Kazuhiko went to explore the port where his parents often took. He look around, the place were rather lively. Most of them sell fresh fishes and another sea creatures. He was looking at the fishes they caught before he heard some people nearby talked about something.

"Have you heard? They said the Oceanside Harbor's conditions were terrible.", He heard the woman beside him gossiped, "I heard it has been raining non stop."

"Yeah I heard...the escaped refugee said that everyone who lived there got forced to pay high taxes.", Said the other woman, "They even said that if they didn't pay the taxes in time, their children will be taken. And they can't even leave that place."

"That's horrible..."

Kazuhiko just stood there silently before deciding to go somewhere else. He went to the port, where he see a lot of ships on their respective places. He watched the workers loaded the ship before thinking about what he just heard.
