In the apartment building Zafrey, is currently exercising in the gym and practicing some mixed martial arts.
"I got to thank dad for teaching me some mixed martial arts when i was 16, if he didn't i wouldn't has beaten up the bullies who harassed Mia in school" Zafrey thanked his dad while continuing to punch the body bag that was in front of him.

After being punched by Zafrey for the past two hours, the punching bag couldn't no longer take more of his abuse and ripped apart on his last half powered punch.

"I was practicing controlling my strength but it seem like a long way to go, but however i was finally able to understand the potential of my stats, if i can put my stats to the perspective of stats in the Nasuverse"

Zafrey opened his status and tried to compare it to some Heroic Spirits that he is knowledge about.

"I've been working out for the whole day?" Zafrey surprisingly said while checking time on his smart phone.

"Yeah, Yeah i know your don't have to tell me" Hearing that his Stomach was growling in hunger, Zafrey had no choice to stop his training and went to the kitchen to eat dinner.
After eating dinner, Zafrey then went to the Living room to prepare for the Counter guardian who was about to be summoned by the counter force the moment he learns true magic.

Hearing the notification Zafrey asked Mia to buy him something on the Universal shop
"Mia, Buy me the Bag of Senzu beans in the universal shop and also the Gomu Gomu no Mi devil fruit."

Taking out the Gomu Gomu no Mi devil fruit from his inventory, Zafrey gulped down his saliva and prepared for the worst.
Biting at the devil fruit, Zafrey was immediately disgusted by the taste he just felt on his mouth, and almost puked before stopping himself and forcing it into his stomach.
"ahh, Their weren't joking when the devil fruits tasted like crap, fuck I don't want to ever eat something like that ever again." Zafrey shivered while looking at the devil fruit he had bitten in to and thrown it back into inventory.
"Luckily, i only had to take a bite of the fruit instead of eating it whole, just to get its powers" sighing in relief Zafrey waited for his body to change to the rubber man.
Waiting for a minute, Zafrey body changed expenetional with his arms and legs stretching like rubber.
"This feels weird, it's like my body is made up of elastic water"
Stretching back to their respective positions Zafrey was able to control the Devil fruit in some ways like Luffy.
"I'm still not proficient enough to use the Zoan transformation, but as of right this should be enough, until i learn how to use Haki on the Book of Akashic record"
Taking the Book of Akashic records on his Inventory opened the book and looked at the first page he saw where all knowledge of magic was currently recorded.

After saying the last phrase all of a sudden he felt a large amount of Mana being sucked out of his body and into the book.

"Fuck i think I'm gonna faint from mana loss..." Opening his Inventory hastely, Zafrey grabbed the bag of Senzu bean and took a single bean and ate it.

After 30 minutes of losing and replenishing his mana, Zafrey was able to see a notification of his efforts.

"Ugh!, finally! i was almost out of Senzu beans!!, fuck to think that i had to use 45 beans just for me to learn this magic, is a little bit scary, I'm only Lv. 367 and my current mana pool is only 4000, and it took 180,000 mana points for me to learn just one of the magic in the Akashic Records." Zafrey theorized while looking at the book on his right hand.

"Ah, shit here comes the counter guardian" Zafrey worriedly said to himself while putting the five pieces of senzu bean and the book of akashic records on his inventory.
Bracing himself for a fight that may or less kill him, Zafrey took out the two fragmentation grenades from his inventory.

A man wearing a red hooded cloak his face covered with bandages and also wears a hood. He is carrying M9 Bayonet knife on his hand broke down the door entrance of his apartment.
Seeing the silhouette Zafrey widened his eyes surprise before thinking of a plan
'Kiritsugu?!, this is bad, now i know why all new true magic users die before they can even show they're magic to the world. it's because the counter force sent the best anti-mage assassin to do the job of killing them!'
Zafrey thought while pulling the pins of both the grenades thrown it at Kiritsugu
Seeing that his Target was here Kiritsugu grabbed the two fragmentation grenades mid air and thrown it back at Zafrey.
"Well played."
With his quick thinking, Zafrey jumped into the hotel glass window to escape the explosion.
"Fuck, i shouldn't have gotten a room on one of top floors"
Falling from the hotel building Zafrey stretched out his right arm and aimed for crane that was just one block away from the hotel.
"Gomu Gomu no Pistol!"
Using one of Luffy's signature moves, Zafrey was able to grab the upper part of the crane in succession and catapulted towards it quickly.
Hearing an explosion occur in one of the buildings many pedestrians started looked at the top floor of the hotel that was now burning in flames.
"Fire! Call the Fire department!!"
Seeing that the Pedestrians panic, Zafrey started to look at the apartment too, and check if Kiritsugu was still there.

