1 BEGINNINGS

My tree grew, a hierarchy down the line, the tree had roots and fibers to! From the tree I had a new rocking chair, a new barn and a new walking stick. All wood as new as a new pin, all texture as soft as butter. All door knobs shiny, kitchen droors creaking than never before, staircases flat as a pancake and there it was, my rocking chair.

The chair stretched my spine off its kinks, made my arms cozy at the sides as I swung it from front to back, closing my eyes and calming my mind where I traveled to paradise. It was the only place I felt like I belonged, apart from my new cabin, where the sun breeze would strike my face as I sung and hummed to the sky in an air of mystery ; chanting the old greek words.

Even though my hair was whiter than the snow as we know it, my dark skin as pale and dry as stone, and lips wetter than never. I shan't move on, I shall not seize to see the earth's sun every morning to dawn, the shiny moon, the corn shaped forests, the streaming rivers, the thick clouds and high mountains at their tippy toes touching the night stars. I shall not; even though my near future in paradise was flickering at my one sided brow; I will live my days till am old enough to stop seeing.

Whatever made me more reluctant to proceed to paradise, was the fact that I would hurt my little skylark's feelings, abandon my new log cabin and spice my secret greek organisation up its deterioration.

My tiny grandchildren would sit across the wooden floor, the firepot burning by the chimney for a delicious treat and surround me, looking keenly and listening carefully as I sat on my new rocking chair, swinging back and forth in a slow pace, lowering my voice and giving a fretful whisper that would tear their limbs off of them and boom! A horror - stricken voice that could make them cold and quiet despite the warmth of the flickering firepot.

After my short rather unique  stories would end, we would laugh with joy, play hide and seek in the night sky and have a scrumptious meal afterwards. Well, as they ate the dear's meat and drank my red wine in secret, I ate my well cooked twigs and roots. I craved for the locusts squishing in my mouth and termites dry fry taste. "Yum!" I said as my family looked at me, appalled than never before as I enjoyed my unusual meal.

Later, when my grandchildren would leave with my sons and daughters such that, I was left alone in the large, spacious cabin. I would lock it and proceed through the back door to my barn. Here all the reindeer and moose would reside, but I was not here for them. I was there for their antlers. The ones that hang on the wooden wall covered with fur.

I guess you are wondering how they got there, I was Sagittarius, the ninth zodiac. Literally an archer and a pro at it. My aiming skills were quite exquisite. It was only a thousand and one years ago when I learn archery in the Heavens Greek chambers. Where my mother was queen and the goddess of war and my father, the King of the heavens rebellion.

They would stand at the palace's lower corridor in the snow watch as my gladiator instructor shoot an arrow to my knee. Instead of giving me the care that I deserved as their child they instead urged more arrows to be shot at me. They were not only arrows, but also magical flaming arrows, some with poison crossing their steel made heads. I deserved it by the way, I was instructed to always get dressed up in armor whenever I went to the training grounds but never listened. I was only twelve.

Time passed when I grew tired of receiving a shot to my thigh every day and I decided to end my instructor. This would be no problem since my healing capabilities were twice my father's since my mother was a celestial being. So I challenged her, my instuctor, to a tete a tete first, where we would brag about our future victory when we won and later to the battle field.

Oh, the challenge was quite secret alright but word spread in the Heavens Greek chambers faster than you could imagine. Even the spirit animals knew and they all gathered rpund in the battle grounds. It was supposed to be an immortal combat between her and I. Never at that time had my determination been at its peak.

Before the battle, I pledged my beliefs and made a short prayer to the goddess of war, my mother and the goddess of life, her twin sister. This alarmed my father and mother and after the short prayer, they came dashing to the battle grounds. My mother's crystal like eyes sparkled to mine and I saw my father, God of the rebels, suppressing a smile.

The aim to kill my ruthless female instructor was in the shadows. I had to get my honor back! Everyone had known of the battle but not that I would slaughter her head off her throat.
