6: Fallen Angel

Alena fulfilled all her promises by providing information about the whereabouts of Marsha Anderson in a place on the outskirts of the city. Alena gave a very complete explanation in a time that could not be said to be too long. The choice of Delia's decision in the search for Marsha. Worrying about the existence of the figure she loves is in the grip of the figure that Delia hates the most until a few years ago.

Delia Ashton is too familiar with Sally Pladys with all the madness in her brain, ambition, and vices that eat away at her until her brain gives birth to various kinds of evil thoughts to hurt, get rid of, manipulate people who are considered only as troublemakers in the failure of her ambition.

Marsha's situation was at an inopportune time. Sally was no longer in her right mind, her heart was too rotten for Delia. Sally was capable of anything with the truth she might have witnessed all along. Her relationship with Marsha Anderson. "How could I not know or recognize if that damn woman came back. I should have recognized her easily," Delia mumbled as her car drove back to where she had gotten from Alena. Time and the urgency of the situation made Delia forget to thank Alena for her hard work to help Delia and Marsha.

The thing that Delia believes the most is that Alena will help her even though she has to deal with many questions asked by Rudolf, the man Delia considers to be a control freak on Alena Harris. But all that was done by Rudolf because of the effect of too much love on Alena Harris.

Delia drove her vehicle at an incredible speed. Delia neglected her safety by overtaking other vehicles several times in the wrong way. Delia's mind was divided over several scenarios that might happen in the minutes in front of her. But what is certain is that Sally has planned everything so perfectly as the series of madness that Sally created before.

The dilapidated old building is on the outskirts of Los Angeles. No one would have thought that the former fire department building was used by Sally as a place to hold Marsha Anderson. Delia put one foot on the brake and the car stopped not far from the abandoned building. Some of the walls appear to be decorated with writings and pictures that resemble murals. Paint that has peeled off a lot. The wind that blew was dry on Delia's face. Dry dust and gusts of wind.

Delia got out of the car she was driving. The car stopped at the distance that Delia had calculated to withstand the suspicions that Sally Playds might catch. Delia also avoids Sally's madness which could easily hurt Marsha. Sally's recklessness was the last thing she hoped to happen. Delia wouldn't let that happen, Delia even thought about killing Sally if she hurt Marsha. "There will be no mercy for you, Pladys," Delia thought as she walked further away from her Jeep Wrangler Sport 2-Door and drew closer to the building that was getting taller and taller.

Delia looked left and right, making sure the surroundings seemed so quiet that Delia's beautiful eyes caught Sally's car. "There's no mistaking it," Delia mumbled before snorting and clenching her jaws in anger. Delia kept walking closer until she found a way into the old building. There were no more security and Delia found only an old abandoned building. The walls are overgrown with moss at the bottom which looks like it's flooded with blackened water. Insects passed even one of them passed the surface of the shoes that Delia was wearing.

Stuffy and dark until it felt suffocating had brought Delia to the anxiety that was about to hit Marsha. Asthma and shortness of breath that might have been felt by Marsha now made Delia's anger grow even more. A step that Delia managed to do as best as she could so as not to make a sound that would then throw everything into chaos.

Delia scanned every nook and space in the building with great care. Feelings of anxiety and anger. Slowly, slowly, rapidly beating heart. Delia repeatedly took deep breaths and exhaled slowly, like a gust of wind until a voice she could still recognize came from a room with the door slightly ajar.

Delia walked over.

"You seem to have come to your senses, my lady."

It was Sally's voice that made Delia hiss, "Sally."

"Hmmm...hmm..." Marsha cleared her voice as she shifted her body on the chair that was attached to her body. The sound of chair legs colliding with the dirty floor below. "Hmmm!!!" Marsha tried to untie the knots on her wrists but failed just as Delia was behind the slightly ajar door in front of her.

Marsha was seen in pain with her mouth gagged and her hands tied, as well as her ankles that were stuck to the legs of the rickety chair, while Sally towered beside Marsha with a look of hatred and cunning. The look in the eyes made Delia's feelings instantly fill with anger, but in that instant, the logic in her head moved with a series of logic.

Sally didn't just gag Marsha's mouth and tie her hands and feet. Sally also covered Marsha's eyes with a black cloth. Sally looked at the helpless and vulnerable Marsha with a look of arrogance and Marsha with her hopes of not being hurt from behind the black cloth.

