Removing Impurities

"Now to remove those impurities, place your hands over mine and I will help you get rid of them" instructed the old man as he sat down before Adam and held out his palms.

Adam sat down as well then placed his hands on top of his master's palms.

Closing his eyes, Adam focused on his energy as he sensed his master pour energy into his body. However, the energy wasn't absorbed or stored in Adam's body and it was still under the control of his master as he controlled the strand of energy that he had streamed into Adam's body.

Using that strand of energy, he went to a few areas around Adam's body and would stop at all impurities and use the strand of energy to pull the impurities slowly out of Adam's body and removed them through his pores.
