Chapter 0007: Too Silly and Innocent

"Look, you can't answer, can you?"

Phoebe Smith snorted coldly, her eyes narrowing slightly. "You're envious to death. Alexander Preston is now marrying my cousin Alisha Demontes and enjoying a glorious life. You can't help but feel jealous. Even if you can't marry him, you still naturally want to be his mistress!"

"Jaylene Ziel, don't say I didn't warn you. Don't even think about it. If you dare use any despicable means to seduce my cousin-in-law and destroy my cousin's marriage, neither Alisha nor I will let you off easily."

Because of Phoebe's sudden approach, Jaylene instinctively felt the overpowering smell of Phoebe's perfume. Raising her hand to wave away the scent, she tried to avoid the pungent smell.

However, her actions clearly irritated Phoebe, who reached out to grab Jaylene, who in turn instinctively dodged Phoebe's hand.
