Chapter 9 – Battle with the Wild Cat part 2 

Long Di Tian watched as the Wild Cat freed itself from the rubble, his heart racing with anticipation. The massive feline's body was covered in wounds, and several of its bones appeared to be broken from the previous impact.

Despite its injuries, the Wild Cat's eyes blazed with a fierce determination to exact revenge on its opponent. It let out a ferocious growl, filled with both anger and pain.

it was only standing because it wanted to kill the lowly prey who made it suffer to such extent.

Growl!!!

A loud growl filled with anger and pain sounded as the beast chose to attack again, this time, the creature wasn't playing around like before, the creature's eyes contained fire to fight until one of them perishes.

The inside of the cave was shrouded in darkness, the absence of light only intensified by the nighttime. But for the two beings locked in combat, the darkness was no obstacle.

The Wild Cat had natural night vision, allowing it to see with ease in the dark. As for Di Tian, his lack of eyes proved to be no hindrance thanks to his <Lesser Extra Senses> skill, which allowed him to perceive his surroundings through other means.

Growl!!!

The Wild Cat let out a fierce growl, its eyes fixed on Di Tian as it prepared to attack. But Di Tian remained undaunted, his resolve unshakable.

"You must be very angry, but now that you're here, be ready to become my exp!" Di Tian declared; his voice filled with determination.

He watched as the Wild Cat limped towards him, despite its numerous injuries. Di Tian knew better than to let his guard down in the presence of such a fierce predator. A moment of carelessness could spell his doom.

From the very start of their encounter, the Wild Cat had never taken Di Tian seriously as an enemy. And it was precisely because of this that Di Tian had been able to execute his plan and inflict so much damage on the feline.

This experience had taught Di Tian a valuable lesson - that even if his enemy was weaker than him, he could not afford to be careless. The smallest moment of complacency could lead to disastrous consequences

With the Wild Cat closing in, Di Tian knew that it was do or die. He had to act quickly if he wanted to survive. Without hesitation, Di Tian curled his body into a round shape and charged straight at the feline.

He could feel his heart racing as he drew closer and closer to the Wild Cat, ready to face whatever lay ahead.

As he collided with the Wild Cat, Di Tian knew that this was a fight to the death. Either he would emerge victorious and live to fight another day, or he would perish at the hands of the fierce predator.

Growl!

The Wild Cat growled ferociously, ready to strike down Di Tian with one swift blow. However, Di Tian had a plan up his sleeve. Suddenly, he changed direction and charged towards a nearby stalactite, using its shape to increase the speed of his roll attack.

The Wild Cat was caught off guard by Di Tian's sudden change in direction and had no time to react before Di Tian crashed into the stalactite with a deafening bang. Undeterred, Di Tian continued his attack, quickly rolling towards a nearby stalagmite and using its shape to increase his speed even further.

In a matter of seconds, Di Tian was hurtling towards the Wild Cat at breakneck speed.

BANG!

CRACK!

CRACK!

With a mighty crash, he slammed into the feline's already-injured body, causing its bones to crack and shatter.

GROWL!!!

The Wild Cat cried out in agony, but Di Tian wasn't done yet.

Using the rebound force from his previous attack, Di Tian launched himself at another stalagmite, positioning himself for his next attack.

BANG!

With another thunderous bang, he crashed into the Wild Cat once again, each hit bolstered by the bonus effect of his <ROLL> ability.

With each attack on the wild cat, Di Tian felt the damage he inflicted increase along with his own shell defense. However, this was not without consequences.

As he continued to roll and crash into the feline, Di Tian could feel the strain on his own body increasing. His shell was becoming more and more battered with each hit, and he knew that he could not keep this up for much longer.

But even in the face of this danger, Di Tian refused to back down. He was determined to emerge victorious in this fight, no matter the cost.

Despite the pain and exhaustion, he felt, Di Tian continued to use the stalactites and stalagmites to his advantage, using them to position himself for each attack on the wild cat.

BANG! CRACK! GROWL!!!

