441 One-Eyed Mouse

Gu Luoxin gawked at the other mouse in disbelief. Apparently, his reaction must have given it the answer it wanted, as a relieved smile spread across its face— a smile that looked oddly human. It looked left and right before beckoning at him, "Let's move somewhere else to talk. It's not safe here."

After being rescued by the one-eyed mouse, they took shelter behind a house where the area was completely devoid of people. However, now that the crowd had started to dissipate, the possibility that the two of them would be discovered and hunted down again grew higher. 

Remembering the massive shoe that almost reduced him into meat pies, Gu Luoxin's heart trembled in fright, and he hastily nodded in agreement.
