192 Danger Of The Deep Sea

The four players instantly took on a defensive stance, ready to fight back against the formidable deep sea creature. However, to their surprise, it acted as if it did not sense their presence and bypassed them, its ravenous gaze fixed solely on the terrified mermaid. The creature had its sight set on Ariel all along!

"AHHH!" Ariel shrieked in horror, remembering all too well the sharpness of the creature's teeth when they had scraped across her tail before. She would have been finished for sure if she had not been fast enough to escape and coincidentally swept into the violent churns of the whirlpool! Dodging the fish's razor sharp teeth, she cried out desperately, "Help… help me!"

The four players were taken aback, not expecting the creature to dismiss their presence just like that. But then, as they assessed the situation, a single thought echoed in their minds— 'Damn, even this one here covets the mermaid!'
