14 New Bloodline-2

[No, the skill Mana Flow was retained at Rank C due to your memories]

[But your previous Mana Control was Rank S, which is different from Mana Flow Rank C]

[You retained the memory of how to utilize this ability, but this is not the best version of your original skill]

[As this is not your main bloodline ability, you need to actually train the skill]

This was not difficult for Asher at all. Yes, the drop from the initial Rank S to Rank C was significant, but he could level it up nevertheless. His Mana Control was one of the best in the world in his previous life. However, now he can mask his actual bloodline ability with this.

He was delighted to see that one of his "main skills" was retained for him to use in this life. It didn't matter if Mana Flow was a passive skill, as this would affect all his skills and growth equally. This skill could also be viewed as a %buff to all his skills, increasing their power but decreasing the consumption for the same.

Some of the major changes he saw were his stats, which were more than four times the previous ones. When a person usually awakens, they get 2-3 times stronger, depending on their talent. But Asher got more than four times the stats in some attributes. His charm and intelligence were also very high. However, he also noticed that his fate increased by 70 as well.

"System, why did my fate increase?" While moving his arms around to see the new changes he had.

[As the Host has awakened earlier than destined, you have altered some of your fate]

[This would have been a lot of Fate points usually, but your fate thread is now very thin, so the Host needs to make many alterations to his destiny to increase his fate now.]

Although Asher had the idea that it was his early awakening that caused his fate points to change, he wanted to get an idea of how much fate he would get doing such changes to the future.

He looked at his new bloodline ability, which would remain a secret from others. This was too powerful, even after those restrictions and still being Lvl 1. You could only imagine what this ability would become in the future.

And his new Rank SSS bloodline, which he knew nobody except one guy in this world right now had such capabilities, and that one guy was none other than Kevin Whiteheart, the man who killed Asher in his previous life and had a very powerful SS Rank Bloodline.

Asher's eyes displayed a dangerous glint just as he remembered that name, but before his bloodlustful killing intent started coming out of his body, he calmed it down.

Soon, a wave of tiredness hit Asher. He was exhausted after awakening, and the new bloodline acquisition left him devoid of any energy. He desperately wanted to sleep, so he dropped down onto his bed and closed his weary eyelids to get some rest.

Under the dark-looking ceiling, two figures could be seen close to each other. Multiple bodies lay everywhere, appearing to have died while fighting someone. They were sitting in a massive altar-like place. Near the altar, those two figures seemed to be saying something to each other.

"I am sor-cough-sorry," a girl, whose body was riddled with wounds, muttered something while in the hands of a boy who carefully slumped down, holding her. Her arms had multiple weapon wounds, legs burnt, and her skin was black for some reason, with pitch-black eyes, devoid of life.

His condition was not good either. There was a sword wound in his chest, which had narrowly missed his heart. His hair was disheveled, and he was screaming some words at the girl. Blood tears flowed from his eyes.

"Don-cough-don't drown in revenge... like... me," the girl said to the boy with her lifeless eyes, which seemed to have given up on this world. It appeared as though she couldn't even hear the screaming young man.

"ppp...promise me... me that *gasp* *gasp* that you will" *Cough* *Cough*

"Become un... undefeated so... so that nobody could harm you...and... forgive me..."

Just like that, the girl's body took its last breath.
