A Normal Day At School Ends

Yuu took out his phone as he heard a notification sound. It was a message from his mom.

Mom – What would you like for dinner?

Me – Anything is fine

Mom – I'll make your portion a bit spicy

Me – Thank you

Mom – No problem

'Looks like she will be back earlier than usual,' Yuu put the phone back in his pocket since it looked like his mom will be cooking, normally it was Koharu since she came home earlier from Kyouka who had a lot of work at her company.

"Did you win a lottery or something?" Hachiman asked Yuu bringing the latter out of his mind.

"Nothing of the sort," Yuu couldn't understand why Hachiman would ask that.

"I see, well help me with Miyamura," Hachiman glossed over the previous topic and looked at Miyamura.

"Not again," Miyamura's eyes twitched.

"Day 60 of trying to convince Miyamura to have the same hairstyle as Eren Yeager," Hachiman was more enthusiastic than ever.

"Is this still ongoing?" Yuu looked at Miyamura who sighed heavily.

"He even texted me over the break to try and convince me," Miyamura showed the text messages from Hachiman in which the latter tried to convince Miyamura about changing his hairstyle.

Hachiman continued his pitch trying to convince Miyamura till the end of the cleaning break before the next period started.

Yatsuda was the English teacher and he was a good teacher despite his clear discrimination, he favored the girls completely ignoring the boys. Although most of the students were used to him as they have learned from him last year.

And as the periods passed by, the last bell rang as the clock 3:55 P.M.

DING DING*

Hearing the last bell the students started to pack their bags some kept various things they'll need in their locker so they don't have to lug them back and forth from home.

Yuu packed up his bag after he kept the necessary things in his locker. But before leaving he picked up his bag and exited the classroom with Hachiman and Miyamura.

All three of them had no clubs or any sports activities so they could leave without any problem. And as they did a blonde-haired blue-eyed boy was about to run out but he was stopped.

"Hayato, where are you going?" A rather attractive girl with slightly wavy waist-length blonde hair with olive green eyes asked.

"The coach asked me to tell Tachibana-kun to stop by the Football Club (A/N: It is called Soccer in japan but I'll use Football since I am more used to it), Anyway Yumiko wait a minute," Hayato couldn't do it before since he made a plan to take Yuu together after classes ended but latter ended up leaving in a flash. Yuu also came into the class just in time and even left during the lunch break. So there was no time to talk with him.

"You have done that so many times before, he is obviously going to decline, It is not like the football team needs him they already have you as an ace," Yumiko frowned since she had seen it many times, Yuu always declined Hayato. She didn't understand why the coach and Hayato were so adamant about having Yuu join.

"The coach wanted to have another great player since it would strengthen the team," Hayato also knew that Yuu would most likely decline but he needed to try.

"Yes, the coach needs another ace, like Hayato and me," A boy with long brown hair with a black hairband, and grey eyes said with a smile.

"If he is on Kakeru's level then there is no need to go after him," Yumiko looked at Hayato smiling wryly as Kakeru was crying tears of blood. He was just trying to lighten up the mood but ended but taking the arrow.

"He is always hanging out with those gloomy-looking guys anyway, he can't be that special," Yumiko continued.

Seeing this, Hayato gave up going after Yuu and tried to console the hurt Kakeru who seemed to be hit with multiple arrows since he was compared to someone who hangs around with gloomy people.

"Hina-san why are you laughing?" A girl with shoulder-length chestnut brown hair and peach-reddish eyes asked a tall girl with brown bobbed hair with green eyes.

"I wondering about the dynamic in Tachibana-kun's group, is it is Hikigaya X Tachibana with Miyamura being the third wheel, or Miyamura X Tachibana with Hikigaya being the third wheel, or the unexpected Hikigaya X Miyamura with Tachibana being the third wheel or the best one of them all Tachibana X Miyamura X Hikigaya, Which one do you think it is Yui?" Ebina was having a nosebleed just thinking of the scenarios in her head.

The Silent Yuu Tachibana, The Loner Hikigaya Hachiman, and The Gloomy Miyamura having a three-way relationship going on was too exciting for her. Yui didn't know what to say since Ebina had the tendency to get lost in her BL fantasies.

'They have a lot of time to waste while gossiping about people who mind their own business,' A girl with above average height and slender build. Her pale blue reaches down to her waist with choppy bangs falling on her forehead.

She found it amusing how Yumiko talked about Yuu who she knows nothing and labeled the person as nothing special.

'He is way better than Hayato who is said to be the ace of the football club,' The girl had seen the matches played between the different classes and Yuu dominated them no matter the day. Everyone in the school knows it so it was weird for Yumiko to not see it given she always watches the matches Hayato plays in.

The difference between him and the other players was so big that he seemed like an adult playing with children, so it was obvious why the Football coach and Hayato tried so many times to have Yuu join but it didn't work.

'Anyway, I'll also leave,' The girl stood up as she was done with her stuff.

"Bye Kawasaki-san," The girl looked to her right and saw a cute girl with chin-length love green hair with bangs parted in the middle with big yellow eyes.

"Ah, Bye Yoshikawa-san," Kawasaki said her goodbyes to her desk mate. She wasn't her friend but they were desk mates last year as well, so it became a daily thing after they occasionally talked and it seems it will continue this year as well.

"Hey, Hori what do you think about Tachibana-kun?" Yoshikawa asked the girl sitting in the seat in front of her desk, the girl had long mid-back length chestnut brown hair with her bangs swept over to the right along with big golden-brown eyes.

"Nothing really aside from that he is good at studies and sports," Hori didn't know much about Yuu to form an image of him, but he seemed like a chill person who was polite from the few times she had exchanged greetings with him.

"Hmm, anyway Hori you are coming to the karaoke with us right?" Yoshikawa asked dropping the previous topic.

"Um, No I have something to do," Hori picked up her bag and went out with Yoshikawa running behind her still trying to get Hori to go with her.

Yuu was on his way home after separating from Miyamura and Hachiman. He was drinking some coffee that he bought from a vending machine, he was looking at his phone currently.

'I didn't think they would upload it on the school forum,' This wasn't the first time Yuu had his photo taken secretly, it happened a lot at the start of the first year but it stopped after a month or so.

But now it happened again and…

'Yuka-nee will surely use this to tease me as she did before,' Yuu sighed as he threw the coffee can into the trash can nearby.

The same thing happened during his first year Yuka didn't let up on teasing him before and only stopped after she got scolded by Kyouka.

Yuu opened the door to their house with the key, he didn't need to open the iron gates since they were already open.

"I am home," Yuu closed the door.

"Welcome back," Kyouka was standing inside as if she knew he would arrive at that moment.

"How was the first day?" Kyouka asked as she walked with Yuu inside the living room.

"…It was normal," Yuu answered as he didn't really feel much about school, he looked around the hall and saw that no one was here, even the TV was turned off.

"I see, Yuka and Koharu will be back in an hour or so and Shizuka will be back by 6," Kyouka was the only one back right now.

"Ok, Then I'll go up first," Yuu went upstairs not understanding why Kyouka told him when everyone was coming.

Kyouka smiled looking at his puzzled back and went back to the kitchen to continue her preparations for tonight's dinner.
