1 The Hunter

A lone ship navigated through the seas of the east blue.

The ship in question was entirely black, from its head to its quarterdeck it was entirely covered in this eerie black color.

On the ship, a lone man sat as he held some bounty posters.

"Arlong eh? Very well you will be my last target before I set my foot on the grand line" The man exclaimed as stands up.

The man was tall muscular, with mid-length straight black hair that reaches his ears. He has green eyes, thin black eyebrows, and a sharp scar over the right side of his mouth just on the edge of his lips.

He was holding a broadsword with fur for its handle. He went towards the quarterdeck of the ship and put his hands on the ship's steering and rolled it towards the direction of Conomi Islands.

"Now then let's see what does the highest bounty of the east blue has it in for me, RAHAHAHHAHA" The man exclaimed as he laughed with a giant grin as he directed the ship.

Conomi Islands, these islands which were once occupied by the people who always smiled and helped each other, was now a place of terror, terror brought by the fishmen- Arlong.

Arlong is a large, muscular, light blue saw-shark fish-man whose most distinctive trait is his saw-shaped nose. He has long, black hair with a widow's peak reaching down to his shoulders, under a brown ushanka. He has a fin on his nape, surrounded by his hair, and the gills are located on both sides of his neck. His Sun Pirates tattoo is on the left side of his chest, while his own Jolly Roger is on his left forearm. Other notable features include thin, fierce light-blue eyes and a long, angular jaw.

About 8 years ago Arlong along with his crew attacked Conomi island and took over it. The marines did not meddle in the matter as he had bribed the marine captain Nezumi of the 16th marine branch of the east blue.

Accepting the bribe Nezumi allowed Arlong to do whatever he wants as long as Arlong makes sure that nothing gets out.

Arlong made a living tax for all the humans and lived lavishly within the island and enjoyed life by tormenting the humans.

Hachiman one of Arlongs men was on the lookout as he spotted something from his telescope.

"Arlong! it's heading towards us! The black pearl is actually heading towards !" Hachiman yelled in panic.

"The black pear?" Arlong muttered in confusion.

"You mean the ship of pirate hunter Musashi Toji? " Arlong said as he suddenly remembered the pirate hunter who has almost cleared the east blue of its pirates.

"Yes, it seems so! The ship matches the description perfectly! The Erie black color as if it was devoid of anything! " Hachiman yelled.

"SHAHAHHAHAH, so that little pirate hunter thinks we are some random pirate fodder? let him come I will show him the power of I Arlong! " Arlong yelled as getting ready for a battle.

"Get ready boys! Today we are getting the black pearl as our trophy! " Arlong yelled as he informed his subordinates.

"Yeaaaahhhhh!!!" The crew of fishmen also cheered.

"Where is Nami? " Arlong asked after the cheering ended.

"It seems that she went hunting for cash to free the villagers Hachiman said as he joined Arlong.

"Well perfect we won't need to protect her in that case then, Boys grab your weapons and get ready to kill that pesky pirate hunter! " Arlong exclaimed.

The ship slowly docked itself near the island's dock and its anchor lowered in the sea. Toji jumped from the ship and landed on the shore.

He was wearing a tight-fitting short sleeve shirt and sports tan baggy training pants with a black belt weaved through the waist, as well as black martial arts slippers. He was also carrying his broad sword.

He looked around him as he landed as he saw some of the villagers looking towards him warily.

"Hey, you bunch tell me where is Arlong" Toji shouted as he walked towards the townspeople.

"You should not say such things! What if the fishmen hears you! plus you need to leave the island as fast as possible!" An average-sized young woman with light blue hair and tanned skin spoke as she warned Toji.

Her right arm and chest are heavily tattooed and she was wearing She is usually seen wearing a beige sleeveless shirt, blue trousers, and purple sandals along with a bracelet and had pink lip gloss on her lips.

"Hmm? What if the fishmen hear me? Humph, that is the reason I am here for in the first place woman! " Toji said as he dismissed her.

"What! are you suicidal! they will you! " The lady yelled towards Toji.

"Kill me? they can try " Toji said as he pushed her aside.

"So you are here huh? Pirate hunter Toji" A voice came from the back of the crowd as a fishmen came towards Toji.

"You look quite weak- " Before the fishmen could finish his words Toji sliced the fishmen in half from its torso.

"As I said I am a bounty hunter and I am here to kill Arlong now tell me where can I find his fishy ass," Toji said as if he just smacked an annoying fly.

The people around him had their eyes widened and their jaws on the ground. They have been living in the fear of fishmen for years now and this man just came and sliced one as if it was a fly!

