. He swears he will have PTSD and nightmares because of that.

' If you can, thank the Void.'

[ Ding! Answer: No can do. The Void is a hard place to find. But, I'm sure they know ]

Klaus sighed but nodded. It can't be helped, but the thought counts, at least.

Oh great Shub-Niggurath's thick creamy thighs, that sounded too cheesy for his liking.

Taking a shuddering breath, he got up and finally looked around.

Before him was...his room.

" Huh?

Klaus blinked. He then blinked again. It's still there.

It was dark, almost pitch black in the bedroom, but that didn't really bother Klaus. He was used to the darkness of his room, mostly because he spent his time with low lighting. The room was rather basic, it had a large bed on one side of the room, and on the other side were some shelves, filled to the brim with various books, manga, and light novels. There were a few anime posters and Warhammer 40K figurines scattered about the room. There was also a large desk next to the only window in the room, holding a monster of a gaming PC. On the shelf above it sat a dated and worn-looking gaming rig.

" The hell? Even my old PC is here, too?"

[ Ding! Answer: Due to having a few Karma Points left, The Void designed your new house after your old one ]

' Oh Nyarlathotep's left nut, I thought you took it from my Earth and transported it over with me.'

[... It would have exploded... ]

Klaus ignored the System's deadpan voice and smiled.

Life is looking up for him.

... He maybe shouldn't be thinking that huh?
