24 Land Of Eternal Glory

"What did he say?" Tsunade thought to herself as Majin took out a scroll worth hundreds of gold notes. Although it wasn't her first time seeing something so valuable—since her grandmother used to make scrolls like this—it was still shockingly expensive.

"My lady, is a million gold notes enough for you?" Majin said, looking directly into her eyes.

His eyes were like blood, scary. No matter how you looked at it, his gaze was too intimidating to meet for long. That's why, after only four seconds, she turned her face to the left.

"There's no need to do th-" Shizune tried to stop Majin from giving a million gold notes to Tsunade, thinking that accepting money for helping someone was against her master's morals.

But Tsunade silenced her and made her swallow her words with a stern glare, making it clear she did not want to reject the money.

{A/N: And Majin will make Tsunade swallow something else... hehe}

Why would Tsunade even consider rejecting such an offer? A million gold notes—that was enough for her to gamble all year round. Even though she knew she shouldn't accept it, the offer was too tempting to refuse.

"Of course, this will be enough," she said, tossing aside the bottle of wine she was holding. As soon as she did, Majin threw the scroll filled with gold notes towards her.

It wasn't that a million gold notes was a small amount for Majin, but considering he could take as much money as he wanted from the Land of Demons' treasury, and that his Akuma clan also had many treasures stored in the Shinobi bank, it wasn't a significant amount for him either.

{A/N: Sigh Corruption}

"I am glad then," Majin said as he closed his bag and stood up from the chair. He gave Tsunade a warm smile, which was obviously fake, and then stretched his hand before adding, "Can you give me a tour of this city?" Majin asked while looking at Tsunade.

"No," Tsunade flatly rejected Majin because, firstly, she just wanted to gamble right now, and secondly, she didn't want to get too close to a man she had just met—though taking his money was a different matter.

"I will give you an extra 500,000 gold notes," Majin casually said while stretching his neck, his voice filled with confidence.

According to him, "Money can't buy happiness... IT IS HAPPINESS." So, the chance of Tsunade rejecting him now was close to zero.

"Deal!" Tsunade said in a loud and excited voice.

Three hours had already passed since Tsunade started to give Majin a tour of the capital city of the Land of Gambling. Majin had asked Tsunade to give him a tour because, let's just say, he had a plan to use his system.

{A/N: In simple terms... he got a plan to use his little brother}

"She is annoying," Majin thought to himself as Tsunade, who was walking in front of him on the road, just kept talking about unnecessary stuff like why there are fruit stalls and why there is buildings colored red.

Majin really hated things like this. He wasn't really an introvert, but he just hated talking too much with anyone since he couldn't really show his real side to anyone, and he had to fake his actions all the time—like fake emotions, reactions, and actions.

But he did find interesting information: Tsunade has been living in the Land of Gambling for the past seven years, which means Hiruzen is not dead yet because if he were dead, Tsunade would have become the next Hokage.

And since Hiruzen is not dead yet, it could mean that Majin reincarnated before the plot of Naruto began, but he doesn't think so as he remembered hearing about the massacre of the Uchiha clan.

So, that means the whole plot in this world is messed up, just like he guessed.

"Do you know that the Land of Gambling was called the Land of Eternal Glory before?" Tsunade said casually as she walked in front of Majin.

"Land of Eternal Glory?" Majin thought to himself, he don't know why?, but hearing this name brought a strange feeling to his body; it was too strange.

"Why was it called that?" Majin asked with real curiosity, as he really didn't know about it.

Even the imperialist side was only established about 200 years ago, and before that, they were also like the warring states of the democratic side, but they were worse—they didn't even have historical records on a larger scale.

They have records related to themselves but not related to others, like the Land of Gambling.

"I don't know," Tsunade said as she turned over and looked at Majin before adding, "My grandfather told me this, and his grandfather told him that, and his grandfather told him that."

Tsunade continued, her voice mingling with a trace of nostalgia. "It's just one of those names that get passed down through generations, kind of like a legend or a myth''.

"Do you want to drink some beer?" Tsunade suddenly asked as she spotted a nearby tavern.