"See? I am strong now you woman state your name " Toji demanded as he looked towards the blue-haired lady.

"Huh? oh yes my name is Nojiko but who are you ?" Nojiko asked a little dumbfounded at the situation.

"Hm? Me? I am Toji! Musashi Toji and I am going to become the strongest man to ever exist! " Toji exclaimed as he raised his blade and pointed towards the sky.

"Now then Nojiko take me to Arlong! " Toji demanded.

Nojiko could do nothing but comply and took him to Arlong park, the place where her worst nightmare resided. Arlong.

Both of them walked towards the Arlong Park with Toji following after Nojiko.

"Oi women! Do you wanna join me? " Toji asked out of the blue.

"Wha-" Nojiko turned around confused.

"Become my navigator so I can put my time in better stuff. " Toji said he looked in her eyes.

His emerald green eyes stared at Nojiko's ocean blue.

This action made Nojiko a little flustered as a slight pink color covered her cheeks.

"How do you even know that I can navigate anyways," Nojiko asked as she tried to divert her attention and continued the walk.

"Humm? Instincts plus you smell like ink and old papers mostly navigators have similar smells. " Toji replied which again made Nojiko blush.

'He smelled me...wait a moment' Nojiko's thought process was interrupted as she realized.

'He said that I smelled! ' Nojiko thought and turned around to look at Toji who was looking towards the sky and walking nonchalantly.

"Huh? what's the matter? " Toji asked as he saw Nojiko stop in her tracks.

Nojiko who was about to scold him immediately forgot about him as she remembered how easily he killed the fishmen.

"Are you really sure you want to take on Arlong, I know you may be strong but-" Nojiko said.

"But Arlong is stronger" a voice from behind her completed her sentence as she turned around to find Arlong standing there with about a Dozen of other fishmen.

"How are you doing Nojiko? " Arlong said as he approached her.

"So you are Arlong? man you are way uglier up close than in your poster " Toji said as he clenched the hilt of his blade.

"Oh? a small fry thinks he is some big shot after taking down some fodder. SHAHAHAHAHAH" Arlong laughed.

"RAHAHAHAHAH" Toji also laughed alongside him. But then suddenly in a moment, he sliced the fishmen who was standing beside Arlong.

The fishmen and Nojiko's eyes went wide as they witness the death of the fishmen so casually.

"You bastard!" Arlong yelled as he pulled out his blade Kirirbachi.

Kiribachi is a giant black pole with six saw-toothed patterned black blades, resembling a shark's saw-like teeth. Its handle is that of a katana's but has no guard.

"Everyone attack him" Arlong yelled as he swung his blade towards Toji who parried it.

"Oi Nojiko woman come behind me," Toji said as he smiled and pushed Arlong back.

one of the fishmen tried to punch him but Toji blocked it with the flat side of the blade and then slashed on that fishmen's torso.

Another 3 fishmen tried to gan on him but he dodged and parried the hits while slicing them simultaneously.

"Here I thought fishmen were supposed to be strong! " Toji yelled as he killed another 4.

"Curse you human! " Arlong yelled and charged towards Toji.

'One sword style: Nether Winds' Toji released multiple air slashes produced by his blade and slashed Arlong multiple times.

"What in the world are you," Arlong said.

"Boss!" The rest of the 3 fishmen yelled out as they charged towards Toji.

Toji casually put his palm forward a burst of wind in form of a small tornado came forwards and killed all three of them.

"You...you are one of the devil fruit users," Arlong said he was on his knee.

"That is correct I have eaten the Mythical Zoan, Uo Uo no mi, Modle: Kun Peng it allows me the ability to use the powers of the legendary Kun Peng. " Toji stated and then promptly killed Arlong.

"Well Well Well... would you look at this mess" An annoying voice came from behind Nojiko as they both turned around to see...

A/N: The first chapter that started with violence already! probably never has happened before. anyways Tobi is here to give some insights on names once again!

Toji: When converted in Japanese kanji it means Win and Samurai, symbolizing MC's fighting style of using a blade and his dream of being the strongest man who never loses

Musashi: Means military, warrior which symbolizes MC's work of being a warrior who always fights. Musashi was also the name of one of the Japanese Samurai who had the highest record of 62 wins in a row and was also titled the strongest.

Uo Uo no mi, Modle: Kun Peng: Fish Fish fruit Modle: Kun Peng. Kun Peng is a Chinese mythical being that is said that it can take the form of both a bird and a fish. The ability the fruit grants is the ability to manipulate wind and water. As a Zoan the user can also transform into the Kun Peng. Along with that user can swim and fly in hybrid form, while swimming the user is unable to manipulate any element and his strength is halved.
