Yes I am giving Jiraya his dream family, however this means he will be in the village during the nine tails attack.

I'm not exactly sure on the date Hinata was born in relation to the nine tails attack which yes will still happen without Obito because of Madaras children.

In the next chapter I will be skipping to the Nine tails attack as its going to be a lot more interesting than our protagonists learning how to walk again.