Hearing a sound of metal hitting metal Zafrey looked at the direction of where it came from
"How can you be so fucking fast!?" Zafrey said while now looking at Kiritsugu now standing on top of the crane with him.
"Tch."
Reloading his Mystic Code, Kiritsugu aimed it at Zafrey again and fired.
Seeing him use his origin bullet, Zafrey quickly dodged the bullet by side stepping to the right.
'Fuck, even though I'm made of rubber that bullet is dangerous in many levels, if it even just touches me'
Opening golden portals around Kiritsugu, Zafrey fired all of the sword and spear noble phantasms at him, making the crane it self collapse from the damage it sustained from the barrage.
Safely jumping into the construction building, Zafrey looked at where Kiritsugu was suppose to be.
"Chronos Rose"
Hearing this word Zafrey hastely moved his head to the right to dodge a bullet aimed behind his head and jumped right now facing Kiritsugu who missed his target a third time.
"Holy shit, that was too close for comfort." Zafrey nervously said while looking at Kiritsugu with his red hood still covering his head
'I can't just use my (A.I.S.I.N) ability on him, he would surely notice the moment i use it, and with his time manipulation, he could just dodge it effortlessly...'
'I need one second of cast time to use it, but knowing him, he definitely won't let me get even a second of rest.'
Kiritsugu rushed towards Zafrey with his standard M9 bayonet at hand, seeing Kiritsugu rush him, Zafrey used gate of babylon again and fired at Kiritsugu trying to slow him down by just little bit.
'fuck, this isn't going to work i need to distract him'
Grabbing a three smoke grenade from the gate of Babylon, Zafrey pulled the pin and thrown it around the construction building while running.

With the smoke grenade in place now covering his position Zafrey looked at Kiritsugu's position on his system map.
'He shouldn't be able to know my position for a minute, this should give me enough time to set up a tr---'
Just about Zafrey was about to finish his thoughts he felt something stab him behind his back.
"Agh!" screaming in pain Zafrey looked at the person who currently behind him, and round housed kicked him hard enough for him to arc and break two pillars of the building giving him enough time to change his position.

'Shit, how could i forget about Kiritsugu's presence concealment.' Zafrey though while limping from the pain on his stomach.
Opening his inventory Zafrey took a Senzu bean and ate it, feeling his wound heal in the matter of seconds Zafrey, then looked at the red dot that was now in his system map.
'He can move instantaneous, i can't rely heavily on the system map...'
'This could be a very dangerous gamble but as of right now I've got no better plan to use.'
Grabbing a Bluetooth speaker from the gate of Babylon Zafrey placed it his current position and laid down on the floor just 20 meters away from the speaker.
'This better work'
Taking his smartphone from his pocket Zafrey connected it with the bluetooth speaker and played a recording.
"Okay you win, I give up, It seems like i can't do much of anything to you anyway, you can kill me..." the blue tooth speaker spoke in Zafrey's pre recorded voice of him accepting his defeat.
Kiritsugu hearing that his target was actually accepting they're death, raised an eye brow and cautiously walked towards where he heard the voice was coming from.

Hearing the sound of a person walking towards the speaker Zafrey's heart started beating furiously.
After a few seconds of waiting he was able to see Kiritsugu in the position of the bluetooth speaker looking confused, with the smoke almost being fully dispersed.
'This is my chance!'
Closing his eyes Zafrey thought of the trigger words for the ability and looked at Kiritsugu who was still their looking at the bluetooth speaker in confusion.
'All I See is Nothing...'
Kiritsugu's instincts were flaring at the moment when Zafrey uttered those words, his instincts was telling him to dodge but it was already too late.
The world turned blind, and in a blink of an eye, Kiritsugu Emiya no longer existed in this universe.
