The Ancient's Origins

The only morals I had were a single rule: I would leave 'her' alone. I would let 'her' live her life without my influence, even though we were once close. Close enough to be... no, that'll be for another time. I lived by that single rule, without caring about what I did to anyone else. I killed, I made people suffer, I forced people into despair. Didn't matter if they were innocent or not, I was just a murder maniac. I enjoyed killing. I still do. I was, no. I am despicable. Only at my deathbed, only then did I regret. Only at my deathbed, when I learned that 'she' died by the hands of someone, who wanted to frame me, was I livid. I used the one thing I mastered from the origin.  [Origin Storm] And with what little strength I had, I tried to trigger it at the same city those responsible were. I failed. I WANTED TO SLAUGHTER THEM. But shortly after that, I collapsed upon a ruin's steps, I saw my former best friend, the one before I... 'turned', so to speak. He only asked one thing before I ultimately died. "Why?" I but simply smiled and closed my eyes. Accepting the warm embrace of death. Then, then I awoke. In the same hospital I was entered in when I was struck by lightning. The same day I changed, for the worst. Then I heard a voice. "Only in despair, did you regret. Only at the loss of your anchor, did you finally go insane. Only for your duty, did you defy death and try to avenge 'her'. By the Authority of the Origin Tree, Yggdrasil, I shall give you a single chance. Why, you might ask. It's simple, boredom and nothing else." Even if I was reborn from the boredom of a higher being, I thanked them. I, Gray Darian, was scum. Hah... maybe I still am. I was hypocritical, selfish, purposefully ignorant, arrogant. And much more. I won't say something cliche like 'I'll change for the better'. The only thing I'll do... is repay the debts I owe. ============================================ Release Schedule (Hopefully): 2-3 Chapters a week, 1 Chapter / 3 Days. 1500 - 2300 words per chapter.

What is an Author?

How to write? Becoming a writer is not as difficult as we think. First of all, how can we define the author? Or we can say, what is an author? We can simply define a writer in this way, a writer is a person who writes. If a person wants to say something to someone by writing a message on paper or phone, he is a writer. The writing process depends on certain sources. (1) How proficient are you in the language you are writing in? (2) How is good your thinking power? (3) How well do you observe your environment? (4) How is good your prediction? (5) How do you write? Pens, and machines (6) Where will you write? Paper, mind (in mind you can store your thoughts), and machines. Writing is not a big deal. Nowadays most people waste their time on mobiles. They comment on different platforms, talk more on mobile than language and share their situations with each other. They are all writing, they are a writer. They have the ability to write but are not interested in becoming a writer. It is the interest that makes everyone different. As long as you are interested in writing, one day you will become a good "Writer" or an "Author". To write a good story you have to follow the most important element of the story. There are five basic elements of the story. These are the following. (1) Setting: The time, place, and environment in which the story takes place. (2) Plot: The sequence of events in a story that shows conflict, crisis, and resolution. (3) Characters: People (or things) that take part in the story. (4) Point of View: The point of view from which the story is told. (5) Theme: What the author is trying to tell us about the subject of the story.

I’m enjoying this so far. It already feels like a fun read even without that many chapters though it does almost feel a little rushed? I dunno but I can’t wait to read more! I love Western settings
