10 Chapter 10: Finally Hatching [part 1]

Di Tian's consciousness slowly began to waver with every passing moment and in a matter of few moments his consciousness faded.
The whole dark cave felt gloomy and desolate, aside from the Wild Cat's corpse and Di Tian there was no one in the cave.
Normally a few wild animals would've come here smelling the blood of the dead wild cat, but because the cave was on the lakeside that didn't happen.
The flowing water of the lake didn't allow the smell of blood to spread out of the cave, saving Di Tian from any disturbance that might've occurred due to the corpse's blood.
Slowly the time passed, in the cave Di Tian's round body was lying silently without making any movement.
It was like he was nothing but an egg.

It was unknown how much time had passed Di Tian's round body relumined still in the cave, until...
On this day his body, which didn't make any movements previously began to slowly move slightly.
It began with a small movement, but within a few moments it became restless.
Suddenly the surface of the white egg started to glow with a hint of light.
The golden runes that the egg had absorbed at the biggening started to appear again, but this time they appeared to be even more exquisite.
Each of the golden runes began to shine, some were similar while others were totally different, yet every one of the runes were shining with golden glow...
ZEN!!!
The intensity of the glow increased with each passing moment.
The dark cave was made into a light show by the golden radiance of the egg, when suddenly all the runes began to detach themselves from the egg.
Little by little the runes detached and hovered in the air as though they were some sort of decree from the heavens.
Then with the biggest rune among them as the center they began to come together.
When a rune collided with another, instead of rejecting each other they began to merge with each other.
It didn't take long for all the rune to connect with the one in the center.
After merging all the runes appeared to have become a light orb shining with golden radiance.
This golden light orb remained hovering above the white egg, releasing pillars of golden light towards it.
ZEN!!!
Then suddenly the orb became restless and released light to all corners of the cave.
ZEN!!!!
It didn't take long for the whole cave to become a shining golden land.
From the place where the orb was floating to the far entrance of the cave, every corner was shining with golden radiance.
CRACK! CRACK!
Suddenly the light orb began to make weird noise after which the surface of the light orb began to show signs of cracking.
CRACK! CRACK!
As though some sort of restless beast was being chained in the small orb who refused to be caged any longer was attacking the orb with all of its might, it began to shack.
The cracks on the surface only became more numerous as the time passed as the shaking of the orb got more and more restless.
An aura of regal majesty and nobility began to emit from the orb as the center and expanded outwards.
The cave and the area near hundreds of feet was covered in this regal aura.
It was intangible yet made those who felt it feel as though they were nothing but insignificant dust floating in the endless expanse of the void.
The animals near the cave began to run towards their home to take shelter, from little harmless animals to fierce predators, all of them were frightened by the sudden aura that covered the area.

ZEN!!!
Then suddenly from the cave where the white egg was lying, a majestic golden pillar rose in the sky.
The pillar was tens of thousands of meters tall and dozens of meters thick.
As the pillar of the golden light rose the clouds around it were torn apart and the wind began to get restless.
The trees, plants, grasses, etc. All started to show signs of being torn apart by the sheer force of the wind.
ROOOOAAAAARRRR!!!!!!!
Suddenly a majestic roar resounded for several tens of kilometers, all the animals who heard the roar covered on the ground bowing their heads in its direction, none of them dared to raise their heads.
ROOOAAAAARRR!!!
A second roar sounded, followed by a third and fourth...
The roar was domineering, anyone who heard it would be able to feel the arrogance, disdain, and majesty of the being who was roaring.

Thunderclaps resounded as the dark clouds began to gather around the gigantic pillar.
Lightning was running rampage among them as they circled the gigantic golden pillar.
Suddenly a gigantic shadow manifested itself, the shadow was ten thousand feet long with a serpentine body.
Jet-black scales were covering its whole body like natural armor, it had eagle-like claws so sharp that they seem to be able to shatter mountains and split the seas. A pair of black colored horns that looked like a dear's antler, sharp fangs that threatened to tear apart any creature, a long tail that can level lands and seas, and a golden mane like a lion.
This dragon had golden colored glowing runes and inscription on its body even its horns were carved with golden runes.
The reptilian eyes of the dragon were also gold and had some sort of strange pattern on them.
It was a dragon.
The serpentine body of the dragon coiled around the light pillar as it released roars while looking at the dark claws.
With one roar the dark clouds were put in disarray, it waved its long scaly jet-black tail, causing the dark clouds to split apart in two, and with another wave of its tail the thunder stopped rumbling.
ROOOAAARRRR!!!
It released another roar, and the dark clouds began to retreat as the sky gained back its previous calm.
The dragon then dived downwards while still coiling around the pillar.
It didn't take long for the behemoth that was ten thousand feet long to arrive at the area where a round white egg was resting.
It looked so small in front of the behemoth that even calling it ant like would be an understatement.
The black dragon's body released golden light as the runes on its body shined with even more luster.
Its whole body then faded into golden particles, which was then absorbed by the white egg.
Just like this the dark gloomy cave regained its silence.

