The gates of hell will open in the south-eastern part of the continent and will turn the half of it into a barren wasteland due to the decade long war with the monsters that will come out of the gate.

The main problem is the number not the power. The humans had less than five million while the monsters had over ten million plus offspring of the monsters that came out. This proves that humans can win either strategically or by brute force. Though I am sure it is the former.

"How do you plan on making the two country submit? In terms of pride, Nuguetan would be the most prideful country in the continent while Quelnaron is known to be Anarchic"

"Right. Quelnaron's king always change depending on who the champion of the annual colosseum match every ten years"

Though their policies are similar to Chejada, their ways are way too simple and lacks creativity which leads to corruption even in broad daylight.

Andrin unconsciously let go of the sword from shock.

"Hey, you don't mean you will control Mheodure, right?"

"Yeah. As you know, based on Jessica, Mheodure is the cornerstone of illegal drug trafficking and is the source of it all"

"That is true but Mheodure is also known as the country of poison in our world"

While it is the hardest country to subjugate, it is also a fact that it will be the most crucial point on controlling all the other countries. Not even the Olbrecht barony, the main merchant family of the Olbrechts can uproot the deep and unending influence of the drugs from Mheodure.

"But, don't you think controlling the kingdom that controls the underworld makes it even more tempting to attack it?"

"It is true but, you do know that the chances of me being deployed there will also be high"

He too his sword once more and went back to training.

After reaching the border, more and more 'bandits' started to attack us especially at night.

Thanks to John's abnormal spatial awareness he is able to warn everyone when someone would approach us anytime of the night.

Andrin happily accepted Samuel's request.

He became used of Samuel calling him with honorifics. At first he wasn't really comfortable after I told him his supposed fate and is now treating him like a brother.

Apparently, Andrin was thought how to use a sword since he was young due to family tradition which is why possessing the body of the second prince was a jackpot and a misfortune at the same time for him.

Though Samuel was learn from John and Sir Aiden for quite some time, it was no match against Andrin's almost thirty years of swordsmanship experience.

He parried all of his strikes easily which made Samuel lose stamina thus being defeated.

After three days, we arrived at the Klein barony which is right under the Emond duchy.

The town itself loo miserable at a glance. This town should be flourishing with prestige as this is a major point for merchants.

After entering the mansion of the baron, everything was visible on how much he exploited his status as a baron.

A luxurious fountain and a beautiful garden, with such greenery and flowers that has such vibrant colors, greeted us.

We stop right in front of the mansion's doors made with gold. Even the pillars were embed with various gems.

"I am Baron Klein, I greet your majesty, the second prince of the Vanifi empire and lady Dianna Emond. I hope that you all enjoy your stay here"

"Thank you for your kind hospitality baron Klein"

"Shall I give you a tour, you highness? If so then I-"

"Can we just go in already? Me feet is starting to sore already"

Flustered, the baron started to flatter Andrin to score up some points for later.

The maid stop Samuel from entering the room. In her eyes, there were fear in them as well as submission to the corrupt baron.

"There is a separate room for Sir knight, so-"

"Know your place. He is my knight, my tool. Not yours. Am I wrong?"

The maid step aside and went somewhere in a rush.

Samuel close the door and shut the curtains.

"I have a job for you. After you get some rest, go around the town and investigate the situation. Make sure to thoroughly investigate it because the baron's life will depend on your report"

Based on the conversation we had earlier, the baron's daughter is now dead. Due to the ripple effect, it cause the death of the courageous woman that was supposed to appear in the future.

'Almas, go steal the baron's ledgers and important contracts'

The rat turned into mist and vanish into thin air.

The door opened. Andrin entered the room with ragged looking clothes.

"What happened to you?"

"The noble ladies here in Loate are much more aggressive than those from Vanifi"

"Don't tell me you..."

"Yes, I was stripped by noble ladies"

"Hahahaha!!! You idiot!"

I wasn't able to control myself and started to roll on the bed and fell down to the floor, but it didn't matter at all as I was too busy laughing hysterically.

"The prince of the Vanifi empire which has strong physical prowess was not able to stop a bunch of women? How low have you fallen? Hahaha!!!"

He grumpily sat down and grumpily crossed his arms with a pout, trying to endure the embarrassment he is currently facing.

After a few minutes, I was able to go back to my usual business mode after laughing like a maniac.
