Celestial Regalia

In my room designing my Celestial Regalia, Ascendant is helping me with this especially designing how if I shape the Regalia into something interesting to me.

[Cybernetic Arm is a pretty good possibility Sir. Your Cosmic Stone as the energy source, Unknown Metal as the base material of the Cybernetic arm then coupled with the Modified Sigil lower Backpack ability will make this even better. That is my suggestion Sir]

I was thinking, a Cybernetic arm with pretty much the same abilities but I have a better idea especially building a HUD display on the Cybernetic arm like Cyberpunk.

"How about this Ascendant, Open Archive Deus Ex Series, Cyberpunk Series, Metal Gear Series, and some Cybernetic arm references"

After reading and analyzing all this enough, I tried to make a plan where using Unknown metal as a base to imitate Adam Jensen's Cybernetic then with a little modification, namely the HUD glasses capability which my Cybernetic arm has HUD capability.

But I didn't like the color because it was too flashy, I changed the color to black and made the HUD blue just like Cortana's color pallet.

After designing this enough I thought, If HUD give state how about the upgrade? I mean upgrade for my Celestial Regalia, This my own creation maybe I can create new possibility.

"Lets hold this project, I need to upgrade this armor, Help me okay"

I then created the Cutting Edge technology that I used to make Celestial Regalia and upgraded this technology again by copying all Video Game Sci-fi technology, Halo, Doom, Deus Ex, Mass effect, Many other Advance Technology.

After finishing I then made improvements by adding features and improving new features in each of my creations including Arbalest.

I copied Tyrant's Plasma Hand Canon and Homing Gun which just happened to remember how it worked, I used this to change Arbalest from Harpoon to Unique weapon.

Special Modified Alien Like Sub Machine Gun that is in the form of Hand gloves.

After finishing enough I started tearing this weapon back and I could feel myself very excited, I guess this is my talent, Find out, try it out, and experience everything.

I feel like Ironman but I don't want to think of myself as Robert, He's the perfect role for that after all.

I finished making the Floating Needle with this Cosmic stone then I forged again to make this hand glove, then I readjust this weapon program.

I don't know how many hours passed but I am now focusing on this, I don't want to be disturbed when my fun is destroyed.

After finishing upgrading this weapon I then got a notification from the system, It turns out that Suit, Glasses, Weapon, and Drone are different parts of Celestial Regalia but Sigil and wing are not included as part in Regalia. interesting.

[One of Four part in Celestial Regalia. The upgraded version of Arbalest now is a fusion hand glove and floating needle weapon, featuring a unique concept that allows for a wide range of capabilities.

The needle's basic attack is a Quick, Absolute, Cosmic plasma attack that unleashes pure light that cannot be blocked or dodged by enemies. Each successful attack charges the Cosmic Stone in the hand glove, allowing You to build up energy for more powerful attacks.

Once the Cosmic Stone is fully charged, you can transform all the needles into any weapon they desire that utilizes the needle as a source of energy release. This could be anything from a laser gun to a sword or even a shield.

The shield mode of the needle is particularly interesting as it has a special absorption power that allows it to absorb enemy attacks. Once it has fully absorbed an attack, the shield will transform back into a needle and reshoot the attack back at the enemy as energy beam. The size of the shield can be manipulated depending on the you needs.

The hand glove, on the other hand, is designed to unleash a devastating cosmic beam attack when the Cosmic Stone is fully charged. The beam's size and power increase with the amount of energy charged up in the stone. The floating needle can help stabilize or power up the beam depending on your's preference]

Nice, I put this into the weapon display then I upgraded the HUD Glasses because I needed something auxiliary since I can't use Ascendant outside Rhodes, Too dangerous.

I remodeled the shape of these goggles into goggles that can change depending on the style and field conditions then I upgraded a few things especially the Holographic Design.

Combat and Strategic Planning: The sunglasses can be used for combat and strategic planning, providing the wearer with real-time data about enemy weaknesses, hidden enemies or traps, and detailed maps of the surrounding area. the combat features to include real-time analysis of enemy movements and tactics, allowing the wearer to predict their next moves with Addition the ability to project holographic maps or schematics onto the lenses, allowing the wearer to plan complex maneuvers in real-time.

Life Forms and Energy Signatures: The sunglasses can also detect the presence of life forms or energy signatures, allowing the wearer to track down enemies or locate hidden resources. the detection sensors to be more precise, allowing the wearer to track down specific individuals or energy sources. with Addition the ability to analyze and interpret the data gathered from the sensors, providing the wearer with more detailed information about their surroundings.

Chef kiss, I need these glasses to get the accuracy of this forging. I then began to remodel my Suit to form a Cybernetic arm similar to the Deus Ex Series, I wanted it to be dark black with colored needles mimicking Cortana's color palette.

I inserted arbalest's Cosmic Stone and another Cosmic Stone into this Cybernetic and there was a unique reaction that made me immediately excited to forge this.

