Chapter 1

The cold whistles pass my ear, with a shiver down from head to toe. Had I thought it'd been this way? Even so, why?

Kneeling on the cool aftermath of the bewildering rain, with grass all damp, bristling my aching legs. But yet, I still can't seem to get up.

"Oh mother, had you been here you would have scolded me for kneeling." I try to laugh, trying to make the situation better. "I won't get a cold mom, I promise." My voice, hoarse and tremblings but yet so shallow and silent. "Why.. why aren't you responding back to me? Are you going to leave me alone, just like how father did?.." I sighed and smiled. "Nevermind, I will see you the next time i'm able to, mom. I won't waste your time anymore." I placed mother's favorite flower on the damp stone, where her grave lies. "Goodbye mother, see you next time." I grasped the energy to stand up, feeling slightly relieved. I walked away from my mother, but it turned into running. I couldn't handle mother's death.

I couldn't control my pace, I just wanted to hate my mother for leaving me, all alone just like this. But I couldn't. Soon after I reached home, I managed to capture my breath. I reach for keys, unlocking this narrowed wooden door. I was home now. It didn't feel like home, it felt like a house. No one to greet me, no one to prepare food for me, no one to reassure me, no one I can live for. I hesitated to take a step, but I did. I locked the door behind me. A home, has felt like a house for the very first time. A empty waste of space.

As I began to settle myself down, I walk toward my room. I never knew the silence was ever sp daringly loud. Usually it would be the "Nar, stop playing your stupid video games and come eat dinner!" or "I don't care if you make money in the game, I don't care about that. I care about your health, so come eat."

The nagging has always been alive relentlessly, I never dreamed of a day I would come upon a day without it.

While in my room, looking around again. There came across from my vision, my computer, "Weilding Void of Terror". The video game I was always so addicted to. I sat down on my gaming chair, wanting to play, distracting myself from mother's death.

As I managed to get the game to start, I noticed how unusual it was. The system was really.. worthy of questioning. But I ignored it. "Weilding Void of Terror", a game involving dungeons, which involves monster. With the following classes from F-, to SSS. And the only options you get to choose to play for defense is meager. So here I am.. fighting the last third blood-thirsty heavenly archangel, Danielle Roshindev.