The sound of their collision echoed through the cave as Di Tian's shell crashed into the wild cat once again. The feline cried out in pain as its already injured body took even more damage from the impact.

But Di Tian did not stop there. He used the rebound force from the collision to launch himself at one of the stalagmites, ready to continue his assault on the fierce predator.

With each hit, Di Tian knew that he was one step closer to victory, but he also knew that he could not let his guard down. He had to stay focused and keep fighting with everything he had.

Di Tian knew that time was not on his side. He had to take down the Wild Cat quickly, using any means necessary.

With each passing moment, he could feel his own energy dwindling. The strain of the fight was taking its toll on his body, but he refused to back down. He was determined to emerge victorious, no matter the cost.

Gathering his strength, Di Tian charged forward once again, his eyes fixed firmly on the Wild Cat. He knew that this was his moment, his chance to strike a fatal blow and end the fight once and for all.

With a fierce cry, Di Tian launched himself at the feline, his shell spinning wildly as he closed in for the kill. The Wild Cat braced itself for the impact, but it was too late.

CRACK!

Di Tian's shell struck the feline with incredible force, shattering bones and sending the creature reeling. It let out a pained cry, but Di Tian was relentless. He pressed for his advantage, striking again and again with all the fury and determination he could muster.

BANG!!!

As the fight continued, Di Tian could feel the bonus effects of his skill reaching its peak.

With every attack, the damage he dealt to the feline was increasing, now double what it had been before. However, Di Tian was also feeling the toll of the battle on his own body.

He could feel his shell cracking in places, and he knew that he couldn't keep up this level of intensity for much longer. Time was running out, and he had to find a way to end this fight quickly.

Crack!

As the battle raged on, Di Tian's desperation grew. He knew he had to do whatever it took to defeat the Wild Cat and survive. "Come on, just a little more," he cried out inwardly, his thoughts consumed by the need to roll and increase his speed to deal more damage. It was his only hope of survival at this point.

BANG!!!

Growl!!!

With a final, determined push, Di Tian slammed into the Wild Cat's head one last time, a resounding BANG echoing through the cave. The creature let out a final, pained Growl before collapsing to the ground. Its eyes slowly closed as it took its last breath, its life now ended.

Di Tian let out a sigh of relief, his heart racing as he realized he had emerged victorious. He took a moment to catch his breath and assess his injuries. Despite the pain, he felt a sense of pride and accomplishment for defeating such a fierce predator.

Di Tian looked at the corpse with a mix of relief and triumph. "This is what you get for going against me!" he exclaimed, feeling a surge of satisfaction.

It never would have thought that it wouldn't die under the claws of a worthy and mightier enemy, but instead, it met its end by the rolling attack of a round egg.

Bang!

Di Tian quickly stopped the skill, and his rolling round body slowly came to a halt.

'Hu, Hu, Hu'

[Congratulations on defeating an enemy far more powerful than yourself. You have accomplished an impossible feat and deserve a word of praise.]

Di Tian was completely exhausted, both physically and mentally, after the intense battle. Despite this, the <Wise One> showered him with well-deserved praise for his remarkable achievement. As he tried to catch his breath and compose himself, the system began to send out notifications, one after another...

'Finally, I can be free from this round and bothersome body!' exclaimed Di Tian as he stood up, jumping around like a monkey. However, his round body made the scene look comical. If he had tears, he would have cried. Each moment as an egg monster had been taxing on him, both physically and mentally.

He couldn't even count how many times he had dreamt of becoming something other than an egg over the past few days. Undoubtedly, being an egg, even a walking one, had been nothing short of hell for Di Tian. Finally, he was going to be free.

"This is the most secluded location I've seen in the forest so far. Let's begin the hatching process quickly," Di Tian said excitedly, eager to break free from his egg form.

"Goodbye, dear eggshells. Thank you for keeping me company up to level 5, despite the bothersome hell. But now, it's time to hatch, baby!" he exclaimed.

"Miss Assistant, please begin the hatching process now."
