Test Abyss
It was nighttime, before that Jun was able to form a contract with Chimchar and sent him inside the Grimoire to rest.
Ermine's Aunt was quite happy, but Alicia, Mira, and Aunt kept it silent about meeting each other at that venue from Jun.
Where for Mira and Alicia, they thought like their mother had something in mind for Jun why? Hiding from Jun about it.
"Mom! Must have something inside her mind, so let's just trust her and keep it a secret. But it sure was awkward to tell her about that fight, when had been there herself."
Mira smiled thinking about the awkward situation inside the dining hall.
Where both Alicia and Mira head back to their room, while they were thinking of chatting before sleeping.
Entering their room, Mira climbed on her bed while looking at the attic.
Where Alicia first brought out her work, related to the test that she was about to pass. Since after that, she would not have to attend this year's class and focus on her line of work for the whole year.
"Alicia! Why not try to pass till the third year, I had a feeling that with the rate Jun is growing. He will leave this town for the journey around in 5 to 6 months at most. At that time, I might also join him for that journey and it will be more fun with you tagging along."
Mira climbed up on the bed and looked at Alicia.
Where Alicia turned silent for some minutes but remembered how Jun fought back there. She was able to tell that, Jun was already at least at Level 1.
Feeling of someone catching up to them so fast, Alicia nodded at Mira who also smiled and took out the fruit that Jun had given to him.

"I also cannot lay down, the moment both of you are growing. So, from tomorrow I will be helping mom, and learning from her partner about the research field of line."
Mira was also simultaneously motivated when in the same time period, Jun was also laying down on his bed with a determined look as he looked at the training option again.

Ashflame opened her eyes and started to look around the area, where Jun only saw a hut behind them. With a bench and table on the outside and a campfire at the center.
[Climb Down the valley!]
On the right side, a signboard with instructions was written at which Ashflame looked at the deep valley which was more like an abyss for them.
While Jun started to look inside the hut, where Jun find the right equipment for the downhill climbing.
"With these! We might as well try! Given I already had some experience on how to climb down. Where I will help you too, so both of us can climb down the tiny hill."
Jun looked at the Ashflame who was looking at Jun, with an interesting look! Then again Jun's words were true.
Where she also wanted to complete this task and head below, from where she was feeling a familiar feeling that she has lost about for a century of time.
'Try it!' Ashflame was a little hesitant when she felt someone she knew telling her to try it out.
"Hmm! Let's go, although I had to say something. This valley has totally taken over my power and I am more of a common girl at this moment. So, don't expect me to help you out in any particular manner."
Ashflame told him the reason she was being that hesitant, where Jun looked at her with a smile and nodded. After all, to him having a witch power or not doesn't matter.
Given, that none of them are that necessary for them to climb down that valley.
"Alright! Don't worry! This time it is my turn to help you out in a situation like this." Jun extended his hand and hold Ashflame, while telling her how to use the rope to tie it around her hand, then moving it in a coil around her waist and leg.
Using the rope like this, if the user's hands were to be slipped he would be able to recover his grip while using the time. The rope could move around the user's body to completely let off.
Also for Jun, this little period of time would be enough to help Ashflame out of her ordeal.
Well, that was the most of security provision, he was able to come up with in this nick of the period of time.

Walking down the abyss, Jun keeps on looking at Ashflame on his side. But just like Jun has predicted, Ashflame's tempered body was much more powerful than him.

When the first end of the rope came, they landed on the small landing place.
From where they were able to see the spiral-shaped road to the downhill. That was if Jun was in the condition to move any further than that, where Ashflame gauged the mana level and found.

Jun did not intend to get in the way of Ashflame, so he smile and asked her to go alone down.
Where he will just sit and use mana gathering chanting to increase his mana level. At which, Ashflame just shook her head and told him that, they had around 4 days in this world before they can leave this world.
So, she was not in a hurry and never thought of abandoning him out here.
"You see! The oxygen level around this area is thickening. Causing the change in surrounding to put a lot of pressure on my lungs. Plus if I am not wrong, the gravity is also increasing around here. So, the chances of carrying out the journey might be impossible."
Jun commented level headed, as he looked at Ashflame who was still sitting there with a smile.
"Yes! For current you, it might be so! But if Jun you are able to use this pressure, to refine your body from that technique. Your physics will improve, improving your mana level and mana density by far."
Ashflame words made Jun a little greedy, as he also agreed that such pressure might be good for strengthening him.
So, he just picked up his bottle and gulped down some water before, heading down the spiral road to the end of the abyss.
The mist of clouds could be seen passing by the roadside, where Jun who was steadily walking with heavy steps and a pale face. Looked at Ashflame that has been looking back while walking.
"You are doing just fine Jun, so don't worry! And walk this road with your own effort and trial. It is starting to pay out some results too."

Looking at the fruit Ashflame eyes lit up, given that fruit was something. Which could help Jun in this dire situation, so she dashed and brought all of them back.
But looking at the pitiful amount of 10 she sighed.
Still, it was way better than nothing.
"Jun! Take this and eat, it helps you a lot and recovers your fatigue. So, you have to keep on chewing it as long as you can to get the most out of it."
Jun who grabbed the fruit took a small bite out of it.
While he chews the fruit continuously as he continued to walk, where Ashflame was stunned when she realizes.
That Jun has been chewing the same bite for at least 14 to 16 minutes without swallowing it.