Defensive Mechanisms: The Cybernetic is equipped with built-in defensive mechanisms, such as force fields or energy shields, that activate automatically in response to incoming attacks. These defensive mechanisms can be customized to provide different levels of protection against different types of attacks. with addition a cloaking device to the Cybernetic, allowing it to become invisible to the naked eye. the force fields or energy shields to be more powerful and long-lasting.

Energy Absorption and Redirection: The Cybernetic has the ability to absorb or redirect energy attacks, making it highly effective against opponents who rely on energy-based weapons or abilities. The absorbed energy can be stored and used to power other systems within the Cybernetic, such as weapons. Increase the amount of energy the suit can absorb, allowing it to power more advanced weapons. the energy redirection system to be more precise and effective, allowing the wearer to redirect energy attacks back at their opponents with even greater force.

Enhanced Strength and Agility: The Cybernetic enhances the wearer's strength and agility, allowing you to perform superhuman feats such as hyper reaction or lifting heavy objects with ease. The Cybernetic can also be customized to provide different levels of strength and agility depending on the wearer's needs. the Cybernetic's strength and agility enhancements to be even more powerful, allowing the wearer to perform even more superhuman feats]

Good, there is synergy here which makes it even better plus I can combine the synergy.

I forged Atbalest and Cybernetic again until they fused perfectly into a single unit and finished, I put this Cybernetic on display and I took a drink.

"Sure, tell me while I'm going to take a shower and have breakfast" Ascendant explained that I was being worried by the whole Rhodes island even PRTS kept watching me but she didn't lie to everyone that I was really experimenting for 3 days, some people like Rosmontis waiting for me to give her daily headpats, Red who waits for me to get her fluff, i almost forgot today is her birthday. i promise her to give her best fluff gift she ever wish.

But what makes me wonder, Red says I am the origin Wolf, the Truest Wolf that "Grandma" want and feel act up. A stronger mate partner. somehow i feel disgusted, That grandma maybe same as kal'tsit, Old and will be fossiled, little stimulant it will moan and whimperring like horny dog. she a a unique Feraerus but i decided to ignore her for now.

I came out of the bathroom and saw my Celestial Regalia, I then touched it with my right hand. The Regalia instantly connects into my organs to become a real cybernetic hand, Apex Life Enhancer gets Buff strength and agility from celestial regalia making this even more interesting.

"Ascendant, thank you. For now I want to try out new items. Track the place that Ifrit mentioned and save it to my glasses"

Ascendant vanished then I took the jack the ripper-like outfit Record of Ragnarok but the color of the robe I changed to Rhodes island uniform color pallet color. I prepared a soft and easy to move suit for when I have to fight.

I looked at the Cybernetic arm and took a deep breath then prepared that this would be good.

"Cesletial Regalia" The Cybernetic jumped towards me and ate my right hand in full, I felt the pain for the first time after so long then I felt the Strength and Agility Buff from the Regalia that had been adapted by the apex enhancer now it was time for me to move.

I put on my clothes and as a final touch, perfume and a hat with a phoenix feather motif.

I change my voice as softly as possible because this is going to take a lot of effort especially traumatizing those children, they are experiment victims so they will be afraid of medical personnel so I will try my best to get close mentally and as softly as possible to diagnose and treat.

I then made a fluff from the fur of the Progenitor Wolf's tail that is very soft and I made a scarf that is easy to wash and gives off a very good smell so that the softness cannot be removed even if it is washed, burned or even dirty, a perfect scarf for Red. This scarf can adapt to the dark and can help ease Red's work.

I left the room and walked to the gathering room where PRTS told me.

"PRTS, Is he done?" Dr. Kal'tsit was so furious that she picked up a stress ball and squeezed it.

"He's done, Dr. Kal'tsit. He's on the way to here" Kal'tsit stood up and I opened the door which made the aura so soft, I smiled then looked at Kal'tsit.

I have so much to do after this mission" I turned from the room and went to the loading dock room where our helicopter was ready followed by several operators who this time were Surtr, Warfarin, Blaze, Folinic, Scout, Ace, and our best boy Dylan as our pilot.

"Doctor, Bad guy is ready" I nodded and looked at Dylan from the cockpit.

"Can you get off the helicopter?" Dylan got off the helicopter and I immediately destroyed Bad Boy with an energy beam from my eyes.

"Doctor, what are you doing!" Dylan panicked as his helicopter was destroyed.

"Relax, I'll compensate for it" Needle from my Cybernetic arm flew into the wreck of this helicopter, I brought up thousands of iron and made Beyond High cutting Edge technology and many hangar upgrading aircraft features.

I raised my left hand into the air and took a breath, I utilized Elemental Transcendence to the maximum.

"Originium, Gather in my finger and solidify" Many Originium rocks from the flying warehouse circled around my finger then fused and solidified into a unique gem entity, I then altered the genetics and capabilities of this originium with biogenic corruption. This black originium became as white as glass and even as bright as the stars themselves.

