8 #Chapter 7

"Why do I have to carry her all the way to our hideout?" The man in a casual dress said with a fed up expression.

"Because we don't have a car, Ryle." The man with the suit said without even taking a glance at him.

"Poor ass Arthur…" Ryle said with an eye roll.

"It's not my fault that we werewolves have a lot more stamina than you hybrids and these humans who can't even turn into wolves, at least you can be a wolf." He nodded at his statement.

They walked a lot of distance to arrive at a worn out place.

"I- You call this a place? A hideout?" Ryle said with a small smile, mostly fake and sarcastic.

"Well you didn't expect a big ass mansion, did you? Werewolves have their own pack so it never actually occurs to us to build a house for ourselves. Anyway, isn't it perfect? No one would suspect anything and no one actually comes here." He said, shrugging his shoulders and getting in the abandoned house.

"When did you find this 'hideout' place?" Ryle said, emphasising the word hideout.

"When we started dating a month ago." Arthur said calmly.

"Arthur, I wouldn't call what we are doing as dating, what are we - high school kids?" He said with arched eyebrows.

"So what are we to you?" He said looking directly at his partner.

"Ah- I- Fuck buddies?" He stammered and said nervously while scratching his neck.

"Hah so that is what you consider me after all of this?" He said with a fake laugh.

"I know right it is hard for both of us to lose our mates in that battle and we needed someone to take out our sexual desires on, we are just helping out each other, no personal feelings involved, right?" He asked with an awkward smile.

"That is why I despise hybrids and humans so much they don't care about our feelings, what we feel after losing our mates is beyond your imagination, we feel like we are dying everyday, it is like we are losing our mind slowly but then moon goddess send a person we can rely on but then again in my case it is a hybrid who would not feel the same though way, screw you." He stomped off the house, letting out his anger on the poor already weak wooden door.

"I- what the hell was that just now? Well whatever, not like I care." He said being bewildered and took the girl out of his shoulder.

He stretched his body and shoulders.

"Ahhh my shoulder is sore now, Arthur come give me a message like you usually do when we-" He stopped himself when he realised that he was all alone.

"Fuck it! I do care afterall." He muttered to himself and was about to run off when he stopped in his tracks to look at the sleeping girl lying on the ground.

"What if she wakes up? I should at least use some ropes." He went out to search for ropes.

"Hopefully that idiot bought some ropes." He said with a sigh after he found a bag full of ropes, clothes used for putting on mouth and first-aid kit.

"Now that I think of it he has always been quite responsible with his work." Ryle said with a genuine small smile.

He got a cloth and stuffed it in her mouth then he pulled a rope out of the bag and tied Luna on a chair. He didn't risk tying her to the bed. What if she wakes up and thinks she is abducted by perverts? They were anything but that.

"Time we get to real business! I have to go search for that old man before he does anything funny and embarrassing." He said and started to walk as the bag full of things Arthur had bought fell on the ground, all the things in it fell too and scattered all over the floor.

"Geez everything has to be messed up now if all time, guess moon goddess doesn't want me to meet Arthur right now, he despises hybrids maybe he will kill me if I go now?" He said with a laugh but it didn't come from his heart.

He hastily put everything in the bag when something caught his attention.

"Isn't that me and him in the photograph? That too when we were in highschool, it brings so many memories." He looked at the photo with a genuine smile while reminiscing about the past.

He turned the photograph to put in the bag but there was something written at the back, the handwriting was of Arthur so it made Ryle somewhat curious.

"I hope that dumbass hasn't written anything bad about me or else I will-" He stopped saying anything as he saw the glimpse of the first letters, which were Ryle- the sun of my life.

He began reading the letter.

"Ryle- the sun of my life.

I met this boy a month ago when he joined our school as a hybrid, he is an extreme extrovert and just like one he got me an awkward introvert in his grasp, I often make faces at him when he asks me to give him company while doing something but inside my heart I feel giddy I don't know why he just makes me feel that way.

Before this I had never opened up to anyone, he makes my day more fun than ever, he is the sun of my life while I am his moon, everyone thinks that I am perfect but I have my flaws and he is the only one who loves me even after knowing them.

I just hope he end up being my mate, I know we are friends and it should be enough but I can't help but be selfish when it comes to him, I want to be close to him than we already are, I want to embrace him in my arms, I want to fall asleep next to him in my bed and I want to wake up just the same. May the moon goddess bless me with that. I love him a lot, no matter what happens, even if we don't end up being mates I will love him unconditionally because it is my unrequited love.

Xoxo, Arthur."

He didn't even notice that he had tears in his eyes as he finished reading the letter with a quivering voice.

"I- " He couldn't even manage to form a sentence.

"I am coming for you, you have a lot of explaining to do!" He said with tears running down his cheeks.

How do you like that? Like the gay couple? I think I might make a novel of them as main characters if anyone suggests until then sayonara<3
