"A mimic! Kill this goddamn thing!" Fumito rushed forward ready to pounce.

His history with mimics wasn't the best which made his reaction a little more exaggerated than the normal person his age.

"Wait!" Niko says as he extends his hand preventing Fumito from proceeding. He knew this chest wasn't a mimic as he used his skill to analyze it and understand what it truly was.

"Ehh… This is just a shabby chest…" Niko murmurs in disappointment as he moves towards the chest.

He felt greedy for wanting more than what he had already gotten, however, he had earned the treasures that could be in this chest. The battle was fierce and for it to be over such a shabby chest felt a little strange to Niko.

Extending his hand forward to touch the chest, when his finger made contact with it, the chest slowly vibrated as the top began to open.

There weren't any grand effects or sounds for opening this chest, just a plain opening which even had some squeaky noises as it seemed to have been rusted beyond belief.

"Woosh!"

Dust escaped the chest when it was opened as if it had been imprisoned for many years. Making Niko fan the air in front of him.

Looking inside Niko's face made a strange look.

He was starting to feel great disappointment until he noticed the mask. There truly was nothing but rubbish in this chest, and even the mask couldn't be used by him as his agility was nowhere near that amount needed to equip this silly mask.

There were strange white and blue patterns on the mask which made it look strange with the old feathers on both sides. He could save this mask and wear it later, or he could see if anyone in his party could have it, and in the short term or even long run, it could be very beneficial.

"What's in it?" asked Ivanic on the back.

"Honestly nothing but rubbish, except for this mask… Does anyone here have eight agility?" Niko responded as he inquired whether any of his party members could wear it.

"Actually if I level up once more, Which I'm close to, I should be able to wear it!" Zheng says, raising his hand.

"Here" Niko throws the mask to him as he looks around for one last time and states, "Alright well maybe we should head back. We can see if we find any more different pathways or straggling monsters on the way back, but we seem to be almost done here."

Everyone nodded, they had made some good progress through this exploration. They had gained some good experience, which they needed to face their upcoming adversities.

After getting some rest, Niko and his party exited and began heading back.
