chapter 9: The Man at the alley

Later that day, Whitney and Lola went out for ice cream and a stroll at the park.whitney is dressed with a pair of trousers, a tan top with a jacket on top and a pair of sneakers.while Lola was dressed with a mini skirt, flats and her other girly stuff as usual. They walk through the park while chatting and laughing with each other. After walking for few minutes they got to a place where they found a group of people gathered and dancing together. They seemed to be street dancers from the looks of things. after a short while they started playing dynamite by bts."this is my jam" Whitney said " let's dance" Lola answered "it would be fun" she added. They both got closer to the group of people and lola decides to approach a young man with long brown hair who seemed to be the leader of the group, "can me and my friend dance" Lola said pointing at Whitney who was next to her."sure" the young man with long brown hair spoke softly. Then Lola and Whitney joins in with the dancing .When they were done, some people gave them money after the performance. Whitney begins to collect the money for the nice strangers as she thanks them "thank you" Whitney said while taking a bow to the people as she accepts their money. "we shouldn't take money from strangers" Lola whispered to Whitney. " don't worry, when I get home I won't share strangers money with you" Whitney whispered back . Whitney arranged her money in her hands and counted it. moments later "where is my money" Lola asked Whitney looked at Lola and smirked before she spoke " catch me if you can" Whitney answered as she runs away from Lola. Lola Chases her.

After minutes of running, Whitney suddenly stops while stareing into a dark alley, as if something caught her eye."you are so fast" Lola said while gasping for air. Whitney kept silent with her eyes fixed on the dark alley causing Lola to be scared "what" Lola said anxiously. "there is something there " Whitney answered while pointing at the dark alley, "no there isn't, let's just go home" Lola replied in fear as she notices that it's getting dark. "yes there is" Whitney insisted as she switched on her flash light and walked towards the dark alley. "come back, it's dark and quite you don't know what's there" Lola said in fear as she slowly creeped behind Whitney and clenches her hands tightly. " you watch too much horror movies that's why you are always scared"Whitney said. "say what ever you want, let's just go back" Lola answered still frightened. Whitney walked further and further into the dark alley while Lola clenched tighter and tighter, each step taken, the alley got darker and darker. After more steps as they got closer to the end of the alley, Whitney spots a man like figure laying on the ground. The man was wearing a black hat, a white top and a pair of black trousers. The man had a muscular built structure but not too muscular, he was putting on a black face mask covering his face from his nose down to his jaw, only exposing his dark glowing eyes. The man looked like he walked out from an anime. Whitney then got back to our sense after getting carried away for a second " are you ok" Whitney said, "help please" the man said in a pain filled tone. Whitney rushes toward the man but Lola tried to hold her back. she then breaks Lola's hold and goes to assist the you man. "where does it hurt" Whitney said to the man. The handsome fellow slowly pointed towards the side of his belly, where there seemed to be a cut due to the blood stains in his shirt. Whitney then removes her jacket, revealing her bare shoulders, the Moon light reflecting on her dark skin, made it glow beautifully causing her to look like a black diamond. The man stares at her from her hair, through her dark loushous skin, to every detail down to get waist. He then again assed her from her waist upward to the tips of her hair, They all screamed perfection under the Moon light. on noticing this Whitney then clears her throat, causing the man to realise what he was doing and stopped. "for someone who is hurt your eyes seem to be perfectly fine" Whitney said "I'm sorry" the young man replied softly. " it's ok, may I lift up your shirt" Whitney asked politely " sure" the man answered. Whitney then slowly lifted the young man's shirt reveling his amazing abs which also looked spectacular under the moon causing Whitney to swallow her Silvia, she was almost getting excited before coming back to her senses. she then examined the wound but it wasn't that deep. " you will live " she said playfully as she uses her jacket to wrap the man's wound before helping him up gently . she looks at Lola who is just standing there with fear and her flash light. " call a cab" Whitney said to Lola as she supports the man to stand and they walk out of the alley together while Whitney supported the man on her shoulder . few minutes later a cab is with them and Whitney puts the young man in the cab , who seems to be better now " go to a hospital and get yourself stitched up" Whitney said to the handsome stranger in the cab as she waves him good bey " bey take care' she added" . " after the car zoomed , I won't kill you if you tell me that our money is safe" Lola said a bit angryly. " it's safe, it's in my jacket" whitney said as she felt her body and remembers that she left her jacket with the young man. she then looks at Lola and finds a bit of furiousness in her face." give me a five seconds head start" Whitney pleaded "1 23" Lola began to count without hesitation. Whitney then runs and Lola started chasing her at the end of five.