I aimed this pure originium at the helicopter wreckage and the machine began to actively work on the design I wanted the same as the Pelican in Halo Infinite but the difference is that this uses a pure originium shard that not even Terra inhabitants will succeed to create one.

I improved the original Pelican. first, in terms of weapons which in Arknight logic is Art Attack, but I take my Needle as reference and use this Mounted Gun as a source of light when in the dark like a rescue helicopter.

Second, in terms of propulsion where it can be controlled independently adjusting the Vector coupled with instant Propulsion stabilizer, turbulence stabilizer, on hit attack stabilizer and emergency landing stabilizer. I also increased the thrust power of this aircraft which is sourced from Pure Originium to be able to in terms of the third increase.

Third, is the increase in the amount of Payload capacity externally and internally, now this Pelican is able to carry half the load of the Rhodes Island Landship and can accommodate 100 Passengers with room temperature control facilities, anti airsickness stabilization and air pressure relief during flight.

Fourth, is the HUD capability in the cockpit as well as a very sophisticated system with many features that are controlled in two directions, Pilot and command which is none other than myself or whoever is leading the mission.

Fifth, is the comfort of the facilities that can be used to rest for operators and handling emergencies on the deck of the aircraft plus seats that are so soft and comfortable, coupled with a workbench for operators and Rhodes island employees who want to repair their equipment, be it drones, weapons, or additional equipment that they bring.

Sixth, is the camouflage ability which cannot be tracked by the naked eye even Art to sonar technology and increased sensory enough to track lifeforms under the plane and the sound of the engine is soft even though we are moving at hyper-sonic speed.

Upgraded Version Pelican is complete it's time to test something, I took all my High End Cutting technology back then Needle flew back to my right hand which was covered by the cloak.

"Dylan, what is the name of your helicopter again ?" I approached Red who was eagerly waiting for my gift, I covered Red with my cloak then brought out my fur scarf, Red was immediately excited by stroking the scarf.

I smiled and then got up after stroking Red's head gently and then I explained Bad Guy's abilities to Dylan and all the people in the lobby dock, plus the former Rhine Labs was there making this even more interesting to explore.

"This is the blueprint of Bad Guy, you can maintain it after this mission, ask the Mechanic and engineer team to upgrade some features, explore and slowly develop more possibilities, no need to rush, just step by step. For now we have the task to save those who are not heard asking for help, not seeing the suffering of misery, those people don't deserve me but I can give the best of me, Society is here giving you the worst possible life, why not give others who share the same fate as us with the best of us, I don't like any Achievements or recognition by those power hungry jerks out there. I want those who are unheard of, unseen, unaware of their existence to be recognized as part of your current history, even be part of your life, maybe you have a meaning as to why those people who "Don't Exist" should exist, I don't care where they came from, what sins they committed, what they are doing now, and those people had a bad day before. They need someone to cling to, to put trust in, to put hope in in order to walk forward in the endless surge on the road of life. they don't deserve this kind of treatment in life but us, we will give them the best of what they need from us. we are not gods or divine beings who create miracles out of nowhere, we are not artificial super soldiers who follow orders only because of our creator's request, we are not beings who spout nonsense to give them "Heaven" that everyone is willing to give their entire reason and logic for. Simply put, our goal in this mission is to provide the best for others." Everyone who heard my speech was quite moved, even their emotions fluctuated, full of hope, determination, and confidence.

Take the medical equipment you need and some of you should carry weapons because some poor bandits or mercenaries will rob us or many beasts will become our punching bags. "Understood, Connect, complete" Everyone went up and brought up some medical boxes which I inspected and saw Ifrit and Amiya sneaking into one of the Medical boxes, I sighed and closed it again.

"Doctor, Bad Guy is ready" I nodded and looked at all the Rhodes Islanders, I took my hat and saluted like a gentleman.

"We're off, one more thing" I appeared in front of Kal'tsit and kissed her on the lips for a moment then jumped back onto the deck.

"I've got my lucky charm and Dylan! Full Throttle!" the deck bridge closed and the Bad Guy shot off at Hypersonic speed through the skies of Terra, Kal'tsit turned red in the face and immediately grabbed her hand.

"Oh my, where's Amiya?" The two realized and Silence did not see Ifrit either.

"They, sneaked onto the plane by getting into one of the medical boxes" Ptilopsis reported them about it and Kal'tsit immediately grumbled because some of the employees here were too focused on my speech that they lowered their guard.

"Good luck" Kal'tsit went back to disciplining all the employees here while Theresa and the others went back to work, the Mechanics and some of the engineering team on the other hand were researching possible upgrades on the Bad guy.

Valtor, I, I, I, Enough. Enough, No more new inventions, I'm crazy, I've almost lost my sanity, I'm lacking sleep to discover everything possible that you've created, from medicine to engineering. But what makes me wonder is Valtor's right hand, he hid it inside his robe but the Needle is like a tracking weapon, maybe he made something under his robe but when the PRTS report came in.
