First True Step

Almost all of his preparations before starting his new life in this world were finally complete. He had immeasurably potential and talent, luck of the highest level, he was also going to get Yun Che's Sky Poison Pearl and the Mirror of Samsara. This planet was also a very good starting point. An inconspicuous place to the rest of the universe but had legacies of 3 True Gods, a breathing True Devil, daughters of a Creation God and a Devil Emperor, a continent with Darkness Profound Beasts of the highest level, The Medicine Art of another Creation God, 4 out of 6 Heretic God elemental seeds, countless treasures, a fragment of the World-Defying Heaven Manual, the Primordial Profound Ark and so on. And he could obtain most of these treasures without starting some great war because most people in the Universe were simply unaware. Once he had plundered everything of value here, he could leave for the higher plane.

 Now there was just one thing left.

"I need to absorb Yun Che's memories..." he thought to himself and turned towards Yun Che' soul. He gave out a mental order to absorb his memories to whatever system or existence was controlling this place

A few moments later, following the sound a stream of memories started playing infront of Raphael's eyes. This contained all of Yun Che's memories from his first, second and current life.

Soon enough, he was completely focused on the scenes in front of him and forgot about everything else at that moment, even the passage of time.

A long, long time later...

A young man covered in wounds.

A horde of people charging at him with their weapons

The young man was on the end of a cliff, retreating equals death

He did the unthinkable and jumped off the cliff with his eyes closed...

"Stop," Raphael's voice echoed and the scene abruptly came to a stop.

This was when Yun Che was cornered on Cloud's End Cliff in the Azure Cloud Continent. Raphael had seen every part of Yun Che's memories in both lives. The biggest reason he had done this was to obtain Yun Che's medical knowledge and skills. He had seen the nasty cultivation world using Yun Che's eyes and was no longer a greenhorn, mentally at least. He knew what to expect at every situation and he had matured greatly after seeing the world for decades.

His preparations were now well and truly complete. All that was left was the place where he would be reborn. He decided it to be somewhere safe near Floating Cloud City so that he could easily find Jasmine.

Currently, he was in his soul form which was invisible and undetectable to everyone, at least in Floating Cloud City, a place where only low-level cultivators exist.

He turned off the panel and came back to reality where time had stopped. It was after everything between Xiao Lingxi, Yun Che and the Ancestral God's will was said and done.He issued a command to resume time and the scenes started unfolding once again.

After that, he quickly got out of the Xiao Clan and went towards the gates of Floating Cloud City. As expected, no one in this place could detect him and he could also phase through objects and living beings. Soon enough, he reached the gates of the city and phased through them.

After moving around in the forest for some time, he finds an open grassland-like area with a pond and few harmless animals. Knowing this was probably the safest place he could find away from peoples' eyes and dangerous beasts, he decided to transmigrate here.

SWOOOOOSH!

A bright golden light flashed in the middle of the grassland which got the attention of the animals nearby, startling them. They were on edge for a few moments but realizing it was harmless, they ignored it and went back to whatever they were doing. It was around mid-day so the Sun was bright which was very good for Raphael because it overshadowed the golden light's brightness, letting it go undetected by profound beasts.

After about 15 minutes, the light started to get dimmer and smaller slowly until it became a thin-layered aura-like light covering a young boy who was 5 feet 10 inches tall with a fair complexion. He was wearing white robes and had slightly long hair that reached slightly below the nape of his neck. He had very little fat and a decent amount of muscle. He was very handsome as he had a strong jawline, a perfectly symmetrical face with flawless, perfectly healthy skin and dark eyes that were boundlessly deep which pulled people into an abyss, glowing with a dim, divine, golden light. He looked to be about 14-15 years old.

This is was who Raphael had transmigrated into.

His face did not show any expression as he took a good look around his surroundings. He then touched his face, chest and other body parts. It looked like he was checking if his very existence was real and not just some absurd dream. The animals nearby were alerted once more but looking at his actions, they just shot him weird looks and then ignored his existence.

After examining his physical form, Raphael took a look at his left palm and the green light of the Sky Poison Pearl greeted his eyes and the back of his left hand a small white finger sized sword-shaped mark. This was what an unawakened profound handle looked like as per his knowledge. He also obtained Yun Che's profound handle, it seemed. Of course he couldn't see what colour it was or use it until he reached the sky profound realm. It would most likely be a red profound handle like Yun Che's originally was before he got the Dragon God Marrow which upgraded it to orange.

He then took a peek under his shirt and found the Mirror of Samsara hanging onto a chain around his neck.

Of course he couldn't 'find' his Sacred Body of Nothingness, since he didn't comprehend the Law of Nothingness.

However, what surprised him was that his cultivation was at the 1st level of the Nascent Profound Realm. Yeah, very odd. Not only that, he found an odd energy in his body. There wasn't much of it but it was extremely dense and was fundamentally on a higher level compared to the ordinary profound energy in his body. It was quite slow but it was noticeable. It was slowly fusing with his body.

He deduced it to be the primordial energy that he got from Xia Yuanba's previous life. At the speed it was fusing with his body, he would have the Divine Body of Great Rage in about a month. Very nice. 

From Yun Che's memories, he remembered the technique to check the age of a person. It was through probing one's bone density. Upon checking his bone age he found out he was… only sixteen years old!

"This was one thing I forgot to specify. Well, it doesn't matter all that much, since its the same as Yun Che at the start of the novel but I will probably see more jaws dropping because of my talent. That could be a problem in the future so I'll make sure to conceal my age when needed. Other than that, I have everything I need. As expected, I also have the Sky Poison Pearl and the Mirror of Samsara. Now all that's left is to wait for Jasmine's arrival in Cyan Forest Town. Once I get the Heretic God's Profound Veins and the Great Way of the Buddha, my starting pack will be complete." He took a deep breath after saying those words and took in the air around him. The richness and purity of the air around him was really incomparable to the air on Earth. And this was described to be a 'filthy' and 'muddy' place by God Realm cultivators. The trees around him much taller and the vitality of ordinary creatures was also much higher compared to Earth.

He had finally taken his first true step in this world.
