Talking to Serene's Brother

He knows that she sincerely doesn't want to disturb her brother, but he can't leave her alone like this. What if something happened, who would she call for help. Would she even get treatment at the right time? Moreover, she can't have full bed rest alone at home by depending on herself.

"Look I won't leave you until you get me a caretaker of yours. Otherwise give me your brother's number." He didn't back off.

Serene did get irritated by his stubborn behaviour towards her, she also wanted to say, Stop. But her heart didn't allow it. She sighed and called her brother at last. "Hello brother?" As usual Harry picked her call in one ring.

"Hey what's up? Why do you sound so low?" He found the foul in her mood right away by her 'hello'. 

"My friend wanna talk to you." Without telling him anything she handed her phone to Soham. There were two things which were going inside her mind. First that she is sure now, that by the end of the day she is going with Soham at his place definitely. And second how his Brother would reacts after knowing the identity of her new friend who is his old friend? That's her curiosity.

"Hello?" Soham said.

Harry frowned slightly by the voice, he knew that Serene doesn't have any other friend except Roy, then who is this guy, his way of talking is totally different from Roy, in all manners. "Yes, how may I help you?"

Without wasting any time Soham came straight to the point "Your sister hurt her back this morning. Doctor strictly asked for three days complete bed rest. But no one is at your place to take care of her. So I'm taking care of her in place of you at my place, does that sound ok with you?" He asked politely with his question part. He doesn't know the age of her big brother but it can't be less than 19 or 20 so he respectfully talked.

Harry was shocked by all the information and also got a big doubt on the identity of the caller.

"Name?" He asked doubtfully.

"Soham Shetty."

"Sorry please say it again." Harry almost yelled at the phone. He just had a doubt that it can be someone he is familiar with but .... 'It can't be him. It must be someone else with the same name.' A boy involved with his sister is actually none other than is SOHAM! The one who is a woman hater! He can't believe it.

By Harry's yell Soham got a little anxious, like it was a test. "Soham Shetty." He said again to him like it was an interview for him.

"Year, course, batch of college?" Harry asked everything to be sure about his identity full and final.

Soham slightly frowned at his question but thinking that, the person who asked him is Serene's big brother he again replied politely "19 year old, economics honour, 2nd year batch."

The moment he completed his introduction, Harry hung up immediately.

Soham scrunched his eyebrows with confusion but something was itching him which was making him worried sick "Why did he hang up?" He asked Serene but had made up his own answer in his mind 'Did he not like him? Was that because of his name?'

Author: Well hell yeah!

Serene puckered her lips "Give him five minutes." At the least. 

She knew this would happen, her brother must be shocked to death.  She is regretful, very regretful. The moment she got to know that she is familiar with the best friend of her brother the first thing that crossed her mind was to see his face when he got to know about this relation. But hell man, she lost it.

They both were silent for a while. Just as Serene said Harry called back in 5 minutes again.

"Hello?" Serene picked up calmly waiting for questions. She is still regretting letting Harry know this soon.

"You knew it?" Harry asked immediately. He is damn sure that she knows who he is.

"Yes" Serene calmly replied again.

"When?" He asked again. Did she already know but wanna mess with him?

"This morning." She knew what he must be thinking and that makes her more regretful.

Harry went silent for a while before amusingly laughed for a minute. "Woww... I am gonna definitely pull his leg in future.

By the way, how is your back? Stay at the hospital for today only, I'll be back by next morning surely. Okay?" Harry said worriedly. He already booked a plan in 5 hours, in this 5 minutes.
