Liang Xinyue wasn't aware of the turmoil she cause to the man in front of her. Her only goal was to get more chicken congee in her hands to let her eat it.

Before Yun Lingxin finish his sentence, he suddenly turned around to look at the door that was tightly close.

Liang Xinyue was puzzled inside why he didn't continue and was looking at the door instead. Her stone-face tried to peek at the side to see the wooden door.

A few gentle knocks was heard, followed by a deep voice outside of the door.

"Lingxin there was something I forgot to tell you."

When Yun Lingxin heard this voice, he took the empty bowl of congee very fast and also tried to leave in a fast manner without looking back at her while saying "I'll bring you some food later so firstly rest for now."

Liang Xinyue answered while nodding slightly even though the person she was speaking was not looking at her.

She didn't found it odd that Yun Lingxin was behaving strangely because firstly she didn't know him much, secondly her focused was only in the 'food' part when she heard him, thirdly she doesn't have any interaction with other people except for Yun Lingxin who gave her a name and to the man that spoke her once inside the prison.

Qiu Jing knew that Yun Lingxin is inside the room and was carrying a bowl of congee to deliver it to the girl he picked up. He heard this from the servant he just questioned questioned earlier. This attract his attention, his friend who is sometimes lazy and only cared about his pets can make him move. But there is now someone who can make him deliver food? will that be my sister-in law in the future?

Qiu Jing didn't realize that he was jumping to the future again. If this is known to Yun Lingxin, He will be beaten until only half an inch of his life left to his body. He cleared his throat before he comes near the door

Before he could open the door, Yun Lingxin opened the door first. He blocked the entrance with his body so he can't look inside the room. He had a look to his friend that say's 'you are not allowed to look.' Then swiftly dragged him out by the collar.

Qiu Jing was startled why his friend treated him like this all of a sudden. He doesn't know if he should laugh or cry. His image of being known as a ghostly doctor was now ruined by his friend, and he didn't even pay any attention to him who was being dragged.

He stopped struggling because he knows that his strength was not enough to be able to break free from his clutches.

He realize that his abductor was holding an empty bowl. He also notice that there was strange redness on his face. He was suddenly got curios what happened earlier that made his friend act like this. He decided he will pry open his mouth later for dragging him like this.

Qiu Jing didn't notice that he throw at the back of his head his original purpose of coming back to his manor and the news he was going tell to Yun Lingxin.
