Chap-9 My dad's a badass

Judith's POV:-

I enjoyed talking back to that Iraya. I then went on a walk with Liranda. Surprisingly, she's a gosiper and more like a nanny, who's supposed to be motherly, she's like a friend, is it because she's young? Well, but I like it, be it whatever.

"So I told to malay that he was the one who stole my cake and..." But she talks too much, I find this garden surprisingly bigger than I imagined. I thought that I would be able to keep the ways of this mansion and all the directions in mind, as my mental age is older, but this is too much for my old age too. My heads spinning. "Liranda, Judith's legs have started to hurt. Carry Judith to bed please..." I smile in my most beautiful way and she fell for my charms. Geez... All the maids know of my temper, but still I have to act like a 5 year old and even they think of me as a 5 year old when I do that. I think this would help me put them on my good side.

Liranda was carrying me back into my bedroom and I was about to fall asleep when...

*Crash* *gasp* What was that just now from my room? Dad! I tell Liranda to put me down and go. She was hesitant but I tell her that dad would be in that room and nothing would happen to me. She then goes back to her chambers... I was left alone in the hallway. I sneak a look through the slightly opened door.

He took another vase and broke it. I then saw on the floor, there were many sheds of vases. Even the cupboard was broken and my clothes all shattered. They were all new. Even my new room was destroyed by this man. Just what the heck? Is he going to kill her for making me angry? He draws a sword out of thin air with black magic and puts it on her neck, she was kneeling,"even after that, you have the audacity to put slow poison on my daughter's clothes and room, just because you thought that this illegitimate child would tarnish my reputation as the grand Duke? What? Poison? Must be tasteless and smell less. No wonder I didn't notice and he was so furious.

When did he come beside me and hide his real self with magic? And how did his clothes become this clean? And where is the sword?

"Sorry it's shattered. You might be scared right?"

"I have killed a lot of animals in the past, but seeing a human getting killed was..." I was still trembling, though I was still able to speak properly.

"I see" he approached me and raised this right hand. I closed my eyes. What's he doing? Slapping me for eaves dropping?

He gently Pat's my head and when I open my eyes, he smiles.

He then kneels down, Now, tell me the truth, were you scared?"

I could not help but hug him. I then started to cry. He hugged me back. "I was very scared father... Waah..." Its the truth, for a moment, I saw myself in her. Would I be ruthlessly killed like this? No... I don't wanna die like this." You would never see such a scene again. I promise you my child. I would never hurt you nor let you get hurt. So calm down now. My dear. I would prepare another room and clothes for you buy tomorrow, because these were poisoned by that bi- idiot Iraya. Ok?"

"Ok father." I had a new room prepared, it was a plain one due to the

sudden shift. But it was cosy.

"Father, sleep with me."

He smiles in a very elegant way"I never thought I would see my daughter behaving like a typical 5 year old. " My face was a bit saddened.

"Forget about today as a bad dream ok?" He smiled and slept beside me. I crept closer to him and eventually hugged him. He hugged me back. He was warm. I like it. I don't know what future would ahold for the both of us, but I don't want to see this man angry again.... Cause when he's at it, he's a total bad ass....