Marsha's forehead was covered with sweat. The clear granules flowed across the side of Marsha's temple. Marsha's pale face was getting worried.

"Calm down honey," Sally whispered in Marsha's ear as she lowered her tall thin body before opening her blindfold causing Marsha to tiptoe in surprise. "Are you surprised?" Sally smiled scornfully in front of Marsha who was still trying to recognize her whereabouts. Marsha's eyes were still dazzling despite the poor lighting.

"You---" Marsha thought with wide eyes.

Marsha felt as if the sky had just fallen right above her head. The reappearance of the figure of Sally Pladys in front of her now. The woman had returned to straighten her thin body and towered not far from Marsha who was seized with extraordinary shock.

Marsha breathlessly looked at Sally who walked around her and then stood tall in front of Marsha whose mouth was still gagged and her hands tied.

"I'm sure you wouldn't expect any of this, Mrs. Anderson." Sally with her evil, sly grin. A lopsided smile that will never be forgotten by Marsha. A feeling of wariness suddenly rose in Marsha's mind along with her mind trying to guess what Sally would do to her. "We meet again, Marsha Anderson."

Sally's figure had not changed from what Marsha had remembered a few years ago. Not only that, a series of images from the last few months re-emerged in Marsha's memory. The figure of a skinny woman with a hoodie that is always black. A mysterious figure that made Marsha feel the shudder. A figure who had faced each other even though it did not make Marsha's consciousness return to the past that had returned. "You can still recognize me? You won't forget me, will you?"

Marsha just stared without being able to utter a word while Sally dragged a chair and then she sat right in front of Marsha who was trying to talk. A triumphant smile met Marsha's attempts to act as if she was fine. Marsha didn't want to give Sally a reproach for thinking if she won with the fear she created for Marsha.

"You see, I'm still alive. Your attempts to get rid of me were unsuccessful."

Marsha shook her head. She never did anything to Sally. "I know you are behind all the problems in my life," said Sally which again made Marsha shake her head. "You can't deny it, Marsha Anderson." Marsha's head shook even harder. Marsha's forehead was covered with sweat.

"Hmm… Hmmm!!!" Marsha screamed with her mouth gagged until Sally violently pulled down the cloth covering Marsha's mouth. "I didn't do anything to you!!" Marsha shouted before a slap landed smoothly on the cheek until the corners of Marsha's lips cracked and gushed out blood.

Sally growled with an angry grin.

"You have reported everything to the court. You too have---"

"Not her." Delia's voice suddenly sounded which made Sally and Marsha turn around with wide eyes. Sally immediately pulled Marsha's body and pointed her gun at Marsha's head. Marsha froze at that moment with bated breath. Delia gulped as she took a step and tried to hold on with her remaining sanity and self-control to face Sally Pladys again.

"You came to save her?" asked Sally sarcastically. Sally and Delia stared at each other hatefully.

"I was the one who reported everything to the authorities," said Delia, which sounded like a confession. Delia glanced at Marsha who looked frightened by the presence of Sally who had a gun pointed at her head. "You should be looking for me, not her," Delia said firmly.

"I don't care who reports my agency. Because I have replied to everything. And now everything seems to be clear why I suspect all the doings of this damn woman, "said Sally while pushing Marsha's head with the tip of the gun in her hand.

"What do you mean, Sally?"

Delia stepped closer.

"Don't you dare come any closer, Delia Ashton? Because I don't hesitate to shoot dead so easily. It was as easy as breaking the brakes on this woman's car, killing her beloved child. The most valuable treasure in her life."

"What are you saying?!" Marsha's world shakes violently with the shadow of the accident she had a few years ago that killed Czar Bulgakov in that fateful accident. Marsha tried to untie the knots in her wrists that were starting to feel loose. "You who are in---"

"I was the one who made the accident happen, Marsha Anderson. I won't hesitate to get rid of you and your family."

"You jerk!!!" Marsha pushed Sally's body by banging her head back until Sally pulled away and Delia immediately used the opportunity to attack Sally. The two of them rolled on the dusty floor. Meanwhile, Marsha tried to untie her legs until a popping sound was heard.

"Delia," Marsha hissed.
