Author note: Since it is my first time writing I will lack in many fields, sometimes I will not be able to explain the plot properly or sometimes I will cut short it. My readers will encounter my hazardous writing that I am proud of but as the journey of both mine and the hero goes on, we will improve. So I the author will urge my viewers to give my novel a try, I am just a boy trying to bring my fantasy out to you. I will not ask for power stones nor will I enter into the contract if my readers want it but please give my chapters your honest review and tell me where I can improve. For now, I will hope to see you in my chapter comments. See you soon. Asura going dark......

New Body

"Why is it showing that I have two divine cores?" asked Aldric, his expression filled with astonishment. "It's a small gift from me," replied the God of Fire, winking his right eye at Aldric.

"But why are you doing this for me? Going as far as to give me a new divine core?" Aldric questioned, giving suspicious stares to the God of Fire.

"I already said it's a gift from me. Despite being a divine core, it doesn't function like one. It's just to support my blessings for you," explained the God of Fire.

Crack!

Suddenly, a crack around 10 kilometers long began forming in front of the God of Fire. "Who is coming out now?" Aldric asked, looking at the God of Fire and G.O.D. "No one is coming out. It's for me," replied the God of Fire, disappointment evident in his smile.

"What do you mean it's for you?" Aldric inquired.

"My time here is up, and it's time for me to go back now. It's a real shame I didn't get any more time to spend with you," said the God of Fire, pouting.

Seeing the God of Fire make a pouting face sent shivers through Aldric's soul. "Is he a simp or something?" Aldric wondered to himself. And when the crack in space finally opened, the God of Fire was sucked in and vanished. It was as if he had never existed in that place.

G.O.D breathed a sigh of relief and said, "Before anything else happens, we should get your new body and send you back." Aldric nodded in agreement. "So, what sort of body do you need?"

A big smirk appeared on Aldric's face as he pondered for a moment. Finally, he spoke, "I need a body that appears to be around 24 years old, with red pupils, white hair, and a slim but muscular physique. It should be of the human race. Can you make that happen?" Aldric asked innocently.

"Okay," G.O.D replied, waving his hand. As he waved his hand a few more times, small particles began coming together to form Aldric's new body.

Aldric chose the age of 24 because it was considered the prime time for a body. It was at this point that one could create a powerful body or destroy it. The reason for choosing the human species was that humans were accepted everywhere in WARNA. WARNA was a diverse world, with species ranging from Dragonborn to Goblins. The Dragonborn were the strongest and mightiest, while the Goblins were the weakest. Although the strong often belittled the weak, there were also places where everyone lived in harmony.

"It's ready, your new body," G.O.D said, looking at Aldric. "Before you enter your new body, I need to tell you something," G.O.D added after a pause.

"What?" Aldric asked eagerly, unable to contain his excitement to enter his new body.

"Since you now have two divine cores, you will become a target for many people. So, do your best to hide the fact that you are the new Hero of Darkness," G.O.D advised Aldric, his heart filled with worry. "I can't let this child die like the others," G.O.D thought to himself.

"Okay," Aldric agreed, understanding the gravity of the situation. He knew he was an anomaly in the world.

"Okay, now enter your new body," G.O.D instructed.
