Force energy

Katara's stomach suddenly growls, they both stunned and then look at each other in the mirror and laugh.

"You've been sleeping for two days, no wonder you're already starving." Deimos stated, Katara agrees.

"I miss twelve meals." Only Katara says, they both laugh again.

"Then I'll send some food here."

"No need, I'll just walk to the banquet hall. Thank you." Katara refuse, they look to each other for a second before Deimos speak

"No, I mean…" Katara waited for the prince to finish his words.

"I wanted to eat with you, so stay here until the food is ready. Then I'll call Evans…" Katara nodded, she saw the crown prince's red ear and then quickly left the room and glanced at her for three times before finally leaving. She put her lips together, and continued to change. She didn't know that the prince was this honest, she couldn't help but to grin. It's cute…

Deimos after leaving the room immediately leans his forehead at the wall to hide his fluttered and embarrassed face, he always sees her eating without any cares. He enjoys her watching from after enjoying her food from afar that's why he wonders how it feels when she's just in front of him and eating with him. He saw her eating with Desmond. That's why he got curious more when his brother seemed to really enjoy his food. It's rare to see Desmond smile at the person he just met once but he saw him smile with Ave.

When he hears footsteps he immediately changes his expressions and erases all of his emotions. Evan entered the room at the perfect time, he looked at him.

"Bring me some food."

The prince just looks at Katara while eating to her heart's content, she doesn't care at all. The table was full of different dishes and foods, in just ten minutes the food was already inside his room.

Katara looked at him and then put some dishes on his plate.

"You should eat too, it's not good for you to miss some meals." She said, and then continued to eat. Deimos takes a bite while glancing at her from time to time, he picks some vegetable leaf but it was tangled with other vegetables. He was about to use his other hand when Katara held the other one using her fork, he continued to pick the vegetable and smiled. After thirty minutes he feels stuff, he never gets full this way since he was young.

To maintain their balance and body they limit the food they intake, it's not a bad thing but he is used to that so after several times of mouthful he loses his appetite.

"No, you don't have to walk me. I can manage myself, you have something to do right?" Katara refused as the prince insisted on walking her, she looked at him.

"But—"

"No buts, besides I'm fine. Thank you, your highness, you really help me a lot. I can't express my gratitude to you. In exchange for your kindness I promise I'll do my best at the game." She said.

"Just be safe, it's okay for me." He softly stated, she smiled and nodded.

"Of course!"

She went back to her dorm and she saw Dianna and Celine in the living room, when they heard the door open they turned around and they saw her. Both of them blink their eyes for a few times before running rushing towards them.

"What the? You're here! We are so worried because you have gone missing!" Dianna yelled and looked at her from head to toe, Celine immediately hugged her.

"Desmond says your training with him, I don't know where you go but please let us know." Celine cried and she saw tears on the edge of her eyes.

"Yeah, we thought something would happen to you!" Dianna said and hugs her too.

"I'm sorry, I make you worry." She apologizes, Celine slaps her back gently.

"You should be, I'm dying waiting for you to come back!" She hugs them more tightly.

"You miss me that much huh? I miss you too!" She giggled, Katara felt something touch her heart. Both of them didn't let her go until she explained what really happened to her, or how her train went. She tells them what happened, she also tells how strong Desmond is and she's determined to win the game.

Hours pass quickly, and now Katara is in her room, sitting in a position of meditating. Her window is open, she hears the whispers of the wind and as it blows the curtain of the window swish and the light of the full moon enters her room.

The night is peaceful, based on what Evans says. The doctor and healer says she just passed out because of exhaustion and no other reason, she felt relieved, especially because she doesn't want anyone to know yet.

She opened the book and read it again, she already connected and completed her creation of core now she needs to fill some energy into it. She already eats, core only takes ¼ of the food you intake in your body, the rest energy you can save is by training, and entering a dungeon to collect some elemental crystal that was produced by nature.

Because power exists in this world, there are some dungeons that have monster insides and protect the crystals. Crystal energy could be sold to the market, and they pay excellent prices for it.

The miner is called for the people who enter the dungeon to collect some crystal energy, the Empire also has a guild you can attend if you decide to mine like them. The palace pays them for great prices also because crystal energy is a massive help to the war, if you enter the guild you have some companions to enter the dungeon full of monsters. But you could be individual miners, if you are strong. Since she doesn't have any crystal energy now, all she can do is to train and to eat a lot. She also needs to figure out what her elements are, she can't ask the bowl of truth because everyone will know.

But she thinks of another idea, there's a chimney in her room, a rock, and water she could use to test what she created. Balance is the most, just like what she did to the greenhouse but this time something different. Slowly she feels something inside her veins flowing, she forms her hand a triangle shaped together with her fingers. After she did that she felt something flicked and then it felt connected, her energy from her body started to appear on the surface. A circle of different colors is forming inside of the triangle, first it has a size of coin and then it gradually turns big.

To prevent her passing out she needs to control her energy from coming out, the book informed that her hand-shaped triangle shouldn't be disconnected or shattered so that she could still control the energy coming out.

She uses all her force to maintain her hand, she stops the energy from forming. She felt heavy on her hand, it was like she's pushing a massive wall. Spontaneously her energy from her body keeps flowing, she couldn't control it. It was hard, in just the blink of the eye she's already in the air because of the force trying to get out of her hand.

At the end she loses her balance and her hand separates, the energy lost in an instant that's why she falls into her bed. Dang, she will not be able to figure out what her elements are when she can't control her force energy.

It should be controlled first, the force energy it's the basic rule of this world. Because if the ementials can't there is a huge accident possible. Like burning the whole campus, or calling for floods, creating tornadoes, and earthquakes.

Tomorrow is the game and before it starts Katara decided to visit her mother at the hospital, and now she's peeling an apple for her.

"I'm glad you visited me here, how are you?" Her mother asked, Katara smiled.

"I am a fine mother, my mistress is good and she takes care of her people. You? How's you feel?"

"I'm fine, thank you Kat. I'm sorry…" Katara approaches her mother and then she hugs her.

"You don't have to say sorry mother, don't worry. Just let me take care of you, I am your daughter after all." She whispered, for an hour she stayed by her mother's side. They talk for random things, she's really lucky to have her.
