Training in Cold World.
"I am sorry! I was startled by something. That is why, I was not able to respond to your question, though this cold must be related to it."
Jun shook his head and shed off the ice which had collected over his head, as he looked at the falling snow.
Where the leader of this small village named Pronto, smiled at Jun and patted his shoulder.
"You sure are weak! Not being able to stand this little of a cold. Haha!!!" Pronto started laughing at Jun, who was mostly immune to laughing and joking like this, but for some reason, he was not able to take it from this man.
"Yeah Right! Sorry for being weak and all."
Jun stared at the bear-like man who was laughing like an old man from the bard.
When the girl by Pronto's side, shook her head at the action of her dad and looked at Jun.
"Sorry! He is always like this, so I hope you can ignore him and here take this blanket. It will cover your body from the cold, given mortal body tends to be weak against cold like this."
The girl with blond hair was one of the few girls, that Jun was able to see in the village while he accepted the kind intention of the girl.
As he cover himself with the blanket, that absorbed some mana from his body and become quite warm and comfortable.
"Oh! Something like this is also possible huh! Though, even that kind girl was fine with the cold with such short clothes on her. It truly makes me feel like an idiot..."
Jun looked at the blond hair girl with admiration, whereas Rem felt a little weird.
Seeing Jun looking at her with an admiring gaze, given she was not that odd or powerful to have someone look at her with admiration.
Where Pronto looked at Jun and asked.
"So young man! What are you here for! Don't tell me you got here for nothing just sightseeing and admiring my daughter looks right."
Jun woke up from his stupor and looked at Old man Pronto, looking at the warm blanket. He knew that it will just slow him down.
So, he took off the blanket and folded it properly, while giving it back to the girl with a huge smile.
"Thank you for the blanket! But it will come in my way of training, so I will give it back to you. In return, I will gift something back in the future. Though! I truly appreciated your concern for me then allow me to go."
Jun asked Ashflame to cover his body with some heat so that he could withstand this kind of temperature.
As he was thinking of heading out of the village, Pronto grinned at the boy with a huge smile on his face.
While among the villager few people with deep expressions on their faces, also looked at Jun with a silver lining in their gazes.
"Dad is it alright to let him go alone! this way he will definitely be killed by monsters out there."
Rem felt that Jun going out was more like a death sentence for a guy, who was not able to withstand the cold of the surrounding temperature.
So, Pronto did not say anything as he just asked his daughter to come with him. As both of them started to follow Jun silently.
"Ashflame! How am I supposed to train Fil in this world? Should we find some monsters and fight them. Or, should we enhance her with the mana cultivation chant and the star constellation technique that you have taught?"
Jun was getting the cold getting stronger after walking outside of the village.
But thanks to Ashflame's help he was able to maintain the temperature of the surroundings to a bearable level.
"That is a hard question to ask, but why not try fighting with a few monsters out here in this world. That way, Fil and you will have some knowledge related to fighting a live battle which is quite an essential part of one strength."
Ashflame did not clear all doubts inside jun mind, as she also waited for how Jun would react to her call.
At which, Jun just shook his head about it and called out Fil.
Who was looking at Jun from the moment, it appeared in this world. With fighting will ablaze in her eyes.
"Alright! If that is something you want to do. But I hope this training or whatever thing inside the system would pay out for our effort."
Jun grinned while looking at Fil. Where Pronto and Rem at the back side looked surprised by Fil's appearance.
Where Pronto was the one to recover the fastest among them.
Ashflame materialized in front of Jun, as she nodded at him while asking him to come with her. The place in which she has sensed many levels 1 monster, though none of them were working in a group.
And many of them were far apart from each other.
Perfect for the practice target, Ashflame took Jun to follow her to that place. Where Jun silently hid behind the tree. While looking at the enemy in front of him.
Fil has four Abilities from the beginning, which was the highest number of abilities that a level 0 monster can have at first.
[Blizzard] (AoE attack type... Mana Based Ability)
[Quick Flicker] (Physical Utilization Attack type... Master Ability)
[Ice Shard] (SIngle Target Attack Type... Mana Based Ability)
[Enlightened Force] (Self Enhancement Type... Master Ability) (Boost-Type)
Fil was a true treasure to have more than one Master Ability with her, which Ashflame speak highly of taking into consideration all the monster that she has come by in the city.
Where Fil was not able to use the Boost type more than thrice on her, but for Quick Flicker, she was able to use it 5 times whether she use Boost type or not.
This clearly states that Fil's current ability only allows her to use 3 Boost type and 5 Physical type Master ability.
Where he himself was only able to cast Blizzard 3 to 4 times before, but now he felt like he will be able to cast around 10 to 12 of them.
"Fil! Be ready, we will fight this one out head-on. Given our main target is to grow strong, along with the actual fighting experience."
Jun looked at the little guy, as they both walked out in open. At which the tiny beast, that looked like an Ice-rat bare its fangs at their arrival.
"That almost looks like Ratpin from our world. But looking at its color, it is definitely not a normal type at all."
Jun recorded all the data into the note, in his hand, as he grabbed back his grimoire and readied himself for the attack from the rat-type monster.
"It has wind, Ice, and the Normal type of your world." Ashflame gave Jun simple data to help him out, but she also knew that knowing such a thing is useless.
Given Jun has no other monster with an opposing type, that can help him against the Ratpin in a situation like this.
Ratpin looked quite furious for breaching his territory, as it continue to growl at them. While the low vibration of the growl was different, given it was starting to affect Jun. Who realize that the growl of the monster had some kind of demoralizing effect on them.
"Use Enlightened Force! Fil, then both of us will use Ice shard attack to start this game." Jun looked at Ratpin and told Fil the best possible option to counter, where Ratpin suddenly dashed out of nowhere.
Using its quick agility movement, it directly headed toward Fil.
Fil's [Enlightened Force] has the effect of boosting agility and special attack.
So, letting ratpin realize that, they were busy in some kind of boost-up. Where Jun who had already stored up the mana inside [Ice Shard] ability, let it out loose at that instant.
"Oh! That is a good strategy! But it is when the enemy is not quick enough to dodge that attack."
Ashflame thought inside her mind, where Jun just smiled at the comment. While he pour out a large amount of mana, inside the next ability for which, the little guy Fil was also ready.
Looking at Jun, Fil found the Ratpin trying to smash on her. Using the all momentum it has gathered while dodging around her attack. While Fil has jumped up to dodge Ratpin's attack as she...
Jun released an [Blizzard] attack with full strength, which struck Ratpin's body at such a close distance.
Making the little thing legs freeze out, making his moment weaker, killing out the best part of his strength. Where Jun used [Ice Shard] when Fil was coming down from the jump.
Through which, Fil Ice shard connected the enemy who was not able to move at all against that.
The shiny tiny blades from the Ice shard penetrated the body of the Ratpin and killed him in the process, where Jun who looked at the scene felt little nausea.
As he walked back to the tree side, to vomit out his food.
Although! That did not make the weird feeling inside his chest go away at all. That weird feelings inside Jun's heart continued to make him feel weirder and weirder.
When Ashflame appeared and hugged him while patting his head. At which, Jun was finally able to go past that feeling. Though! Jun was capable of burying those feelings deep within his heart.
