14 Pathetic Creature

Chakra beasts had long been utilized by shinobi for their inherent abilities and aptitude with chakra manipulation.

Each beast possessed unique talents corresponding to their elemental affinity, much like shinobi themselves.

"What's this?" one of the ministers stuttered, attempting to rise from the ground despite the overwhelming presence of the dragon's aura. His efforts were in vain, however, as he promptly collapsed once more.

"Pathetic," Majin thought disdainfully, observing the minister's futile attempts. Neither the dragon's intimidating aura nor its deafening roar had any effect on Majin, thanks to his formidable bloodline.

Majin had once read in a book in the imperial library about an event 500 years ago during the Warring states era.

The then clan head of the Akuma clan encountered a powerful chakra beast capable of controlling other beasts. They fought for a month before the beast was defeated with the help of an entire shinobi army.

Approximately two and a half centuries ago, a descendant of that same beast was born, possessing its ancestor's ability to control other creatures.

The Akuma Clan, with the assistance of the Uzumaki Clan, had managed to seal the beast within the dungeon using a prototype jutsu involving adamantine chains.

Over the years, the beast's power and bloodline had been siphoned away, ensuring its imprisonment.

"How fascinating," Majin remarked as he approached the dragon, undaunted by its continuous roars.

"Stay in your place, pathetic creature." With a casual gesture, he seized one of the golden chains ensnaring the beast.

Channeling his chakra, he unleashed the fire snake jutsu that slithered along the chains before engulfing the dragon in flames.

Roar

Roar

The dragon's roars, amplified by pain and fury, caused further cracks to spiderweb along the fragile dungeon walls.

Despite the beast's formidable nature, one that could easily challenge even a Kage, it was reduced to a pained state under Majin's jutsu.

The fire snake jutsu, a lethal signature technique of the Akuma Clan, was particularly effective against draconic creatures due to their ancestral lineage linked to snakes.

"How fascinating," Majin said as he approached the dragon while it continued to roar at him.

"Stay in your place, pathetic creature," Majin commanded as he grabbed one of the golden chains holding the beast and used his Fire Snake jutsu. The flames traveled along the chains, eventually engulfing the dragon.

As the fire ceased, the blackened scales of the dragon began to flake away, revealing raw, regenerating skin underneath. The beast lay prostrate, utterly exhausted and subdued by the intense pain.

"You should have been this obident from the beginning," Majin remarked coldly, stepping onto the dragon's head to assert his dominance.

Using the blood from his earlier wound, he meticulously traced a series of arcane formations directly onto the beast's regenerating scales.

With a final look of disdain, Majin dismounted from the dragon's head. He turned his back on the creature, stepping over the bodies of the unconscious ministers without a second glance.

His hair billowed slightly as he walked towards the dungeon's exit, the echoes of his steps mingling with the distant, sorrowful groans of the dragon.

Majin muttered, "This should be enough," as he started walking toward the entrance of the dungeon, having accomplished his dark task.

He planned to attack the neighboring nations, which harbored more kage-level shinobi than the Demon Empire. To eliminate them, Majin intended to use the black dragon.

You might wonder how this could be possible. It's actually quite simple. The formation Majin inscribed on the dragon's head was a summoning formation.

Imagine all the kages of the neighboring nations gathered in a meeting hall to discuss peace, when suddenly, a frenzied, wild dragon is summoned into their midst, wreaking havoc and potentially killing many.

Although Majin had just bullied the dragon, it was primarily due to the golden chains forged by the Uzumaki clan, which prevented the dragon from using most of its chakra or launching any chakra-based attacks.

Without these chains, the dragon would not have been bullied so easily.

And the reason why Majin came here himself to inscribe these formations on the dragon was because they were blood formations.

A blood formation is simply a summoning jutsu in which you use blood to summon things.

As Majin walked toward the dungeon's entrance, his eyes swept over the prisoners locked in their cells.

A cunning plan began to form in his mind, prompting a brief, sinister smile to cross his face before it turned cold and impassive once again.