Upon the precipice of hatching, Di Tian's mind and body began to prepare for a profound transformation. As the process began, his consciousness gradually dissipated, and he fell into a deep slumber. In the cavern, his rounded form lay motionless, casting an eerie aura amidst the desolate atmosphere.
The space was eerily quiet, except for the corpse of the Wild Cat and Di Tian, no other creatures had dared to enter the cave. The cave's proximity to the lake allowed the scent of blood from the feline's body to remain confined, thereby shielding Di Tian from any external disturbance that may have otherwise hindered his growth.
As time crept by, the silence in the cave remained unbroken, and Di Tian's body remained inert, appearing like nothing more than an egg.
But then, without warning, his form began to tremble slightly, followed by more pronounced movements. A faint glow appeared on the surface of the eggshell, and intricate golden runes, which had been absorbed earlier, began to re-emerge in even more exquisite detail. Every rune shone with a lustrous golden light, casting a dazzling spectacle within the gloomy cave.
The intensity of the glow increased, illuminating the entire cavern, as the runes began to detach themselves from the egg, hanging in the air as if they were celestial decrees. Each rune appeared to merge seamlessly with its counterpart, with the largest of them serving as the center, and soon all the runes had converged, coalescing into a brilliant golden orb.
The orb floated above the egg, releasing pillars of golden light that flooded every nook and cranny of the cave. Suddenly, the orb began to quiver, making strange sounds, as cracks appeared all over its surface, as though a beast was trapped inside, trying to break free.
With each passing moment, the quivering intensified, and the cracks on the surface increased. The aura of majesty and nobility emanating from the orb expanded outwards, covering an area of hundreds of feet, instilling a sense of insignificance in all those who felt it. Animals that had been near the cave scattered in all directions, fleeing from the oppressive presence of the regal aura.
With an earth-shattering ZEN!!!, a majestic golden pillar rose from the cave, towering tens of thousands of meters high and dozens of meters wide. As the pillar rose, it tore apart the surrounding clouds, and the wind grew more and more ferocious, tearing apart trees, plants, and grasses alike.
A deafening roar erupted, resounding for several tens of kilometers, making all the creatures in the area tremble and cower in fear. The roar exuded an overwhelming aura of arrogance and disdain, underscoring the majesty of the beast that had produced it.
The thunderclaps roared as dark clouds gathered around the towering golden pillar, with lightning flashing erratically, encircling the magnificent structure. Suddenly, a massive, ten-thousand-foot-long shadow appeared, sporting a serpentine body covered in jet-black scales, the natural armor of the beast. It had sharp eagle-like claws, capable of tearing through mountains and seas, as well as a pair of black antler-like horns, razor-sharp fangs, a long tail capable of leveling entire landscapes, and a golden mane that was as radiant as the sun.
This beast, a dragon, was adorned with glowing golden runes and inscriptions that covered its entire body, with even its horns bearing intricate golden carvings. Its reptilian eyes glowed a deep gold, with a strange pattern running across the iris. The aura that emanated from this creature was overwhelming, exuding an imperious and divine authority.
As the thundering storm raged outside, a magnificent dragon with shimmering golden runes inscribed on its body, including its intricately carved horns, emerged from the shadows. Its reptilian eyes glowed with a mysterious pattern as it coiled around a beam of radiant light, unleashing mighty roars that echoed through the cavernous space.
With a single roar, the dragon caused the turbulent clouds to scatter, and with a wave of its jet-black tail, the thunderous rumbling came to a halt. The dragon continued to roar, and the storm clouds receded, revealing the serene sky.
Descending gracefully while still wrapped around the pillar, the dragon approached a small, round, white egg that lay amid the cave's darkness. Despite its colossal size of ten thousand feet, the dragon regarded the egg with tender reverence.
The dragon's body began to emit a radiant golden light, and the runes etched upon its body shone with even greater brilliance. Then, in a mesmerizing display of magic, the dragon dissolved into shimmering golden particles, which the egg absorbed, causing the cave to once again fall into hushed stillness...
