At the School Ground, Near Emarie Building

15th of August

“Go, get him at all cost. Alive.” Standing and looking at his glass window with a wine of glass in his left hand, he ordered his right-hand man.

“What if he doesn’t obey and fight us?” At all cost, his right-hand man refrains himself from shaking.

With a smirk, he answered, “Make him numb and pitiful as a mouse.”

“We can’t do that. We don’t have the–” his right-hand man shocked of his sudden cut.

“The what?! Tell me! The what?!” gripping his wine glass decisively.

Now, his man shivered in nervousness and can’t deny his tongue’s shaking. “I mean, we-we can’t m-make him numb fo-for a long time.”

The clanging of the broken glass of wine to the floor echoed the four corners of the office, “Then take Tobias with you, dimwit! You’re not using your f*cking head at this very moment! Bullsh*t!”

“To-tobias, have his vacation… a week ago. A-and he hasn’t reported yet.” The right-hand man is praying to be tough as their new high officer can’t easily talk and please. Hoping to not be the dartboard of his head's sharp darts.

“What a d*mn, *sshole! Enjoying something irrelevant at this crisis. Get Dough for me. And…” The right-hand man stands firmly upon the order. “Tell him that I have a thing for him on this mission and he can’t disobey my order as I am the new superior whether he likes it or not! He can’t get away from me.”

Doubting whether to bow his head or to look on his official’s eyes for respect, gave him another minute. Not to struggle upon the choices but on how he’ll answer him with all his might and confidence, not shaking at all.

“Ye-yes. I’ll call him.” Might his plea didn’t reach the heavens.

“YES! Like that! Whoa! Hahaha.”

“Oww! That hurts, body.”

A commotion of students welcomed me upon entering the institution's premises. Their noises bombarded the whole ground making others curious about their ruckus. Audible conversations can be heard. Some of which are betting between a woman and a man. Others are complementing their moves and how did they manage to attain such strength and agility.

Even far from the crowded part of the institution’s ground, the shouts and wails of the students strike my eardrum ten times than normal.

Can the school authorities stop this rammed morning? Or just scold the two actors to obtain consciousness in their minds? How come this scene cannot be prohibited?

“Such an eyesore early in the morning,” I mutter to myself while shaking my head. I should not stick my nose on those kinds of events which I couldn’t compensate with.

Straightly, I went to the building of my third subject knowing that I’m late and only had half a minute to go before it ends.

But being a nice and diligent student today may not seem on track when a group of hooded male students stopped me. I remained my distance of two meters as I can’t feel anything pleasant from them. They scream adamant and horror.

Without thinking or realizing if I can, I readied myself. There’s no need to be bewildered at the moment.

“Mr. Seclin,” the guy who seems to head these men asked. I didn’t reply instead I ask back what they wanted. “You haven’t answered me yet, mister.”

At this point, the eerie feeling and nervousness enveloped my system. Four of his men started to hold something on their right waistband and waiting for a call to get it. Their leader remains stoic and eyed me straight.

“Even if I tell you who am I, none would matter. Right?” I explained knowing they can’t let me had their weapons if they had, laid on me. Observing their eagerness and stand, they tend to follow order whatever it takes.

“They say a Seclin never did approve nor confirmed a thing when asked. They also confirmed that a Seclin was once a soldier who is like a dog barking and protecting where his loyalty focused. And a Seclin never had his chance to do with the–”

Before he could finish his sentence, I suddenly stumbled to the floor and become numb. Cannot move my body and deprive of speaking a thing. A sudden sound of a machine hurts my ears.

A silhouette of a woman fighting the group of men I had faced with, identified by my blurred sight. I cannot even clarify my eyes due to the disturbances I received from those silhouettes and rays of light.

“Such an unpleasant opponent to deal with.”

Those are the lines I heard before everything turns black.
